..::KNK Times::.. 9th Edition

Hey guys...its me Jaz once again 😃
Priya is still busy with life so I am posting the KNK times again this week...lots of things happening...get ready for some masti 😉





Summary

* Kanav returns to India with Neeti in tow, much to Raina's disappointment.

* Kanav tells Mriduta the truth about Neena never being pregnant and that Neeti is Raina's "mom".

* Kinjal over hears all of it and finally learns that Raina really is her child and vows to get her daughter back at any cost.

* Kinjal confronts Niharika about everything and Niharika admits to everything and promises that she wont let Kinjal access to Raina or Kanav.

* Kanav sees that Raina needs her mother and Neeti needs her daughter so he says he will marry Neeti.

* Mriduta agrees and calls the wedding planner who is…Kinjal.

* Kajal have their first meet and greet post leap…awesome eye locking!

* Mriduta and Kinjal both join hands in digging up things against Neeti because none of them like her.

* Neeti tries to get close to Raina but fails because Raina is all about Kinjal.

* Neeti tries to sabotage a play date but Kinjal out smarts her.

* Kanav-Raina-Kinjal all have a wonderful family day at Children's Park while Neeti is a sore thumb in the back ground.

* At the park someone spots Neeti and reveals that she isn't Neeti; her real name is Payal.

Scene of the Week

Alright guys…do I even need to say this; I know I don't but I will do it any way. The scene of the week for last week (6/2 – 6/5) is of course, Kajal's first encounter post leap. It was so cute. Kanav coming down and seeing Kinjal, it was so cute. The look on his face just us how happy he was to see her. The smile on his face had hearts melting all over the world…am I right? It was very nicely done I think. It wasn't all super dramatic with the camera zooming all over the place, it was just nice and easy. Kanav and Kinjal's interaction was well set as well. It wasn't awkward or anything like that, it was jut easy flowing. Hey, how are you? How have you been? Simple and sweet; it was like two old friends were reconnecting. We know that we want Kajal as more than just friends but we have to wait for that. But as they say, sabar ka phaal humesha meeta hota hai. Toh issi liyeh sabar karo, it will be worth it…I'm sure.

Also a very well put together scene is right after Kinjal finds out that Raina is her child, she remembers Raina in the park. The clips and setting was just prefect. Raina and Kinjal's bond came through really well too.

Dialogue of the Week

"Main aapni baachi ko aapni zindagi mein vaapas lakar hi rahungi." - Kinjal

"…duniya ka kaunsa aaisa insaan hai joh mujhse meri maamta ko chin sakte hai.' – Kinjal

Kinjal had some awesome lines this week. She totally rocked the scenes. It just showed how much love she has for Raina. It showed the power of a mothers love and I'm sure that we will see the wrath of a mother scorned in the up coming weeks. It will be awesome to see Kinjal seek revenge on those who had turned her life upside down five years ago. Go Kinjal, we are all with you. Bring that conniving little twit, Niharika, to her knees!

Style Icon of the Week

As much as I hate Neeti, as I'm sure you all do as well, I have to give her this week icon title. As annoying and stupid as this chick is, she is well dressed. The salwar's that she wears are simple and semi-modern. It is something that I can see myself wearing around the house and even to small family get together's. The style is something that is easy to handle and maintain. It is something that I think we could see just one the streets of Mumbai on any given day. It isn't fancy or decked out in glitter and sequins; just some simple boarder designs around the neck and its done. The color contrast of black and white and the red and white she wore the week before are also good. Even the green sari that she wore for when she was doing the pooja was very nice. I have a weakness for green, but that aside, I think many people can agree that it was a nice and simple sari. It gives her the 'down to earth' look that she is trying to create for Mriduta.

So this week, the spot light is on Neeti.

