I stopped watching it the day, the focus of serial shifted from the hospital to the personal life of the doctors there!!

I mean for time they were hardly seen in hospital, I guess all the unattended patients must have died!!🤢

No, they didn't stop going to the hospital,in fact spent all their time there mooning over each other.. Simran over Rahul,Rahul over Juhi,Juhi over Rahul.... Actually made it very very well.It was very fascinating upto the point where Rahul marries Juhi.After that I moved to US.No idea what's happenning now.
