Yes, Sriti shared an IG story wherein both Amruta and Virat were arguing, but I think the above scene in the bts takes place after the argument, as Arjit has changed his shirt, he isn't wearing the white shirt/kurta he was wearing for Makar Sankranti.

Yes, we can only hope that there is no forced marriage. But don't think CVS would want to show marriage without any MU. But don't think this MU would lead to marriage, unless they show that Gautam leaves Amruta at the mandap, and Virat steps in to marry her purely out of revenge. This would be petty for his character.

But like Lav mentioned in the EDT, it makes more sense for Jahan to know Ahujas through her Punjabi roots than Aaji, rather than what they are mentioning here and in the Lohri promo. So she could have known Virat was a divorcee more than Aaji. Plus Virat or Babita, either one of them mentioned that they left Delhi to escape from the taunts given by society people there.

Most likely the taunts wouldn't have been about Virat's divorcee status, he was accused of DV by Priyanka, and this would have been why he was taunted.

Unless Jahan gets a phone call from someone in delhi, will be odd if she mentions it after all these days. Not a bad time to get a call from a relative - to wish her for Lohri.

About 2nd para, think he mentioned in 30th jan convo he didnt mind it much when people were talking to him. It's when people started blaming his family that he couldnt take it any more. Guess this has to do with Babita's attitude - tired of which, people started talking back to her using his divorce.

PS - also possible they keep the source as a mini suspense for the mu to play out to where they want to.

I'm yet to watch this new segment.

Anyhow as we have two threads, we can limit EDT for actual episodes, precaps & promos discussions, where as can talk more about segments/bts/spoilers/IG reels etc. within this space as some people prefer to have suspense retained about actual upcoming scenes till episode is released.
