~*~*~WRITTEN UPDATE FOR JUNE 16TH, 2009~*~*~
RECAP:
Jugni's Dad telling Vicky "I think you should go back, you'll get bored sitting here anyways" then Vicky responds saying "I brought Jugni here, I will be the one to take her back." Then they show Jugni's Mom saying "Jugni's parents want us to bring her back with us." Recap ends w/ Vicky saying it was his dad and he wants them to come home right now.
BHALLA HOUSE
They go to Vicky's house and it is dark, you can hear the crickets in the back. Jugni's dad says, "hello, (then to the family) be careful. Why is it so dark." Jugni's mom states "so darks" and Vicky hypothesizes that the fuse might have blown. Jugni still looking sad. Vicky says I'll go look when all of a sudden the lights come on. The whole family is standing there and Bauji excitedly exclaims "HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY." They all clap and Jugni looks up and smiles as well as Vicky and Jugni's mom but her dad doesn't look to happy. Bauji asks them why are they looking around, come come inside, you to mama and mami ji. Jugni asks why all this? Bauji says, "oye jugni puttar, in families these little celebrations need to happen, these celebrations make the love grow fonder." Jugni looks down sadly. Bauji continues to say, "but tell me one thing jugni puttar, you were the one to teach us all this, remember, For our anniversaries." Then Maninder and Balwinder respectively tell them to take blessings from bauji. They do and instead Bauji hugs them and asks God to give them all the happiness in the world and then he tells the two to go get blessings from Mama and Mami ji. Jugni's Dad blesses them and Jugni's Mom says "happys happys" Jugni turns around looking glum, and they both go towards Bauji and Bauji tells them remember one thing in life, never part from each other. Jugni looks like she is about to cry as she looks up at Vicky, in the back you see Jugni's mom looking well bland, Vicky is has look on his face like what am I supposed to do, Bauji continues to say "and always love each other a lot." Manjit in her cute funny way says "Remember we celebrated Bauji and Biji's anniversary this was too." Surjeet also smiles. And the young brother (still don't know his name, can someone fill me in on this?) says that bauji also yelled at them, after tho. And surjeet says that bauji never says no to Vicky. Jugni smiles and then looks down. They all are so happy there, except for Jugni's parents. Bauji says lets start celebrating. Jugni looks sad, Vicky looks amazing. They are about to cut the cake together, when Bauji stops then and says remember for my anniversary you made me put my hand on top of Biji's hand and then we blew the candle. You guys do the same as well." Vicky says yes dad. They do that, (oh man, they look so uncomfortable how sadL) Bauji says now blow the candle out. They do that together. Jugni's parents don't look to happy. Jugni and Vicky stare at each other before they blow it out. Everyone claps. Bauji tells them to feed each other. Vicky Feeds Jugni, she slowly takes it, and everyone claps and cheers, She looks so sad and then she looks at her parents who jus turn their heads away, Then jugni feeds Vicky, Vicky looks equally sad and Jugni's dad is mean muggin the scene, and then they all clap and cheer, then the two both feed bauji. Balwinder says he wants to eat too I mean I want to feed them too, then he does, slowly one by one, everyone feeds the two and Jugni's parents stand there not to happy with how things are going. Bauji asks her parents why they are standing so far and that they should feed them too, they do and everyone claps. Jugni looks like she on the brinks of tears. (haha the next part is funny, or at least I found it funny,) Balwinder says remember for you anniversary Jugni and Vicky danced, Bauji says khotiya, are you trying to say I should dance for their anniversary, Manjit laughs. Balwinder says no no, then Maninder comes in and say "that's not a bad idea, if you want to dance, go ahead and dance, we won't stop you." Then the younger one comes and excitedly says "yah we wont stop you." Bauji says you are right but biji is not here, what can I do alone, but idea is not wrong. We can do something, we'll have them dance, it will look nice." Balwinder says great idea and simran in the back agrees. Vicky says how can we dance? Maninder says "what did you just say not to father? Father, should I go get the talwar." (hah he is always wanting to get that out. Haha) Bauji yells at him and says let the sword rest at times. Balwinder says Bauji is right, let it rest. When will my family get some brains, then he continues to says Jugni puttar, today is a day of happiness, so we have to celebrate, and you two have to dance the way you guys danced at Nicky's wedding. (The family looks happy except for'you guessed it, Jugni's parents.) Maninder says yep they danced really well that night. Jugni tries to say no, Bauji says no buts or anything, you two will dance that's it, They two look at each other all sad and stuff. They two dance'I don't know what song it is. (OMG the way Vicky is taking a hand at a time from her, and the look he gives her, I'd melt in his arms if he gave me those same looks! How can she leave him!!!) The other three couples are in the back next to each other cutely flirting and smiling at the scene. Vicky looks like he wants to dance his heart out w/ her, but Jugni doesn't look so in to it, Jugni stops at one point and Vicky walks around her and hits her shoulder w/ his, and she walks away but he grabs her hand and she spins into his arms. Jugni's parents look once again unhappy. Two two continue to dance, Simran and her husband are swaying back and forth happily. Jugni and Vicky let go of each others hands and she walks backwards towards her parents and Vicky (poor guy) is standing there dumbfounded.
