Just read all the comments

rashmi says dat she is not a trained dancer...
ritwik says dat he is not a trained dancer either...
and GC also says dat he is not a trained dancer too...
so no one is a good dancer here...
and the judges gave them their comments sometimes good and sometimes bad too...
rashmi not always got only good comments... not even ritwik got always the only good comments ... same is with GC... they had their share of good and bad...
if GC was stiff... then ritwik was so damn speed and rashmi sometimes was heavy footed... these are not my opinions... these were pointed out by judges themselves at one or other point ... my point here is every one has got their own pros and cons...
we can't judge that ritwik was a great dancer...not rashmi not even GC... no one is great dancer here... if they were good dancers they have no need to come here to participate in the first place... they would have been choreographers for god's sake... so don't say that...
so every one was equals here... when every one was equals then we have to judge them basing on voting...and coming to GC winning the show he got votes along with dancing here... i found this to be fair enough... sorry if any one got offended...

Sadieee, why are so bothered. People are taking off their frustration, let them. Some are having some discussion, while some are pointing out their views on why GC won, while some bashing or having fun. I mean you just did the same. To ease off your frustration from reading all the contrast views, you just took a dig at Isha. So you see how easy it was to undermine someone's talent. I can understand why you did that because of your bias for GC and the bashing you come across from time to time. It can get quite annoying. But, you see people will take out their disappointment on this forum until it closes. I mean GC already won and you already have a POV why he did, so you shouldn't be bothered but have faith in your own opinion.

I mentioned this in the other post of mine that if you want to justify his winning, you can do it without trying to bring someone down. We all know Isha is a good dancer whether it is because she is trained or not doesn't matter, she simply is and was one of the good dancers on the stage just like Rithvik or Rashmi (I am saying this putting aside any bias I might have for anyone). Not saying that these guys were perfect and their acts were flawless or they were pro at every dance forms, only the fact that they can be called good dancers based on how they presented themselves on the stage. While GC generally speaking is not a good dancer even after all these weeks. You can not call him a good dancer based on the scores he got. Yes there were few acts/portion where he did dance, but he is still stiff. His actually danced in the last group act of his, but other than that he wasn't very impressive. Shampa actually hid his weakness in couple of the acts where he got 30s, the robot, the lion, bura bhala, even Paso Doble and others. That's why when people say he isn't a good dancer, for me it makes sense. Again the acts/concepts were good but dancing not as much from his end. Thus I give Shampa more credit and she did what she has to, to work around his weakness. Any day make him dance with some good dancer and one can point out the obvious. Also make up, costumes etc doesn't make one versatile and that's exactly was in his acts with some dancing from his side. Also, I am not trying to deny his hard work or dedication or limitations with time, but the fact remains that he can't be compared with RD in terms of dancing, that would be unfair to both GC and RD. And the fact also remains that he is fortunate to have such fan base to support him even during his weak times and it is one of the biggest reasons of why he won in the first place. And there is nothing wrong in that because that is the format of the show, popularity. But some of us including me wanted to see a dancer win for a change, thus the disappointment.

And btw, I am not undermining his talent at all cuz his talent lies in acting and not dancing at least for me.

Rithwik was much better!! and so was Rashmi!! GC dissapointed a lot in the last few weeks, in the finale episode his dance was very bad also!!

I don't deny the fact that Rashmi & RD are better dancers than GC but I don't deny the fact that GC can dance. I mean, Imagine another Known Television Celeb comes who can hardly move, wins JDJ over better dancers than him ..that's what you call unfairness And "All cuz of his Mad Pankhis" cuz the guy can barely dance, at least GC can dance if he may not be the best. Yes the main reason for his win is his fan following but he's improved as a dancer - like you mentioned, his last performance was the only one where he did good, shows he improved a lot that his last performance stood out the most😆

Yo man it wasn't easy, people used to pounce on her without any logical explanation. So I can understand your frustration with certain individuals. You see I don't mind people having fun at the Celeb's expense or fight as long as it doesn't turn nasty or bitter. But that's what exactly happened with people when they started getting nasty to criticize the Celebs. Oh well, we can't do anything with certain some.

Anyways, I have to say that he might have improved especially after that group dance. But he wasn't consistent, that's why I always have my doubts with his dancing. And even generally speaking I can't put him under the same blanket as other good dancers. But I would definitely consider him better than Bharti, so I am at least happy the trophy didn't go to her. And I am also glad that it went to someone who was always ready to accept the criticism and his weaknesses.

So, yes I can understand the disagree part when it comes to your love for GC 😉 No worries, ignore the people who bug you. You guys already have a thread for his celebration and he has won it whatever the reason might be. So enjoy it for the time being before the forum gets closed 😃

Sadiie... these people are more obsessed with gurmeet than gurmeet fans themselves... their posts bashing and mocking him without even a reason just shows their level of obsession... some of these people actually joined this forum to mock him... u know who... let them be... every successful and popular person in any field especially the entertainment field will have bashers... u take any bollywood star... they have their own share of lovers and haters... gurmeet is a star... just like there will be people who appreciate him, there will be people who cannot stand the fact that he's so famous... most normal people just tend to ignore the people they dont like... but in case of gurmeet it's like 'love him or hate him, but you cant ignore him'... some of these people have been obsessively hating on him since the past 2-3 years now... u can sense how dangerous their levels of obsession is... let these people stew in their own pot of hatred...
