Pari runs to Malika to tell her the news. Malika sarcastically points out that Pari always ruin her happiness. Pari doesn't get offended because she knows when Malika finds out what she has to say she will award her or something. Pari nicely tell her that she has to do that and then she points out that Armaan is upset with her. Malika asks her if Armaan told her that himself. Pari then gets nervous but still confess that he didn't and that he was talking with Raj and she just over heard him. That he was upset by the fact that Malika doesn't give his work much attention. Malika say what did he mean by that. Pari points out that Ruby mom is handling the paper work. But she is getting old and she is already busy with Maddy and all. Pari encourages Malika to fire Ruby mom as Malika must show everybody that who is the boss in Gulmohur. That Malika won't tolerate laziness. Pari also points out that she must do it before Jassi takes a hand in it. Malika say " Jassi my foot and I am going to do something". Before Malika would leave Pari say that she will be perfect for the job as she is young and has the style and every thing. Meanwhile Nandu is heart broken because he is feeling rejected. He thinks that the problem is that he is poor. And poor guys never win like Majnu, shereen, farhad. That in the end all poor guys die for their love. He calls up Pari. Pari is happy to hear him. Nandu ask her that why she didn't come. Pari apologizes and say that it was her fault. As she mistook the location. She thinks that Nandu didn't call her in " heart beat" but in " heart break". Which is suppose to be an excellent place. She asks Nandu to come to meet her today in heart break. Nandu checks his pocket to discover that he has no money. He makes up the excuse that he is going to Africa for a safari. Pari is sure now that her lover boy is rich. When Nandu is finish talking with her he thinks to himself that he might as well end up in the jungle. Or make his love " Amar forever".
Armaan calls Malika to ask her if she can handle the paper work. Malika say not to worry. Armaan points out that she only has ruby to help her out. Malika say that she can handle every thing on her own. Armaan suggest that she better take Jassi. Malika looks shock at the idea and tell him clearly that he will get all paper work on 11 in the morning.Night falls. Nandu is sitting in the stairs. Jassi comes and tell Nandu to watch lakshya .Nandu say in the movie Hritik had the money to do anything he wants but what about him. That he doesn't even have money to be a good boyfriend. Jassi say that he is gone completely mad and tells him that he better straighten himself before billu finds him and kill him.
The next day Malika calls ruby Mom. She asks her if she got the list of architect, which she had asked her to make. Ruby mom tries to explain that she has already made it but has forgotten where she kept it. Malikas smiles venomously and say that its ok and stuff like that happen. She asks Ruby that how long she has been working here. Ruby mom proudly say that she was one of the first employee. Malika then say how unfair it is that puru uncle has retired and left his work to Armaan but she is still working. Ruby mom tires to explain that she doesn't mind. Malika replies that if her father had been there she would have never allowed him to work and so how would she allow her to work then. And that Ruby needs to rest now. Malika say that she will make a finance package for her which will be perfect. Ruby mom has gone pale. She is ready to cry. Malika then say that she will get the paper ready and that would she leave as she has work to do.
Ruby Mom goes to the reception. The gang crowds around her. When they find out the truth they are shock. When Armaan enters they want to tell him but Ruby mom stops them so they just say how they were thinking of Gulmohur's future. They say that nobody would listen to the employees. Armaan say that there is nothing like that and that he would love to hear their suggestion. When he leave Pari comes with the retirement paper. Maria jumps at her like a cat because she knows that she has something to do with it ruby's retirement. Jassi comes in. Everybody starts telling her what happened. Jassi goes and comfort Ruby mom and tell her that she knows how sometime Malila makes hasty decision when she is angry. Pari tells Jassi that she doesn't know Malika well then because once Malika has made up her mind she never changes it. Jassi goes to Malika to explain her things. But Nasreen and Maria still goes to Armaan cabin to tell him everything. In the cabin Armaan was just telling raj that only two minutes are left for his plan to start working.Nasreen and Maria enters the cabin. So does a screaming Pari . Pari tells Armaan that she tried stopping them but they wouldn't listen . And that they just can't seem to understand that Malika has already done the paper work. Maria and Naasreen still protest. So Armaan tells pari to ask Malika to come to the board room. And he asks Nasreen and Maria to also bring ruby mom to the board room.
Jassi enters Malika's cabin. Malika tell Jassi that it is not Armaan's cabin. Jassi says she knows that and she wants to speak to her. Jassi say that she knows that whatever decision Malika make it is better for the company. And that she knows that whatever Malika is doing is correct. She also says that everybody is working hard to support Malika. Malika points out that she doesn't see anybody working hard. Jassi says that it is not like that. And that everybody is contributing in some way or the other. Malika asks Jassi to get to the point. Jassi explains that Gulmohur need all its employees "new as well as old". And that Ruby mom stands on the principles of Puru uncle and Malika's father. That her experience and loyalty is what represent Gulmohur and is irreplaceable. Everybody is in the cabin. The gang are confident that Ruby mom will stay. Jassi and ruby mom enters the cabin. Armaan puts his arm around ruby mom and tell her that he knows everything and that he will stop it. And that is his promise. He also continues by saying that Jassi showed him the value of each employee and there is no way Malika is going to send her away. That she will have to take back her words. Malika enters and say that is not necessary Armaan as I have torn the retirement paper. Ruby mom explains that she did try to explain but he kept interrupting her. Armaan is the pale one now. Ruby mom says that this company is like a family to her and that she just can't leave it. Armaan then compliments Jassi on handling the situation so well. Jassi just beams and say that they must work hard together and everything will be alright. Malika also say that from now on everybody will get work equally divided so nobody would be stressed. Pari is speechless and is in shock. Malika leaves. Everybody celebrate except for Armaan whose Plan 2 was also a failure.
Raj bumps into Aryan. Aryan asks him that his best friend and him has a bad habit of bumping into people as they never handle the big things but always the small things which makes them walk blindly and is just their little scheming. Raj points out that at least they don' go around selling their company to stranger. Aryan asks if he is talking about Purab Mehra. Raj face goes blank with fear. Aryan tells him not to worry as Purab Mehra is busy buying other company. He hands the newspaper that had the article that says Purab Mehra has bought IFH. Aryan wonders loudly that which company will be next for Purab to buy. Now Raj is ready to faint. Nandu is outside HM's cabin. He asks the sectary if he should go. The sectary looks fed of him and say "of course". He knocks the door. HM asks loudly " friend or enemy". Nandu nervously say friend. HM scolds him for knocking the door. She says that Jassi has the same bad habit and that they never realizes that HM doors are always open to friends. Nandu asks her that why does she think that he is perfect for the job. HM says that she knows that he does that kind of stuff and can handle it. Nandu agrees that he knows all about finance and stuff. She also says that Jassi is always admiring for his work. She asks that what salary he wants. Nandu asks his antermaan and is happy with the opportunity but say that anything will do. HM tells him to be more specific. She tells him that she is going to expand her company big time. She say that since he is already here he might as well meet her partner and go. She goes toward the door and call Purab. Nandu doesn't realizes who he is till Purab enters the room. HM looks proud of him while Nandu looks as if electricity as just been passed through his body.