BHALLA HOUSE NEXT MORNING
Jeeta is carrying a bag on his back and Bauji and Balwinder are telling him to be careful. Jugni's Dad asks Buaji what is in the bags, Bauji says oh nothing just a small gift for Jugni from her In-laws to her parents. Then the wives come in carrying presents. Jugni's mom asks what is in the bags though, Balwinder says one has mangoes the other has leechiya (what is the English translation for leechiya?) Jugni's parents have a "huh, what is all this" look on their face. The younger bro says it doesn't look enough should we give them five or six more bags. (haha) Bauji is about to send Jeeta to get some more when Jugni's Dad says, its ok, it's enough, thank you. Bauji says the thing is we need to let her parents know that Jugni is happy w/ her family here. Balwinder smiles (did you know he is in a music video I was watching it the other day) the girls then hug Jugni. Jugni's mom sternly asks her husband "we are going to take all this to London w/ us?!?!" He answers, "we'll just take it out of here." Bauji tells Jeete to put the stuff in the car. Manjit asks Surjeet to move out of the way and calls jugni over. She gives her a tiffin full of pranthe and her favorite sweets. She tells her she can eat them on the way. Jugni smiles and nods her head yes. Balwinder looks happily at his wife, (Jugni's parents well we all know what they look like by now, the same way they have been looking this whole entire episode.) Manjit is about to hand her a bigger tiffin but forgets what was in there, but tells Jugni to take it anyways, just go home and look at it. SUrjeet says I have salwar suit for you and then something for your parents, but also take a complaint to them too, that they have not come here, not even once to see you. Simran nods her head in agreement, and Jugni looks sad once again. Her parents look at each other with a guilty look. Jugni asks Simran, you didn't bring me anything, Simran says yes I did, look, I got you this taveet (is that what it is called?) Manjit takes al lthe stuff from Jugni so Simran can put it on her. Simrans she got it from Baba ji and to keep it on always and that w/ it on, hers and Vickys love will always stay protected, jus like mine n his. Bauji asks where Vicky is, he can't seem to find him. They all look around, Jugni looks from here and there. Maninder says that Vicky left early today and says that he will be back by afternoon and that he met jugni before he left, since he is nowhere to be found, he probably still isn't back yet. Bauji looks astonished. Jugni agrees and says that he did say there was something important. Buaji says he lied to you, he can't see you leave, he loves you a lot, watch when he comes to get you in four days, he will come running, and Mama ji, jugni will not stay there for over four days, otherwise we all will come there, its jus that w/o Jugni this house will become empty. The sister in laws looks sad and they all hug each other. The whole family looks sad to see her leave, Jugni is crying and Bauji is about ot cry too and says you are going to your parents house, don't cry. Her parents leave, and then she walks out behind them, you see Vicky looking down from upstairs. Jugni as she is walking out the door stops and turns around slowly and says by to the family. Balwinder Manjit Simran way bye and she waves bye back, Vicky raises his hand to stop her but he stops.
PRECAP:
The sister in laws are in the Vicky's room and telling him food is ready to eat. Vicky says I'll eat later. Manjit in a sad tone says you're missing jugni huh?
SUMMARY
Vicky Jugni and her parents go to Vickys house, this is wehre Bauji had a surprise anniversary party thrown. THey cut cake and Bauji tells them to dance together like they did at Nicky's wedding. They do, all the time they are uncomfortable with each other. THe next morning when they are about to leave Buaji has bags full of fruit ready for them and the sister in laws gift Jugni stuff for her and her family. They all hug and cry, Vicky is no where to be seen. Then as Jugni is leaving we see Vicky come out from behind a pillar upstairs he wants to stop her but he doesn't.
