WRITTEN UPDATE FOR JUNE 15TH, 2009

Here is the first update. I start updating as soon as the video is posted (BIG THANKS TO ~*LOVELY*~ FOR POSTING THE VIDEOS!!! 👏) Hope you all like this update, please do tell me things i need to fix to make it better. Always open to suggestions...if the update sucks lemme know, i wont mind, everyone is entitled to their own opinion....anyways here are a few things about my update

pink means it is the update, its long guys, brace yourselves 😕

green is for words i do not know what it means or do not know how to spell it

blue is for description of the scene or what is happening that i am including as a side note

red is translation of the hindi

light blue is for my own little tidbits i add here and there😳

~*~*~WRITTEN UPDATE FOR JUNE 15TH, 2009~*~*~

RECAP

Balwinder is saying lets go to Jugni's house. Jeeta is saying he has gotten so big and till date he has never asked anyone to do khaterdari (spell check?) for him. Jagtaar saying "Go tell you Biji that I want to talk to her about Vicky and Jugni." Jugni telling her dad n mom that she made a decision. She is going to go back to London. Vicky has a shocked and surprised look on his face while Jugni looks toward him with sadness in her eyes.

JUGNI'S PARENTS HOUSE

Vicky walks in to Jugni's parents house. (He is wearing jeans, blue collared shirt w/ a black blazer over it, he looks stunning. Jugni as usual looks cute w/ her blue kameez and pink chuni/salwaar).Vicky walks toward Jugni and asks "Jugni tum asa kasi kar sakti ho?" (how can you do this?) Jugni's Mom asks "kyon, kyon nahi asa kar sakti? Jab tum apni family ka itna kheal rakh sakte ho, to hamari Jaz humare vare kyon nahi soch sakti?"(why? Why can't she do this. When you can do so much for your family, why can't she think about us?) Vicky w/ a look of disbelief says "Jugni!" He nods his head as in saying say something please, but Jugni just looks down in sadness, she can barely meet eye to eye w/ Vicky. She looks tormented. Jugni's Dad says "Chalo Vicky bte, hum ne apni beti ke saath both sari baate karni ha. Hum aaj ka din apni beti ke saath guzarna chate ha, tum ik kam karo, tum vapas ghar jao, (Vicky is fidgeting trying to think of something) vese bhi ethe bethe bethe bor hojao ge, aur hum sham ko, Jasmeet ko ghar chor de ge. (Well Vicky son, we have a lot to talk about w/ our daughter, we want to spend today with her, why don't you do one thing, you go home, you will be bored here and we will drop Jasmeet off in the evening) " To everyones surprise Vicky replies w/ a smile "Ji Nahi! Vo kya ha ki, Jugni ko mein he le ker aya tha aur ise vapas, mein he le ker jao ga." Jugni looks confused as to what the heck is this man saying or doing. Vicky continues to say in a cute way "Meine Jugni nu kade akela nahi chora."(No sir, the thing is, I brought Jugni here, so I will be the one to take her home, I have never left Jugni alone) Vicky and Jugni just stare at each other, Vickys seems to breathe a sigh of relief. Jugni kind of slightly has a barely there smile and she put hers head down. Jugni's mom exclaims while putting her hand on Jugni's shoulder "yeh akeli kaha hai? Hum hai nay aha? Is ke company ki liye." (she is not alone, we are with her for her company) Vicky retorts "ahh liken, Jugni ko vapas liye vagar mein yaha se nahi jane vala."(but i will not leave w/o taking Jugni back with me)Jugni looks up at him and smiles. Jugni's dad looks a lil peeved off, Vicky walks toward the family and continues to say "Aur han, agar menu intezaar karna parta, to teek hai,mein kar lo ga, muje koi aitraaz nahi. (walks toward the couch and sits down)" (and if i have to wait then thats fine, I will wait, i have nothing against that.) Jugni just shyly smiles under her chunni. Jugni's Mom and Dad just looked way confused as to what to do now, they look towards Jugni, and she stops smiling and straightens up a bit. Vicky puts his right foot over his left knee, his arms out on to the armrests of the sofa chair and smilies (aye hai kya style hai! Mere ghar aa jave) Jugni looks to the side and smiles.

