CHAP 22:
Next day passes like this nandini was waiting impatiently in night for manik. Tomorrow is her first birthday with manik after marriage. But manik didn't talk to her about birthday in day. Nandini thought that manik will wish her in night. Manik came and servant informs nandini about manik's arrival.
Manik was sitting on sofa in hall. He was talking to his father and nandini went to kitchen to prepare coffee. Nandini came out and give coffee to both of them. nandin was looking at him from corner of her eyes but manik was very attentive to only his father's talks.
After sometime nandini and Nyonika arranged food on table and they take dinner and after dinner everyone left from there. manik was working on his laptop and nandini entered to room with his coffee.
Nandini give it to him and she sat beside him and said "manik aap ko pata hai kal konsi date hai?" manik didn't looked at her but he smiled in his mind and said "nandini what type of question is this haan? Can't you see I am busy right now and you are asking me about dates seriously.." nandini made a bad face and thought "maybe wo muje 12 baje koi surprise dene wale ho kya pata? main unhe disturb nhi krti hoon" nandini lay down beside him. manik knew that what nandini is thinking? He smiled and again starts his work.
He intentionally shut his laptop at 11:59. He off the light and lay down besides her. Nandini opened his eyes and looked at the watch.
"aiyappa ye to so gye ab? Kya sach mein inhe mera birthday yaad nhi hai?" she was thinking when her buzzed with message tones. Rishab and his wife, manik's all friends and Nyonika and raj also messaged her.
Manik wake up in irritated expressions and said "what the hell is this nandini? Subah muje uthna hai jaldi kal important meeting hai meri aur kaun hai jo itne sare messages ek sath bhej rhe hai its 12'o clock sona nhi hai tumhe" he lay down again.
"Sorry jo aapki nind kharab hui" nandini said and clenched her teeth in anger. And she switch off her mobile and turned her side with so much force and manik smiled at her cute antics. She was blabbering about manik in slow voice and complaining to her aiyappa. Manik was very well awake and he was listening her talks.
Next morning nandini wake up and wear a simple green sari and went down. She saw that everyone was sitting in hall. Fab5 was also present there. nandini went to them and nandini touched Nyonika and raj's feet. They give blessings to her and Nyonika said "why are you wearing so simple sari nandu today is your birthday aur wo bhi first birthday jo shadi ke baad hai"
"aur jo mere husband ko yaad bhi nhi hai" she murmur to herself but everyone listened her.
"ohooo...so kisi ne kisi ko wish nhi kiya is liye yahan ka temrature itna high hai" mukti said and nandini give an angry glare to her and after that everyone wished her.
"Don't worry nandu main baat krti hoon manik se aise thodi na chalta hai" mukti said and she was about to call him but nandini stopped her and said "no koi bhi manik ko ku6 nhi bolega pls main dekhna chahti hoon unhe ku6 yaad aata hai yaan nhi" and everyone agreed to her.
At the same time manik came down in hurry and he was about to go when Nyonika stopped him and said "manik wait I wanna talk to you" but manik knew that what she wants to say, so before she could say anything he said "no mumma I have to go I am getting late job hi baat krni hai wo sham ko bye.." and went outside. Nandini sighed sadly and went to kitchen and Aryamaan smiled.
Nandini was drinking water when Aryamaan entered and said "happy birthday nandini" nandini looked at him and placed her glass on slab and said "thank you". She was about to go when Aryamaan stopped her and said " at least maine wish to kiya not like your husband jise yaad bhi nhi hai apni wife ka birthday"
Nandini looked at him angrily and said "Aryamaan just stop it, don't you think you are crossing your limits. You have no rights to talk about about my life or my husband aur agar tumhe lagta hai k sirf iss baat se k manik ko mera bday yaad nhi hai, itni choti si baat se hamare relation pr koi asar nhi hoga so just don't cross your limits aur iss baat se koi fark nhi padta k manik ne muje wish kiya yaan nhi tumhe iski chinta krne ki zaroorat nhi hai" she went outside from there.
