Can someone post the video? ... we don't have the channel yet but I do like to see some Indian shows...

I'm a Polish ... although I am connected to India through my husband who is an Indian 😊 ...

I'd love to see this performance... sounds interesting. The one with flag, I read in here sometimes and the reviews about the flag performance seem so good! .. the one in which they act as its colors ... I think the guy called rajit did it...

By the way, I don't post here often, but found some wonderful Indian friends when I visited India for the first time in my life. A beautiful family in shape of my in laws ... and attended the most amazing wedding of my sister in law! ... I think its a beautiful country. Although I never had any knowledge or curiosity about India in the first place, and it all somehow came together infront of me since I got married to my university sweetheart who happened to be a very kind, sincere and innocent boy from India 😊 ... and now we will be proud parents soon too 😉 ... so I'd like to see these stuff as there is a little part Indian inside of me too 😃

My own best friend (from childhood) is also married to a Kashmiri man. They have a little daughter whom he loves so dearly ... they are a beautiful family. I'm married to a Delhi man (follower of Ramdev, Hindu) ... I am a Catholic myself. There are not many Indians in Poland ... very very few, infact I dont know any beyond 4 families in Poland, and except for one all of them are out of my city. But from whatever I've seen, I saw them united here ...

The Kashmiri had tales about his people and the Indian police and army which can be quite gruesome. He doesn't want to return to Kashmir (his is in Indian side), and never even went for a visit. Although he does feel for his country which he calls Kashmir (he denied India since his university days and once told us that as a child he used to love India ... but the following events on his family ruined it) ... I wonder why this seperation between your own people...? Its really sad and I wish things could be better. I heard they don't even intermarry between themselves, so many walls ... although my case was similar as initially my inlaws were not too positive about me ... now although things are very different...

Anyways ... please send a link to this video anyone!!! Thanks.

Thanks ... it truely turns out to be one of a kind, heart wrenching ... I've got these words translated by my hub... quite sad... I wish India a happy independence day... i am somehow connected through my relationship ... all I can say is that the country can become a far better place if it wishes to be ... can unite and that is the source of all goodness.

Thanks and enjoy your time 😊

It is difficult to understand by listening to only one side of the story and taking one person's opinion and perception as the fact and reality. The military and Police do not do it out for fun, ie try to subdue and kill their own kin. Who started the problem is a long story, and its kind of chicken first or egg first kind of way. There are people in India, called kashmiri pandits, who have been driven from their homeland, lives like immigrants in their own country because of the kashmiri separtists. there is plenty of information on Internet, some quite contradictory. Instead of posting such questions on an entertainment forum, i suggest you post your question in debate mansion, there you can read some interesting, insightful views that might help you to understand

Sorry I am not here to debate ... I don't think very highly of the debate mansion here, I've seen that place and honestly it doesn't appeal to me when you talk about anything constructive or intellectual, because i felt that place to be very destructive, very antagonistic ... rather i found many of the entertainment forums very refreshing and more intellectual... Hearts count, and nothing else does ... in the end thats what make the world go on.

I'm not looking to take any sides or hear a perspective ... I'm just talking about what I know, and I very well respect it as an internal problem of India. You can deal with it, I am sure... just as a fellow human being its often very appalling.

As a normal human being I definately find more trust in people whom I know for much longer, and in this case the person I was talking about is a man who is married to my best friend who is no less than a sister. We were friends since my age of 13 and it meant alot to me back them. She is very much a Polish, and his (her husband's) attitude towards her and the Polish tradition, customs, her religion and our surroundings is good enough.

Now its true I don't know about the other side ... but I don't really support violence and hatred among anyone, so I guess even if there are people among the Kashmir people who hate, whatever be his/her religion - I really don't have any good feelings about them.

I'm also not judging, although it might sound like that ... nor did I come to discuss anything political. All I felt was being touched and I just had to share. The translation of that video also was heart wrenching... knowing how those guyz had to bear the wrath of belonging to a different religion in India.

I know for once the caste problem ... I have some knowledge of the religion problem now too. Its just too sad (I hope you agree on it) that India is still fragmented among its own people ... its not really what it was supposed to me, and somehow its not on track towards that either.

I just hope everyone remain in harmony ... have a good time.

Thats okay, as long as we donot end up fighting among each other.
The reason for my post was you seemed to be a little judging, now that you say you are not, i guess i am okay.

kashmir is a sensitive issue to lots of Indian and if u look up online for information, u can find there are two sides of the coin. Since your source of information is one side of the coin and you know them more than some random person online, you will trust them, its natural, but if u try to understand the problem, which it seems you are, you need to know both sides of the story.
India is a huge country, and it has wide cultural diversity, you can say India in itself is like europe ,small countries(states) pulled together because of some unifying underlying bonds. We have atleast 24 different official language and the state of gujarat alone is of the size of a country like germany.
We have our fair share of problems, racial, religious, caste based, but mostly it is created by political people and parties. normal people donot care much about anything. The problem is created mostly by political agendas, and that goes for any country. Everyone does remain in harmony and have a good time.

I went to kashmir myself and as a Indian I felt really bad when the people there said that army is ruining everything and that they were better off
with pakistan...honestly I was very angered that they did not care that
these young pple left their family n children just so other countries would
not invade and take over... I have been there and I havent seen any
army officer misbehaving with anyone.