Jugni and her mom are sitting on the bed while Jugni's dad is walking around the room looking disturbed. Jugni's Mom asks her you like ice cream a lot huh and starts to feed her ice cream. Jugni's dad looks at the scene happily and then dials a number. He says in a completely FOB'ed out way "Uh yah, three tickets London." (reminds me of how my parents talk LOL) Jugni doesn't even take the bite of ice creams she turns to look at her dad in a sad/tearful way as in she can't believe he really is booking the tickets. Jugni's dad goes to thank the guy on the other line and Jugni just looks sad as if she is going to cry, jugnis mom on the other hand looks sympathetic and also has a sad look on her face. (Hmm, how come when I call the airport and ask for tickets they ask me for my name, where I'm leaving from, what time, how I am going to pay. I wish I could jus call and say three tickets to London and they will magically have them ready for me LMAO)

Vicky darling is still sitting out in the living room, he looks at his watch and then gets up and walks around the living room. He is so anxious. Finally the three come out of the room, Dad first then Mom and daughter trailing behind. Vicky coyly asks, "chale" Jugni quietly nods her head.

DRIVE HOME

Vicky is driving, it is a quiet drive home. Jugni is sitting there looking sad. They both look at each other. As Jugni is putting shawl around her, Vicky thinks to himself, don't sit so quietly, say something, at least talk to me (u can hear the torment he is going thru in his voice), bother me please. Jugni on the other hand is thinking the same thing to herself: why are you so quiet Vicky, do we have nothing to talk bout in between us anymore? Vicky thinks, I want to talk about a lot with you but ur decision has silenced me Jugni, gosh had you not taken this decision (he is biting his lip looking around, u see the frown lines in his forehead). Jugni sadly looks out of the window and a flash back is shown. Jugni and Vicky dancing together from their London days, one where Vicky says I LOVE YOU, another one where jugni gets cut and vickys sucks on it to stop the bleeding, one more where Jugni is doing Vicky's aarti and smiling cutely and saying today is valentines day, not compromises, jus love, n love will win, then there is one where they r dancing (from the most recent house competition), oh and another cute one where Jugni says "suniye, I lub ju." After that last flashback Vicky slams on the breaks. Both get knocked out from the flashbacks and Jugni sadly asks, what happened? Vicky nods his head and then proceeds to drive.

BHALLA HOUSE

Jugni and Vicky walk in. Dad is walking across upstairs but steps back behind a panel to hide and see what is going on (i love how he matches his paag to his vest). He sees that something is wrong between the two. Jugni walks away without saying a word and Vicky is about to call for her, but stops. Dad see's this from upstairs and is showing trying to think of something. Vicky looks around not knowing what to do, and then he walks after Jugni.

BHALLA HOUSE LIVINGROOM

(lmao I love the brother they are jus so hilarious) Balwinder looks towards maninder and says: Kya Vicky! (what vicky?) Maninder looks toward the younger one and says: Sabse Choti? (the youngest girl) SImrans Hubby (aka the younger one) looks toward his right and sees no one there so he looks towards his dad and says (whats his name? I forgot ) : Sabse chota sabse choti?!? (the youngest boy? the youngest girl?) Dad says "oye aho"(yes) Balwinder asks, "to ab kya kare bauji? Meri to koi samaj nahi ara" (What do we do now dad, i dont understand anything) Maninder says "sahi keh reho paji, mein talwar leker ayo (lmao haha Maninder talwar di ki jaroorat hai?) (you are right bro, should i got get the sword?) He's is about to walk off when dad says "oye chup oye! Khothe da puttar. Gaal samaj nahi aati, talwar lene bhag jata." (shut up. donkey's kid. you don't understand anything and you get ready to get the sword) (Khothe da puttar, doesn't that make him the donkey? Lmao). While the dad is talkin, the youngest one is standing there smiling and shaking his head at Maninder ( I love his acting jus looking at him makes me laugh and smile, he is so silly). Maninder gives him a mean look as in saying you better stop or I'm going to hit you, Balwinder tells Maninder not to get the talwar. Youngest one asks his dad if he can go tell SImran. Dad says yes go ahead. Hah he runs of almost tripping over the sofa. Dad then requests the other two sons to go tell as well. Balwinder says yes dad, but then stop in mid step and asks "whats the point of us going when he is going to tell simran already?" Dad gives a look of get out here already, the two while scampering away stutter, "if you insist dad we'll go and tell ourselves." Dad then goes, "stop, you idiots my meaning was, you guys go tell your respective wives. " as if a light bulb goes off in their heads they get it, the dad then asks them are you guys going to stand there and keep looking at me or do I need to find and auspicious date? The boys then run off to tell their wives.