Shining Star of the Week

Ok so I may not even have to say this either but, the star of this week was none other than Mr. Kanav Sindhya, our one and only. He totally rocked this week. I think it has to do with the fact that he isn't so gambhir any more, he is so much more lively now than he was pre-leap. Before he was all blue and stern, now he is completely the opposite. You actually get to see him smile now, everyday in fact. How great is that!? After all, he has such a cute smile that I just melts your heart and has you drooling like a baby! I think all this can be accredited to the one and only darling of the show, Ms. Raina. She is clearly the light of his life and it really shows. Kanav has an attitude and air about him when he is not around Raina, and when he is he is so light and care free. She brings a smile to his face like no one can. Well, Kinjal comes pretty close because Kanav did smile like a doll at her when he finally saw her. Neeti however, no such effect. So rock on Kanav!

Biggest Disappointment of the Week

For me the biggest disappointment of the week had to be Urmila's attitude and treatment towards Raina. She was so rude and mean towards Raina, it really disappointed me. Urmila has been like the best mom in the show from day one. She has a special bond and relationship with each of her kids. That is why when she was so cold hearted towards Raina it was disheartening. Yes, she did realized her mistake and fix it; but it still didn't let us forget how she initially was. Poor Raina is head over heels for Kinjal and she is so cute, how anyone can be so mean to a child like that is beyond me.

On a side note, it is no secret that I am a Vidyut fan…guilty as charged. I was disappointed to see that they didn't air any scenes of him in the show all week. I wanted just one tiny scene, just to get my fix; however, I had no such luck. Finger are crossed, hopefully next week I will get a glimpse of Vidyut Sir.

Biggest Shocker of the Week

Well lets see the shocker of this week…could it be Kanav's hasty decision to get hitched to the two-timing, snobby, spoiled, stupid little witch he dragged along with him from London? Yeah, that is definitely it! I mean come on, he didn't waste any time did he. No chat mangni pat biha…its jut chat biha. Kanav has his reasons and they are valid but dear lord man, hold your horses. Get to know the chick first before you put the mangulsutra around her neck and fill her mang with sindoor. See if she has any skeletons in her closet, I'm sure there are. You don't even know her favorite color, food or pass time and you are on a high horse to give her the title of Mrs. Kanav Sindhya. Take a step back man, you will see how wrong she is for you and for Raina. Take a step back and then look to Kinjal, you will find that she is the one…THE ONE…and only!

Also there is the fact that Neeti is not Neeti but is really Payal. It shouldn't be a shocker but for some reason it was. Although I was expecting the other shoe to fall I didn't think that she was using a different name. Why? That is the million dollar question. What did Payal do that had to change her name to Neeti? Stay tuned guys!

Another small shocker was the whole speedy process of everything that has happened. Kanav bring Neeti home, tell his mom the truth about the artificial insemaination, Kinjal finds out she is Raina's mom, Niharika admits to everything she did, Kanav decides to marry Neeti and Neeti's past is coming to bit her in the ass…all in one week. Phew, that has to be some sort of record. Things are moving at the speed of light now, when in the past it was a snail speed. Remember how long we had to wait for Kinjal to find out that Kanav was her baby daddy…we are still waiting for Kanav to find out. Hopefully if things progress at the new speed, its only a matter of time (short time) before Kanav is in the loop too. Here's to hoping.

Alright people…cute moments of KNK for last week, there were quite a few.

1. Raina telling Urmila that her hands weren't reaching the door bell so that is why she couldn't ring it. So cute, kitni pyaari baachi hai naa!

2. I thought the scene when Kanav says he is ready to marry Neeti because his daughter needs a mother. How cute was that!? He puts aside his feelings, and apparently his brain (but that is another matter) just for the happiness of his child. Isse kehte hai baap ka pyaar! Bravo Kanav!

3. Haye, the first meeting of Kajal was cuteness galore but but but…the cutest part was when Kinjal was going up the stairs with Mriduta and Kanav just kept looking at her. The smile on his face was adorable! I loved it!

