Performance anaylsis for today. there is not much to write actually with the spoilers doing round for the last few days.
anyways first with top4
the salsa by rajit and saumita were average. and what was classical, traditional beat main salsa? they should see this one to know how u do salsa in traidtional beat.
hello peeps, remix of an old song with modern beats an dancing to it is not doing western form in traditional bit. Uff, there is a limit of trying to fool people.
Coming to performance, saumita was down in energy, may be coz of injury, and she looked very uncomfortable. the partner work was meh. transitions and connections were
so discontinuous. Rajit salvaged the whole dance imho. he was shining. this definitely is not his best dance, his maula mere was million times better but this definitely was the best
among top4. so props and well deserved performance of the day. Also good to see star paying heed to us, thank God for all those background dancers who are not seen anymore.
the much discussed face-off of abhas and ankan was quite a disappointment for me. i expected so much, after their lambhi chauri talks, but it was not upto the level. When it comes
to flexibility and finishing, ankan was clear winner. but when it cames to doing the steps, isolations, expressions abhas. more or less both were same. this was indeed enjoyable, but as i
said it was below my expectation. It was well coordinated and all, but not much of a face-off,more like a duo job. their robot act was much much better i think.
Rajit winning out of the top 4 was quite deserved. and saumita is such a disaster in latin styles . High time she stops her sympathy garnering acts and pay some attention to training properly.

Swarali: she was amazing today. her costume,which was very swan lake esque gave a classical ballet vibe and she was no doubt amazing, amazing. she played in her forte really
well. her turns, her saute, her Sissonne were beautiful
meher: ok, hm its hard to say but she shook her belly really well. it was not anything new, but her energy was good and her performance was 10 times better than yesterdays. i am in two minds
about her inclusion. i think she and karan pangali were similar.
karan P did a kathak, hip hop, modern mix. he started of beautifully, but his energy dropped and then it was low. he did the moves well, but compared to last
week he wasnt that good today. I mean if we hadn't known about the foul play, i wouldn't have minded him out today. beginning was good and very very strong but that
was it.
kruti: expressions. her techniques were good, but her expressions and her energy killed it for her. hers was todays weakest performance. Compared to others, she wasnt really
that good. though her beginning , the swirl she took with the shirt were beautiful, but overall hers was really fading compared to everyone else.
a special mention to surjeet karan khanna and ayushman. I think ayushman was really really good. that stupid costume not withstanding, his tutting and hip hop was so good.
he is a proper dancer i should say. If it was upto me, i would have given him the swift award. he deserved it the most among the others.
