Why is Neenas Mom negative? And does she not know the person shes teaming up with killed her own daughter?

nikharika doesn't like kinjal...and thinks neena died bcoz of kinjal.......and i dont think she knows dat sandhiya killed neena .......I think they accepted neena death as an accident........
