Ekta has had huge differences with most of them, Rajesh Joshi, Anil Kumar, Santaram Verma and Partho Mitra, to name a few.
A well-placed source said, Ekta Kapoor has decided to let bygones be bygones. She is in the process of bringing as much old talent back to the company as possible. Thats her strategy for putting Balaji Telefilms back on track.

Rajesh Joshi who had worked with Ekta from 1999 to 2004, confirmed the news and said, I have written several episodes of Koshish Ek Asha, Kyunki..., Kasautii... and Kkusum for Ekta. We had a wonderful working relationship . But after some time, we had creative differences. Thereafter, I started free-lancing . I am back now. Its great to be working with Ekta again.
Anil Kumar, who had earlier directed the successful Kkusum and Kahiin To Hoga for Ekta, said, I have forgotten the panga I had with Ekta. I have put it behind me. Everything is fine now. I am directing Kitani Mohabbat Hai for her. I have a five-month agreement. It is likely that my contract may be extended.
Santram Verma however refused to admit that he had any problem with Ekta in the past. I had no issues with Ekta, Santram said. But it is common knowledge that the two of them had huge creative differences during the making of Balajis film Krishna Cottage (Sohail Khan, Esha Koppikar) which Santram directed. But yes, I am working full-time with Ekta now. I directed a few episodes of Bandini and now I am directing Koi Aane Ko Hai, Santram added. Ekta remained unavailable for comment.