All girls were enjoying their time with nandini. They were sitting in room and gossiping about everything. other hand manik was sitting in his cabin and smiling. Cabir entered in his cabin with bang and he take book from table and threw at him and manik bend down and save himself.
"arre but hua kya bol to sahi" manik said but cabir rushed to him and grabbed his collar and said "saale tuje nhi pata kya hua?" manik laughingly nodded his head in no.
"saale tu bhul gya aaj nandini ka bday hai haan? Soch usse kitna bura lag rha hoga haan?" cabir was about to say something but manik get up from his chair and freed his collar and make cabir sit on chair and give a glass of water.
"seriously cabir tu mera friend hai aur tu muje itna bhi nhi janta haan, muje sab yaad hai idiot bas I want to make it special because its her first bday with me.." cabir looked at him sheepishly and manik nodded his head in assurance.
"ooo to tu surprise party plan kr rha hai right" cabir said and manik nodded his head in assurance.
"aur sun tuje meri help krni hai iss mein, mein abhi ghar jaa rha hoon aur nandini ko lekar bahar jaunga aur tum log sari taiyari karoge, maine sab ku6 arrange kr liya hai tum logo ko sirf supervise krna hai aur dhyan rhe sab ku6 best hona chaiye sirf best koi bhi galti nhi honi chaiye waise maine event organizer ko sab samja diya hai but phir bhi tu sab sambhal lega na?" manik asked.
""wah ye dekho khud mahashay bahar ghumege aur hum log gadho ki tarah kaam karege wah..wah.." cabir said and manik pulled him from his collar and dragged him outside.
"chal abhi nautanki" manik laughingly said and both left for the house.
All girls were talking when manik entered with abhi cabir and dhruv. Nandini looked at manik and made a bad face and turned her face. Mukti was about to say something about to manik but cabir gesture her to stay quite. Manik came near nandini and give a packet to her and said "wear this and get ready we are going in party"
Nandini snatched packet from him and went to bathroom. All girls looked at manik and cabir.
"listen girls stop giving me this looks and get ready for work, cabir ko maine sab bata diya hai nandini room main hai isliye main zyada ku6 nhi bol rha hoon" manik said to all girls and cabir and dhruv and abhi pulled them out of the room.
When nandini came outside she was looking like a gorgeous lady. Golden sari was giving compliment to her skin. She looked in room and saw only manik was there. He was fixing his tie. She avoids him and took out her jewelry from cupboard and wears her jewelry. When manik moved from dressing area, she went there and starts to fix her jewelry and her sari. She tied her hair in beautiful bun. She wears her nuptial chain and filled her maang with sindoor. She looked at herself in mirror and saw that manik was looking at her intently.
She also looked in his eyes through mirror. When her phone rang she came out from trance and she give an angry glare to manik and picked up her call.
"we are getting late aur kitni der abhi.." manik said intently in irritating voice to make her more angry. Nandini also looked at him with angry pout and without saying anything she went down. Manik smilingly followed her. She saw that everyone was sitting in hall with Nyonika and raj.
"arre muje laga aap sab chale gye hain" nandini said and all looked at her.
"arre humne aunty aur uncle ko sath mein dekha to socha unke pass thodi der beth lete hain kitne din ho gye waise bhi humne aunty ke sath baatein nhi ki isliye" cabir explained her.
"waise beta you are looking gorgeous" Nyonika said with so much love and praised her. All girls also nodded their head in assurance. Manik came near them and said "chale abhi agar tumne apni tarif sun li ho to" nandini said bye to everyone and went out. Manik give thumbs up to them and he also went out. When they went out everyone starts their work immediately.
He sat on car with her but she avoids him and looked outside. When driver was about to start the car manik stopped him and said "wait tum rehne do main drive kr lunga tum jao" nandini came outside and shut the door with thud and manik sat on driver seat and nandini sit next to him.
He calls someone and asked about address to just make her believe. Nandini start the music player to avoid him and looked outside. He was deliberately driving car very slow. After an hour he stooped car in front some big mansion.