NEXT MORNING AT BHALLA HOUSE LIVINGROOM

Dad is sitting there reading something on the couch when Jugni's parents walk in. Dad excitedly says Sat Sri Akal and asks them to sit down. Bauji then calls Jeete, who runs inside the livingroom, Dad asks him to do their khater dari'Poor jeeta looks frightened as he has flashbacks as to what happened at jugni's parents house. He is about to leave to do get the food ready, when Dad calls him back and asks him to get Jugni n Vicky. He is about to leave once again when Dad calls him back, telling him to wash his hands well, Jeeta looks at his feet and asks if he shud wash his feet too (LOL😆) Dad is about to remove his shoe n hit Jeeta with it, Jugni's parents sit there and laugh. Bauji then asks Jugni's dad if he can ask him a question, he says you guys look less like her mama and mami ji, (Jug's dad happily nods and agrees) but more like her bauji and biji (jug's dad and mom stare shockingly). Jug's dad politely asks to call for Jeeta. Jeeta comes in and Jug's dad compliments how he does khaterdari so well, and asks for 500-600 gol guppe. Jeeta and dad look surprised, Jug's dad smiles and winks at Jug's mom. Everyone is eating, Jeeta brings more pranthe, Bauji asks Jug's dad to have some more, He says no, I'm full. Bauji exclaims he does not eat a lot, Jug's dad answer "nahi ji, gol guppe nahi aye." (it's not that, its just that the gol guppe are not here) Poor jeeta looks mad, Bauji tells him to go get some. Bauji asks if there is any other problem. Jug's dad says, yes there is one more problem, Jugni and Vicky both look up surprised, jug's dad continues to say that it has been a yr since jugni got married, and it has been a yr since she last saw her parents so there is a problem here. Bauji agrees that yes that is a problem and that he said that it has been a yr since the two have been married, and till date her parents have not asked about her, (Jug's dad looks astonished, thinking, what do I say now?) forget about asking about her, we haven't even received a phone call, forget about the phone call, what about a letter. Oh well let it be, but you tell me what do you plan on doing. Jug's mom says that we were thinking that, and then Jug's dad completes her sentence saying, we take her w/ us, w/ us to her parents that is, if that is of no problem to you. Bauji says, well it is a problem, my Vicky will have a problem (Vicky smiles) Look, with only the talks my Vicky puttar is sad, he is looking like if she leaves now, she will never come back. Jugni looks away, and Bauji asks Vicky if he already sad w/ only the talks of Jugni leaving, Vicky replies "it's jus that'" Bauji says " that what? I know, but think poor girl hasn't seen her parents for a whole yr, think about her too. (turns towards Jug's dad) But Mama ji, she won't leave just yet, she'll leave after two days. Jug's dad ask why, Bauji answers "they are kids, give them some time" Jug's parents agree. Bauji says let them meet and talk, Vicky you have two days to say goodbye to Jugni. Jug's dad says that is fine we will wait two more days. Bauji says it is agreed that after two days you will take her away, any other problems? Jug's dad says, nope, waiting on the gol guppe. Bauji calls for Jeete.

