update for January 4th

Previously on Kahaani…
Sasha and Machan discover that Aditi overheard their plans to kill
Mahesh Pandey. Monalika and Shruti decide to meet with Aditi. Om and
Shruti rescue Aditi from gangsters who throw acid on her. Shruti
tells Rob about Sasha. Om considers his decision again. Rob and Neel
break away from the Gargs. Shruti, Monalika and Vigyat taunt Garima,
Machan and Sasha. Machan tries to kill himself after Aryan says that
they might loose the case.

And now Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii

Parvati shares strict eye contact with Sasha. He remembers her words –
"It is written in the books and history is proof of the fact that no
man has left this earth without paying for his actions. You won't go
either Sasha, not until you've paid for each tear you made everyone
cry."

Meanwhile Mr. Mehra calls Gaurav and tells him that he spoke with the
pandit and they have identified the next perfect day for the
engagement is tomorrow. Gaurav says that since the day is special
then they should go ahead and have the engagement. Gaurav and Shilpa
start bickering about what's going to happen and the two of them cry
emotionally as they realize how Sonu has grown and how she will be
leaving them soon. They tease each other about who will cry more at
the wedding. Sonu joins them and for the first time we see the three
of them in a group hug, one big happy family.

The next day everyone starts getting things ready for the engagement
when Parth walks downstairs. Parvati sees him and tells him that
maybe now he feels what it's like to be away from the people who love
him so much. She tells him that there is still time and that it's not
too late for him. Parth looks around him and walks away. At the
office Om thinks again about his decision to stop Parvati from
fighting. Kamal tells him not to think about it and says that he
shouldn't have stopped Parvati. Gaurav says that now Sasha will sink
to any level to get back at them and you can't make people like that,
only someone like Parvati can put them in their place. Om is about to
answer when Gaurav's phone rings and Shilpa tells him to come home
soon. When she hangs up Sonu walks in and looks for jewelry and
Shilpa gives her one that has already been selected but Sonu wants to
wear another one. They laugh about it and Shilpa says that both
father and daughter are the same. Sonu corrects her and says that all
three of them are alike.

At the same time Sasha meets up with Rahul's father and they finalize
their deal about Sonu. Sasha says that he will reward Mr. Mehra in
every way he promised just as long as Mehra keeps up his end of the
deal. Mehra tells Sasha in front of Parth and Machan that as soon as
Sonu is married to Rahul then whatever happens to her after that will
be all according to what Sasha says. Later both families come
together and the engagement begins. Parth walks in and stops it with
proof recorded on his phone of the fact that Rahul's father and Sasha
are in cahoots. The family is shocked. Sonu slaps Rahul and runs
away, Shilpa follows her and Gaurav throws Rahul and his family out
of the house. Sasha yells at Parth for what he did and Machan starts
talking about what happened with Gunn. Parvati asks him to shut up
and Machan walks up to him and asks what she plans to do if he
doesn't. Parvati slaps him and Machan is thrown into fury. He tells
her that the end result of that slap won't be good at all. Kamal asks
him to leave the family feels sad about what has taken place.

Shilpa comforts Sonu who apologizes for what she did. She says that
she went out with Rahul even when they didn't want her to and this
was what happened. Shilpa tells her it's ok and tells her to forget
about it. Meanwhile Parth calls Parvati and tells her that he's very
sorry for everything he has done and wants to come back home. Parvati
tells him that he doesn't have to be sad about a thing and reminds
him that he saved his sister's life today. Parth says that he's at
his construction site and Parvati tells him to wait there saying that
she's on her way to get him. Parvati hangs up and hesitates only a
moment before her motherly instincts tell her that she should go and
get Parth. Elsewhere Shruti and Krishna taunt Sasha and Machan about
what happened. Sasha tells them that the battle isn't over yet and
Shruti tells him that for Machan maybe it already is. Sasha and
Machan walk away leaving Shruti and Krishna oblivious to another plan
that is taking place at…

…The construction site seems deserted and Parvati arrives there
asking the security guard where Parth is. He says that Parth went
inside. Parvati goes inside looking for him and when she finally
finds him she explains that children make mistakes but they can be
forgiven. She takes him by the hand and is ready to go home when
Parth doesn't move. She asks him what happened and Parth says: "I'm
sorry Badi Ma." Parvati is suddenly struck with panic and asks what
Parth is sorry for. At that point in time Machan walks out from
behind some crates and says: "Thank you Parth!" Parvati is thrown
into dread shock as she realizes that her life maybe in danger!

On the next Kahaani…
Machan plans on doing the unthinkable but Parvati, the ardent
follower of the Gods is saved. This final act transcends in Om's mind
and he realizes that now the time has come for the destruction of the
Gargs.