"pahonch gye hum" manik said and nandini looked at mansion and said "but yahan pr to koi dikh bhi nhi rha hai kuch bhi nhi" nandini came out and manik was standing there with hands in his pockets.
"ab aap aise kya khade hai jaie dekhiye to sahi at least pu6ie to sahi kisi se kahin hum galat jagah pr to nhi aa gye?" nandini said In irritated tone.
"wait here main aata hoon" manik went inside the mension. It was nothing but studio no one was there. manik was just passing time he sat there on chair to pass time. Nandini was outside pacing from here to there in anger and frustration.
"pata nhi ab kahan reh gye waise hi pura din mera spoil kr diya aur ab raat hone ko aayi hai aur main yahan pagalo ki tarh ghum rhi hoon" she looked at entrance where manik was coming out from mansion. He without saying anything sat in the car and nanidni looked at him confusingly.
"ab kya invitation card doon aane ke liye" manik said and nandini nodded his head in disbelief. She sat in the car and manik start the car.
"manik agar aap ko address mil nhi rha hai to muje dikhye shayad muje pata ho?" nandini said seriously but manik laughed out loud and she looked at him confusingly.
"really main ye address dhundh nhi paa rha hoon aur tumhe mil jayega wow joke of the day" manik said and take a u turn again.
"isme itna hasne wali baat koi nhi hai samje aap aur aapko to ku6 yaad nhi rehta to ye address kya yaad kya hoga" nandini murmured to herself last lines but mnaik heard it and smiled. Cabir was updating him about arrangements. Manik stopped car in isolated area. Nandini held her head with her hands and cursing herself that why she agreed to go with him?
Manik took a turn to his house when he got message of cabir. nandini looked at road and said "ab ye to hamare ghar ka rasta hain" manik looked at her and said "haan to ab kya karoon nhi mil rha to ghar hi jayege na ab"
She closed her eyes and leaned her head to window. Manik smiled but didn't wake her up. He stopped car in front of and tapped nandini's shoulder and said "nandini we are home" nandini opened her eyes and looked at manik. he get down from car and nandini murmured "aaj ke jaisa worst bday mera kbhi nhi hua oh god..control nandini control.." she also came out and went with manik to mansion.
When she opened the door whole mansion was dark. "ab ye lights ko kya hua? Manik dekhiye naa.." when she turned she saw that manik was not there, she take his name 2 3 times but he didn't reply. She sighed and went in. when she entered in hall. A spotlight falls on her and she looked here and there and again a spot light fall on stage where manik was standing.
"today is the day when god gives a beautiful gift to me but still she was far away from me" manik said lovingly and nandini looked at him and tears brimmed in her eyes.
"then she came in my life like a shining star, and lighten my dark world with her shine. She is blessings for me from my dad. He knew when he went away from me that I need an angel so he send my nandini for me, I am not so expressive nandini you know that. But itna kehna chata hoon that you are my angel, you are not just shining star but my whole universe. You are my heart beats, sorry for irritating you for whole day, but you seriously thought that I your manik can forget your birthday?" nandini looked at him and smilingly wiped her tears.
"happy birthday jaan...happy birthday nandini" he said and immediately lights came. Nandini was looking at manik only, he came down from stage and came near her and nandini hugged him. he also hugged her tightly and lift her up from floor.
"happy birthday baby and sorry" manik whispered in her ears. Someone coughed from behind and nandini realized that they were not alone. She broke the hug and manik put her down and she turned and saw that cabir was standing there with friends and family. Nandini shyly looked down and hide her face in his chest.
"cabir don't you even dare to tease her waise bhi aaj bahot trouble kiya maine usse" manik said and everyone laughed and they all came near manan and wished her. Nandini hugged Rishabh because for the first time he was not with her on her birthday. Nandini hugged everyone and after sometime they brought cake for her. After cake cutting everyone was enjoying party.
Manik and all his friends were talking when Aryamaan came to them. cabir came near him and said "why don't you sing today after all itna bada superstar hain hamare sath aur humne uska gana nhi suna aise kaise ho skta hia yaar.."
