2nd Nov Written Update

Sid is passing time and eatning and Rachna is like i think anu is going to be late and Rachna's dad goes in to ask Jeet whether we would get more time. Thakkraal says u had hope and u r still worried...once a man wanted to fly and he made wings out of cloth and tried to fly but he fell into a valley...so just by believeing ppl dont fly. The thakkraal says the bird that u r waiting for today is not going to speak...meaning anu is not coming to court today. Anu's dad is dragging her into the house and her mom is floowing them and her dad drags her to the room. Anu's dad is mad and saying to his wife that she ran away from the exam hall and was going to the court and she is with them and her mom is like she knows as she is the one who took anu to rachna. She tells her hubby I cant see my child living a life like this so i took her side and Anu's dad throws something on the floor. And he tells anu if u set a foot out of this house no one will be worse then me. Anu's mom and brother look on. Diwakar is like I was busy or else I would have brought anu...Sid comes and says no use...she left as her dad took her back..Diwakar is like she didnt tell anyone then how did her father find out?? Sid is like i dont know anything could have happened and Rachna gives Sid a stern look at sid and tells Diwakar... u were right..thakkraal's spies are everywhere. Someone informed thakkraal and he did his job. Thakkraal calls anu's dad and anu's dad apologise and says I am not letting anu go form the house. Rachna is like we are going to get more time from court and Sid is like whats the point...as anu cant come and Rachna is like I know ANU WILL COME. I know she want see me lose. The court starts and Jeet calls Rachna as a withness..he says miss Rachna what happened on 22nd aug night at Thakkral's farm house?

Here anu is sitting in her room and her mom comes to her...and says Anu dont be worried..u tried ur best and now matter is out of ur hands...and here rachna says then we fled from the farm house and we were scared and we got to the camp.

Opposition comes to question Rachna and says right now u said that thakkraal tried to molest u...can u describ how ...where did he touch you?? and everyone is looking down all ashamed..An is in her room and her mom is like dont be worried and she is like how can i not be worried..i need to find a way...and then she sees her laptop and turns it on. She is recording herself on her laptop and giving her statement. The opposition asks rachna which body parts did mr. thakkraal touch. Did u get feelings in ur body?? Sensation? Jeet (bubbly's auntys son) objects. The judge tells opposition lawyer to mind his language. Judge is like u have to answer rachna ...why are u calling it molestation and rachna shouts out ..what he was doing was wrong and I was feeling really bad. the opposition lawyer says when he was doinh all this why didnt u stop him?? Rachna is like i did stop him but he didnt stop. the lawyer is like what he touching u badly that he didnt stop...and here anu is recording herself saying thakkraal had rachna in tight grip and she was tryong to get off and fightin him...anu is like I was out for 1/2 an hr and rachna told me that all this started 10 mins after i left...so all this was going on for 15-20 mins.

Opposition lawyer tells rachna that u r a well known player,fast in action and u were not able to run away??? and Rachna is like what are u talking about?? And the lawyer tells the judge that in one room, two ppl, one is saying that my client attcked her and my client is saying that he was only encouraging a good player?? Now who is telling the truth...do we have a 3rd voice who can speak the truth. Anu finishes off her statement..and says she is going to mail this to rachna and rahcna can show this statement in the court.

In the court ...rachna gets off and thakkraal is called in the witness box...SId signals something to thakkraal and Rachna's dad gets a txt that anu has sent an important email to rachna....so her dad tells Jeet to check Rachna's account. Jeet is like i m checking and he opens his laptop.

Pre-Cap - Anu's mom is telling her hubby that u have always looked down upon ANu...u never looked at her nice side ...and she stops as she see BAcchha singh at their door step. Anu's mom is shocked.