4. All of the family fun moment between Kinjal-Raina-Kanav were cute. They really looked like a happy family just spending a weekend together. Kabab mein haadi Neeti kept her distance which made it even better.

5. Kanav and Kinjal on the Ferris wheel was just cute. Don't know if you all noticed it but they were sitting pretty close together. I wanted to just take Kanav's arm and put it across Kinjal's shoulder, they were that close. It was awesome, kya pyaar hai.

6. Raina is cute in general and all over but this week when she was doing her little skit with her thumbs, it was adorable. One thumb was Kanav and the other one was her, all for the sake of having more than one ice cream. So sweet!

Alright people get read to laugh because this week was filled with funny/hilarious scenes. Must watch scenes if you need a picker upper or just a smile.

1. When Raina runs into Neeti she says 'Sorry Aunty' and Neeti's response, 'Aunty hogi tumhari Mom.' Anyone care to explain exactly what that means. If someone is your mom how can they be your aunty? Someone needs to send Neeti back to biology 101 for a refresher course. Paata nahin, kaab woh Kanav ko Uncle bana de!

2. At the airport when Raina runs to Kanav and asks for her surprise and Kanav points to Neeti. Raina says, 'Yeh kaun hai?' Not just that but the look on her face is priceless.

3. Kanav asks Neeti to read a story for Raina and to put her to bed. Lekin baath toh ulti hogayi. Instead Raina reads Neeti a story and she falls asleep. Neeti needs parenting 101 as well…rule #13 Parent read kids bedtime stories, not vice versa.

4. On 6/4 Neeti is up and at 'em early with her aarti. If you look at the faces that Kanav and Raina make when they get up, omg…it will have you in splits. They are like wtf…are we in the right house?

5. During the aarti Neeti forgets the lines to the hymn. Clearly girls isn't doing her homework in how to kiss-ass. More training needed…Niharika please help.

6. Kanav and Mriduta agree that they will do the KN wedding, bohot dhoom dhaam se; nice…go for it. The funny part, Kinjal is already down stairs when Mriduta and Kanav come down. Either someone called Kinjal before Kanav even decided to tell his mother or Kanav's house must be huge if Kinjal can get there before they even get down. I want a piece of that house. Ek bedroom bhi chalega.

7. Ok now this is the funniest and most outrageous moment/blooper out there. Kinjal is in a black/white outfit when she is talking to Niharika about Raina. Then she comes as the wedding planner in a cute pink number. She goes up stairs to spy on Neeti but wah-la! She is now back in the black/white get up. What the…Did she think that 'oh I cant spy in pink I should be in black'. That was so ridiculous. That is probably why she almost got caught. Kinjal focus dear. Next do the snooping and then change your clothes, it's a waste of perfectly good detective time.

8. Neeti is really a dumb blond stuck in a Desi girls body. Niharika told Neeti and Raina's mom is Kinjal. Neeti's wedding planner is Kinjal. Is it just me or isn't Kinjal an uncommon name? Wouldn't any normal person wonder what a coincidence it was? Not Neeti, Niharika needs to literally spell it out before she gets it. Neeti = Tube light

9. While they are all at the park, water/children's park, they are watching a magic show. If you look you can see some dude in the back ground with his shirt off. Let me tell you, not a great body so please buddy…put your sirt back on. Besides, ever heard of the saying, "No shirt, No shoes, No Service!"

10. Ok guys, this takes the cake on Neeti's lack of brain. To hide from a guy from her past she gets into a trunk. Abra-ca-dabra…the magician opens the box and out pops a full grown evil woman. She comes out with green and pink stuff attached to her, birds and a foolish look on her face. The looks that Kinjal and Kanav had were hilarious but the look on Raina's face was priceless. Her excuse, she couldn't get Raina the ice cream so she though she would climb into a box. Hey, I didn't get ice cream yesterday after dinner…who wants to come out of a box for me? Any takers…anyone…anyone at all…nope…no one.