"no cabir not today baad main kbhi.." Aryamaan said sipped his wine. Manik rolled his eyes and said "its okay arya..cabir ren dene na agar won hi gana chahta to"
"you know bhai its okay I will sing after all its nandini's birthday" he said and went to some servant and send him to pick his guitar from room.
Cabir said them to go to dance floor but manik refused it because Aryamaan was singing.

Aryamaan was staring at her without even blinking his eyes. Nandini feeling very uncomfortable still she was just faking a smile. She was playing with her bracelet to hide her nervousness. Manik saw this and understood, he drink his last sip and took nandini's hand in his hand and dragged her to dance floor. Lights were giving so romantic atmosphere.
Manik traced his long fingers on her waist and nandini shivered at his touch and closed her eyes in pleasure.

He nuzzled his face in her neck and nandini clutched his hand which was on her waist. Thankfully everyone was enjoying their dance with their partners and lights were also dimmed.

He bent down and kissed on her cheek. nandini clutched his blazer so tightly. He was about to kiss on her lips but nandini put her fingers on his lips and nodded her head in no and he smiled.

Both were looking into each other's eyes and their trance broke when everyone clapped so loudly for them.
Nandini was talking to Nyonika and alya. Manik call mukti in kitchen and said "dekh tu sirf nandini ko call kr aur bolna mat ku6 usse lagega k network ka problem hai isliye wo bahar aayegi baki main sambhal lunga"
"to tu usse bol na k tu usse lekar jana chahta hain bahar itna sab krne ki kya zaroorat hai wo teri biwi hain kisis aur kin hi" mukti said and manik sarcastically smiled.
"sach muje to aisa idea aaya hi nhi aaya tu apne dimag pr zyada zor mat daal aur phone kr usse" manik said and mukti call her.
"haan mukti bolo.." nandini picked up her call but as per plan mukti didn't say anything so nandini thought that its network problem so she went out.
She was standing at the stair when manik stopped car in front of her and came out and before nandini could say anything he picked her up in his arms and put her in his car and shut the door and he sat on the driver seat and start his car.
"manik aap aise..hum kahan jaa rhe hai? Aise party 6od kr" nandini was asking him but he didn't say anything.
"relax sab ko pata hai main tumhe bahar le jaa rha hoon mom me hi bola muje so abhi bilkul chup and let me drive" manik said and nandini huffed and looked outside, when he stopped his car nandini saw very beautiful beach.
Nandini smiled and manik came out and opened door for her. She came out and smied excitedly. He entwined his fingers with her and both start walking.
"I am sorry maine pura din tumhe trouble kiya tumhare birthday pr..so maine socha k kya karoon tumhe happy krne ke liye phir socha ke beach se zyada a6i jagah koi nhi ho skti tuhe happy krne ke liye so tell me are you happy with my surprises.
Nandini looked at him and said "agar aap ye sab na krke sirf muje wish bhi krte na to bhi aise hi happy hoti. Waise aap ko pehle se pata tha mere bday ke bare mein?"
"yes do din se pata tha aur tab se plan kr rha hoon aur ek bahot hi bada surprise abhi baki hai" manik said mischievously.
"abhi baki hai?" nandini asked him and he nodded his head like baby.
"but uske liye you have to close your eyes.." manik said and he covered her eyes and both starts walking slowly.
"don't open your eyes" manik warned her and take her somewhere.
"now open.." manik said and nandini opened her eyes slowly. And what she saw it made her so shocked and beautiful wooden house. Like her dream. She looked at manik and he nodded his head in yes. She opened the door and went inside. She check all area and when she reached to their room and she opened it.
It was white full white like a moon. Their one picture was hanging on one wall. And on one wall only her black white picture were hanging. Nandini turned and manik dimmed thee lights and came near her and he opened her hair with one move.
He was breathing heavily, he picked her up in his arms and lay her down on the bed and take her in his lips and it was their first step to that night.
Next morning manan came to mansion. No one was at home except Aryamaan, both were unaware about his presence. They were talking and laughing on their talks and went to their room. arymaan saw this and he broke the glass in his hand.
So kaisa laga??
