we still don't know that.....for either of them.jassi has feelings for armaan but how deep they run with current scenerio is a big question. also will armaan acccept jassi's feelings for purab (whatever they may be)

Very thought provoking question Minnie.......but has at least one BIG assumption attached to it......Does jassi love armaan.....😕

we question Jassi's love because for one thing Jassi does not know the truth abt Armaan .......it hasnt been exposed yet......unless she does that she does not completely know him....that means she loves a facade....

now when the veneer comes off Armaan would jassi still love him..... will her feelings stay the same when she realises everything he has done and that it completely goes against everything Jassi stands for.........

That's a good question ides. Her behaviour is very confusing.

now when the veneer comes off Armaan would jassi still love him..... will her feelings stay the same when she realises everything he has done and that it completely goes against everything Jassi stands for.........

That was the beauty of Betty's character. She never really stopped loving Armando even after knowing what he did to her. She was betrayed and deeply hurt by his actions and that's why she went away but never stopped loving him.

Ab what Jassi is going to do.. totally depends upon the producers and directors. Indian sensibilities have to be considered right 😉

if she still loves armaan after she comes to know his truth i would say that she is a person with no self respect .she blasts purub, nandu for slightest fault but not armaan? well love doesn't ever say that loose your self respect or ethics .

Everything you said is right. That was one of the factors but not the only factor. He was impressed by her knowledge.Armaan,a stickler for looks could have hired any other bimbo to keep Pari away.Agreed he had to give solid reasons for hiring someone else but he did recognise the callibre bang on without for one moment influenced bu her looks(she did look horrible). Those board meetings where Mallika woudn't let Jassi even enter the room or not give her a chair,Armaan pointedly overrode her.there was a hilarious scene when Malliks asks Jassi to get cofee & Armaan makes Jassi sit beside him and asks Pari to get the cofee instead. In fact what I said along with all you said made the essence of Armaan Suri.

One upmanship or whatever, the fact that armaan realised Jassi's potential when no one else did is very very important (He was her employer for God's sake.he hired her to work for him,not to fall for her).True he treated her badly but Jassi also got back to him when she had her chance. She bullied, blackmailed and did everything she could to make her presense felt.he deserved it too.So it isn't that Jassi has suffered silently always.

However,my objection all along has been the very thing you pointed out: How could Armaan from being manipulative and arrogant just became purely evil and insensitive and no one raised any objection and accepted it hands down?Accepted Purab's pure white character hands down?Accepted Jassi's transformation from a suffering lamb to a go getter overambitious toobig for her boots bully? And yet when positive things start happenning with Armaan and Jassi, when he suddenly starts seeing her more than just a piece of furniture, all hands go up in indignation?????????😡Why does you all want Armaan to remain evil forever????? only because if he does Jassi might start appreciting him and that might rekindle her love for him?

he hasn't,after his so called reformation done anything to suggest he is in love with Jassi or he wants to break up her engagement with Purab.( he even sent Purab his best wishes). He also did not ask Jassi to meet before engagement. It was before or after.👍🏼

If you were all for Armaan and Jassi together before the engagement party then you couldn't have thought him pure evil or anything even closer to it.So why no ques at Armaan's transformation then? And why so many ques to his recent one? It's just Purab's presence why no one is ready to give Armaan any chance of redemption whatsoever. That is very very unfair😡😡😡.

However I also cocede that it must be heartbreaking to see a guy like Purab suffer because armaan choses this point to redeem itself.I can only say:Kabhi kisi ko mukkammal jahan nahi milta:Kabhi jameen to kabhi aasmaan nahi milta😕

Ok' let's take each point that you raised one by one:

his recognizing jassi's calibre and giving her the job

if I remember correctly…immediately after armaan had met her, he was in a dillema whether to consider her or not ….it was not as if he was absolutely sure that she was the right fit (he was considering her for secretary position where presentabilty is essential and not for a finance mgr position where her finance related qualifications wld have mattered so much). He had in fact told her that she was over qualified for the job …but before he got a chance to decide whether she cld fit in or not he realized that mallika was pushing pari for that position so that she cld spy on him …it was then that he blurted out that he preferred jassi over pari ….. He cld have hired some other bimbette….but that wld have meant conceding to mallika's argument that jassi was not the right choice for the job…when he had already blurted out that he preferred her….which is why i feel jassi's hiring was purely circumstantial and not because he thought she was the right fit ...had there been some other girl in placew of jassi, the result wld have been the same..

Armaan's sudden transformation to evil

As regards, accepting armaan's transformation from being manipulative and arrogant to evil and insensitive…..i personally don't think there was any major transformation… glimpses of him possessing that streak were shown from the very beginning…. there was however a gradual unraveling of his true self/personality……wasn't it extremely insensitive of him to declare in front of all the gulmohar employees, right after his father had made the parting speech after he had stepped down and armaan had taken from him, that now that gulmohar was in his hands, it wld do much better or something to that effect ....it actually looked as if he was belittling his father's contribution….and no it was not the case of a new leader highlighting his vision for the company or trying to enthuse people etc…it was something that even hurt puru and it showed on his face…the tone used, the words said….i mean his father had stepped down after decades of sweat and toil and not even a single word of appreciation …after all it was his farewell time…this showed that he was a self centered, insensitive and uncaring person….

Armaan ending up with jassi

As far as being ok with him ending up with jassi…. uptill the engagement party…well till then there was some hope that maybe in his over ambitiousness he was being insensitive to everything and everyone around him…..but after that day it became clear that he was not only incompetent, arrogant, manipulative ….etc but also spineless and completely in human…and mind u at this stage purab had not even come in…..

His redemption

As far as accepting his redemption now…..we are all for it….though had it been done gradually and over a period of time…wld have been more acceptable …never mind though….but that does not mean that what he did in the past can be undone or forgiven….what he did to jassi…I mean should a self respecting woman ignore all that and agree to spend the rest of her life with him….if jassi still cares for him, maybe it is because she does not know the whole truth abt him…after knowing abt all that he did to her , I don't think she wld be able to forgive him, considering the kind of person she has been portrayed as…..

Purab's being completely white

About purab….is he really completely white……he too has done things that were not so right….like planting arundhati in GH, attempting to take over GH, finding out abt who bought the property thru improper channels etc…..he has certainly not been portrayed as GOD…...rather he has been portrayed as human with his own set of weaknesses and having to fight his own insecurities and daemons….whatever he is doing for jassi, it is for love and not because he is doing charity for a poor helpless girl…people do go all out to woo the people they love, don't they…why is that so unacceptable or unbelievable……

yep...the direction seems dependant on the creators alone....However let me add something here.....Betty had different morals than Jassi....as far as I know she was intimate with Armando even during his engagment to M.....Jassi on the other hand refused to become the second woman in armaan's life.....physical intimacy implies emotional attachment so that could very well be the reason that B returned to A...

so as someone has already said before.....comparing BLF and JJKN is like comparing apples and oranges
