I personally prefer him with short hair, like he's got right now in JJKN. When people like Sanju baba keep their hair long, they look menacing. But when Apu keeps his hair long, he looks feminine. In fact with the ponytail yesterday, he and SS were looking like bro and sis!!!😆

Even the ponytail was SS's idea. I bet it was she who made it. Because when Karan or Simi said - you are looking good - Apu looked at Shilpa and she had this triumphant look on her face as though to say - see, I told you so!!!
