Jeet says everything is going haywire. and even bacchha singh is missing..and aarif says are we all thinking that bacchha is hurt by thakkraal....and diwakar says it is possible that thakkraal has done something....and anu says i m sure bacchha will keep his word. Anu says i know bacchha wouldnt run away form us...and radha comes and says u r right bacchha has not run away but i had to come here and give this to u. She says i got this parcel today so u should watch this.

BAcchha has recorded his statement and says if i m missing that means i have been killed. And he says i m leaving this recording with radha bhabhi as this is the only place where he will not find me...

and then he starts with all the dates and all the things thakkraal has done...and the vidoe is being played in the court and everyone is watching it including thakkraal.

Thakkraal is getting shocked at hearing all the dates and locations be said in the video by bacchha. Bacchha says i changed after the rachna matter. but now thakkraal's turn has come and he should be punished. HE says thakkraal has KILLED RACHNA. and he should be punished. and reports are saying all tthat bacchha has said to the media.

Thakkraal says i cant believe that bacchha was in police and he was my security guard...and he was a partner in crime. Yet he is missing. and aditi says u should know where bacchhaa is??? and thakkraal says bacchha doesnt work with me anymore and ppl who dont work with me..i dont keep track of them. He says all the things bacchha said did happen but i was not involeved in any one of them. Maybe bacchha was involved...maybe we should ask him...but he is missing...and aditi is getting mad at his ignorance. Aditi says thakkraal is responsible for bachha missing..N he should be punished.

and then thakkraal is defending himself....how do we know that it was bacchha singh in the video. and how do we know bacchhaa was not presurrized to say all those things. and judge says yes...bachha has to come to court and give his statement.

and then aditi is calling bansi ...her next witness. aditi brings duppatta and rachna's shoes and asks whether they are the same that he found from the pond and he says yes...thakkraal killed rachna in the pond. and some other withnesses also say that rachna was killed by thakkraal. and now thakkraal is questioning them. and he says u have buisiness relationship with thakkraal...the guy says yes...and he says thakkraal didnt help u renew ur license so u are doing this. and then aditi calls minister dayal....and thakkraal a bit worried. Dayal comes to stand and dayal says he went to thakkraal's party and he saw rachna there and also he saw rachna accusing thakkraal. and thakkraal in anger took his gun out...and then i came in middle and said to get her home...and then i went away myself. and dayal said if i hadnt interfered...then i felt that thakkraal would have killed her there only. adiit says u know thakkraal since a long time do u think he would have killed rachna?? Dayal says YES. and court is dismissed.

Thakkraal come sout of the court and reporters run to him and he smiels and ignores all questions. he is walking behind radha. and then reporters go to radha she says i trust my husband completely and i know he is innocent.

Sid says have u thought about what i said. and anu says tomorrow will be a new day and faisla will be in our hakh.
