Anyway, I dont think that Lupin is a half-blood...he did not have a werewolf as a parent; he was bitten by one when he was very young...Hagrid, now is a half-blood...
Dumbledore? Hmmm...no idea about his parentage. But, I still think that the prince is Dean Thomas...JKR had to cut out most of his background from the COS which was supposed to be titled the Half-blood Prince...But, then again...this is speculation on my part.
Its a mistake of continuation which you can find if you know the 3rd book and 4th book well. I mean the 3rd book there is a info given, But the forth book says something which doesnot matches the info given in previous book i.e 3rd one
This mistake is made in the Priori Incantatem Chapter, When the priori incantatem happens and the wand of voldy does a reversal of his wands last spells.
Now I guess that is the biggest hint for more than that it would be like giving you an answer. 😉 Also it was not pointed at any mistakes website, So far!! I wonder if JKR is aware about it 😊

Well, its 3 am already here and I am going to sleep, so lets just say that I would give you answer in morning in india so you have whole day to think about it.
Another big hint, What happens during Priori Incantatem its that voldy's wand puts his spell in reversal, think how this is related from 3rd book!!! What significance does his wand have in 3rd book, Where are his spells mentioned!! some of his last spells before he dies and vanishes!!
