Jassi, 10 crore contracts not enough!!

Looks like Jassi needs a business refresher course too!!

Unless I am wrong, she has to return 10 crores cash to get Gulmohar out of trouble not 10 crore worth of contracts.

10 crore of contracts do not translate into 10 crores profits. She will be using a large part of the money for making the collections (pasting diamonds on Sheetal Ambuja's dresses), running Gulmohar, paying salaries etc.

I think she better check, just maybe Purab needs to get a new wardrobe for his employes around the world. Should be worth a cool 4-5 crores. He may decide to award the contract to her over 3T.

To clear a debt of 10 crores she needs to achieve a Bottomline (net margin/PAT) of 10 crores and not a Topline (Revenues) of 10 crores.

Well, she is an MBA with just one yr corporate experience. Let's not be too hard on her !

Come to think of it, how many 1 year expr MBAs get to be CEOs of companies (unless of course it's family business). Well, clearly logic is not the forte or strength of people in indian showbiz ! 😉

I was hoping that Samir Soni, with his MBA in Finance, could have guided them.

Obviously he is not being paid the fees of an expert consultant to Tony and Deeya. Doubt they are doing much research in this serial. I hope they dont run their company this way.

These ppl are HOPELESS at basic accounting, which is a shame considering their portrayal of the corporate world!