BHALLA KITCHEN

The three other wives are in there cooking. Manjit asks Surjeet if Billo and Preetum got married. Surjeet says yes, phir Samasiya (spell check) hogaya. Manjit shockingly says "what they named their kid samasiya? What kind of name is that, who names their kid that?" Then Jugni walks in looking sad. Surjeet in a louder tone says "Sister in law, that was not their daughters name, samasiya as in museebat(trouble)." Manjit tells her to say it like that then. Jugni thinks to herself "I will miss you all so much" Manjit asks jugni why she is standing there, to come inside and then tells her that Surjeet was telling of Billo and Preetum's love story. Jugni asks if she should make the pranthe, and then asks Surjeet to continue the story. Surjeet says that Preetum lied about Billo being educated. Simran asks that they wanted an educated daughter? Surjeet says yes, everyone found out that she was uneducated and then her inlaws'Jugni interrupts and ask "then what did her inlaws do?" Surjeet answers that thye kicked out of the house and sent her home w/ her parents and said first get her educated then we'll bring her back. Simran shakes her hands and puts her hands to her ears and says "oh hoye baba ji" manjit then says that's wrong, I would have never let her go, Jugni looks up at them. Simran says her husband loves her that much, plus a house only functions with love not with educations. Surjeet then asks, what if tomorrow we find out that jugni is educated, won't bauji throw her out of the house? Everyone looks at Surjeet and shakes their head and then Surjeet continues to ask, will Vicky leave her. They once again nod say not, then Surjeet asks will we let her go, Simran exclaims "Nah Ji, I wouldn't let her go anywhere, I would grab her like this (she hugs Jugni) and never let her go." Manjit smiles look at this. Jugni asks "you guys won't forget me will you?" Manjit says "leh you are talking like you will be gone for years, you will b back in a few days." Simran says we all love you so much that we will barely be able to live without you for two days. Surjeet then ask why her face is so glum, why are there tears in your eyes, Manjit looks at Jugni seriously, Jugni replies "it's the fumes in here, that is why I have tears." Manjit tells her to quit crying b/c when others cry I cry, you are crying and making me cry too. Surjeet and SImran look at Manjit and comfort her.

BHALLA LIVING ROOM

Bauji is watching a fight match. And praising Vicky saying even in London he kept his roots alive. Jugni brings Bauji lassi. She puts it on the table and accidentally drops the plate and touches bauji's feet and takes blessing, Bauji says hey hey now(while lifting his foot up quickly onto the couch), how many times do I tell you that women in this family do not touch males feet, they are like goddesses, our blessings are always with you, don't give us paap by doing so.

JUGNI VICKY ROOM

Vicky is laying on the bed, jugni comes in and lifts her blanket to go to sleep under. Vicky kind of looks over his shoulder anticipating what Jugni will do next. Jugni looks at him and he turns away, she continues to look at this perfume bottle and has a flashback of when Vicky gave it to her. Vicky has a stern look on his face as if he wants to say something but can't or doesn't know what to say. Jugni is about to turn away when she sees the family picture on the night stand. Vicky is looking at her over his shoulder still trying to say something, Jugni looks at him from the corner of her eye, he turns around, then she goes towards another picture on the night stand (of Jugni n Vicky) and picks it up to look at. Vicky is looking at her look at it, she turns around to look at Vicky, he closes his eyes and pretends to sleep then he turns around and once again looks over his shoulder to see what she is doing. Jugni smiles and hugs the picture close to her heart.

JUGNI'S PARENTS HOUSE

Jug's Dad says well our tickets are here, both Vicky and Jugni still looked shocked as if it was not going to happen. Jug's mom asks Jugni if her packing is done. Jugni is staring off into space all sad and lost and doesn't hear her mom asking her if she has packed so her mom asks again. Finally after a third time jugni hears and asks what mom, her mom tells her that she is asking her if her packing is done, jugni says yes it is. Her dad tells her that by thinking so much, decisions get weak. Vicky looks up hearing this and is looks as if he is trying to think of a plan. Her dad continues to say we are with you have not made any wrong decision. Vicky's phone starts to ring, but he is lost in thought that he does not hear it, then Jugni's mom tells him tht his phone is ringing. He answers it and says "yes father, what?!? (long pause while he shakes his head) Yes." He then tells everyone else that it was his fathers call and he has asked everyone to his place. Jugni dad says what if'.then the screen shifts to everyone's face one at a time w/ dramatic music playing in the back.

PRECAP

Maninder is asking Balwinder "when one of our own goes faaaaar away, why do we feel so sad?" Balwinder says that within his confusion is his answer, and Maninder starts to think, Balwinder says "ours, who do we call ours? We call ours the one.." video ended.
