Exactly he played very smart .sari responsibility unpar daal di so that eventually this happens .Itna kaam to Dr riddhesh b nahi kiya hoga being a doc .
No dears none of us are blaming her .completely agree she has a right to decide about the baby thing but but don't u guys feel she did sidelined her personal life .Anyways matter of fact is it's just there characters. makers would have showed equal growth of both the characters and there happy moments rather than a sudden leap .Gg initially cute then mature and lastly focused only on work is hard to digest as ppl loved her cuter side that's the soul reason for blaming her .Makers made anubhav spineless and Gg's worst phase yet to come .
There are many reasons for anuguns fight...some flashbacks will come about anugun..what happened to them 2 years back...wait and watch...

Gungun doesn't want to become mother because she never got the love and affection from her mother dr Maya...gungun is thinking that if her own baby comes into world then she may not have time to take care of her child because of work..she is worried if she ends up becoming like Dr.maya after her child comes...she is very afraid and stress to become good mother..becoming mother is such a big responsibility...gungun got married to anubhav in sindoor marriage when gungun was 21 years old...then they got married after 1 years...it took 2 years leap ..gungun is now 24years old...she needs sometime to become mother...if she decides to adopt a child she should do like that...prakash is gunguns foster brother...but gungun never got love from own family.. so she wants to adopt child...adopting child is good option for gungun...she thinks that she always gets love from strangers..she went through a lot in childhood and even adulthood because when gungun was small her mother has abandoned her badly...even gungun was called as baharwali wife after anubhav got married to her in accidental sindoor marriage..gungun was getting insulted and mocked and slapped by akiriti and BP...she slowly focused on her work more than everything else to avoid becoming mother...I can understand her problems and situations...that's how she ended up becoming Dr.maya...its not her fault..its her mindset...she is more stronger than cute and innocent woman..we should not judge her like that...
are yeh baat to mein bhul hi gei agr responsibility niwa ni hai apni father ki hospital ki karo jo tumhari papa hemesha se chahate te tum padh aage ek kamiyab or dinmedar ladki bono anu bhi to yahi chahata hai ...lekin nahi isse to apni dost ki responsibillity niwa ni hai ok fine jo kr na hai kare serial offair ja raha hai chahati to nahi hu per khus hoon mujhe yeh bakwaas jyada din tak nahi dekh ni paregi..
