Why should Jassi have a makeover?

Shreya here! I am a pretty new member. Joined a few weeks back but was silent. To be frank I knew about this place since a long time but I heard that this place is moderated by Purab's fans who do not tolerate Pro-Armaan posts. Well..I am an Armaan fan. And after joining here I found whatever I heard about this place to be true. Its the Purab fans who are really active here. Also someone posted a taunting message saying that Armaan lost all his fans made it worst. But to my pleasant surprise I found Armaan fans finally coming up and defending him. What more their posts were not deleted. That made decide to post this question here.

Why should Jassi go for a makeover at all given the current track. I have noticed many of Purab's fans want her to have a makeover. But why should she? Purab loves her as she is. In fact thats one of the biggest points in his favor that Purab loves the 'ugly' Jassi. So if she has a makeover for him or even if he gives her a makeover wont it be totally hypocritical? Also agreed that Armaan and Mallika dont care for her looks but even she doesnt care for them or atleast shouldnt care for what Armaan thinks if she really loves Purab. If she doesnt love Purab and loves Armaan should she marry Purab at all? Wont she being injustice to him? Whatever way you look at it I feel given the current track Jassi should'nt have a makeover..not even for her wedding day to look special. Purab should marry and lead his whole life with Jassi as she is if he truly loves her.

I have never understood why Purab's fans want her to have a makeover. Whenever I have asked this question to any Purab fan I have never got any answer. I hope I get an answer at this forum.

Welcome to the forum Sherya. Nice of you to join us. I don't think so that being a Purab fan has any thing to do with Jassi's make over. Because I know many Armaan fans who want Jassi to have a make over. Its just a matter of opinion. Some people just predicated that may be Purab would bring that change in her.Because from the beginning many people has been been looking forward to the make over. We cannot be sure.Any way I like Jassi the way she is. And even if she doen't change her looks it doesn't bother me.

And ya one would expect Armaan to expect Jassi to have a makeover and then fall for him. Simply cuz on the surface of it he appears to be a worshipper of beauty. So a pretty Jassi would make a difference to him. But to Purab?

As deadly mentioned, I don't think wanting her makeover has anything to do with being a Purab fan. YOu said that Purab loves her as she is, so a makeover would be hypocritical. And that since a pretty Jassi would make a difference to Arman not Purab, why the need for a makeover. The implication seems to be that women should change their looks to fulfill the expectations of their men. I don't agree. Jassi should do whatever she wants - whether remain the same or transform herself - for herself, not for anybody else. It really has nothing to do with being a Purab fan.

Shreya you check the views on the post the same way you checked deadly's message - click on the topic. Probably most have not had a chance to read /respond to your post, that's why you did not see any messages other than deadly's. Hope that helps.

I feel jassi needs a makeover neither for Purab (the holier than thou too good to be true specimen is already blind to her untrendy looks ) nor for Armaan (he already has numerous to choose from,another pretty face is hardly going to make a difference ).She needs it just for herself.It's a human tendency to dress up appropiately for any occassion ( you don't go to a party in jumpsuit).even Jassi tries to dress up according to the place (remember her violet dress the first time she went to a party with Armaan where they had brought Mandira?).It's just that she doen't know how.And it will do her confidence a world of good ( looking good ALWAYS does) if she dresses at least according to her age & position.She is hardly in the age to sport bangs & braces!!!!!!!!!!!!!😕.Moreove it's obvious she too wants to look good.Braces are worn to set your teeth straight. & probably someone can advise her on her chashma more suited to her face!!!!!!🤓

She doesn't really need any cosmetic job or anything like that.Just the right dressing sense.And that exactly what everybody wants.Get right glasses (lenses prefered ),straighten her hair & remove those revolting breaces & lo & behold you have a brand new yet simple looking Jassi,even in those very suits she wears now.Interestingly,middle class girls really can really look nice without those outrageous outfifs which pass for fashion anyway.

jassi does not have a dressing sense at all.Whatever she does makes her look out of place.And as for the braces.its way past her age to wear them.

and jassi's makeover is not going to make much of a diff to us.Its just that she is a CEO and dressing up properly will be a feel-good factor.Since she has accomplished many things in life she might as well learn the art of looking presentable so that no one has any room to pass comments on her efficiency(first impressions matter!!!)

It has been my opnion that Jassi has always been very good looking with clear and sharp features.. I have to agree that Jassi's makeover has nothing to do with being a Purab or Armaan's fan.. We as girls know the potential Jassi has and want her to realise this.. She has made a comment about her looks many a times in the serial and that is one of the things she is not confident about.. So, we just want her to gain her confidence in that aspect also..
