Mr Smirk starts asking stupid questions with Jassi. Purab stands up and tell him that this a personal meeting. The reporter say something really nasty. Purab gets really annoyed. Jassi practically starts screaming that Purab and her are friends and that she doesn't mix her personal life with business life and why can't he (Mr smirk) understand that. Mr Smirk grins evilly and asks her to explain it out to him. This makes Purab jump on the reporter. He angrily asks Mr smirk what his name was. Mr Smirk proudly says that his name is Samur Singh ( I think). Purab tell him that he will report to him. Mr Smrik doesn't seem even seem bothered about it. Purab has now completely lost his temper and is about to start a fight with him as he was ready to strangle Mr Smrik when Jassi drags Purab away from him. Mr Smirk smirks even more and then turn to the camera and say that " This is Miss Jasmeet Wealia caught with Purab Mehra". He makes it sound like sin or something. The scene changes and we see Armaan seeing the same news. He says that how with such friends around Jassi when she is climbing the success of ladder he will make it impossible for her. He also grins evilly. The same thing the lady reporter from yesterday's episode is watching. Her name is Ghenna. Her camera man comments on Jassi and that how she turned out to be some thing completely different. Ghenne has complete different views on the subject. She thinks that Jassi is not telling lies. The camera man asks her about the news in TV. She comments that how Jassi has honesty in her eyes. The camera man jokes that her eyes is hidden behind thick glasses. To this she wisely replies that its them who are wearing the thick glasses. She also add that the real story is not about Jassi and Purab but its about how an ordinary middle class girl who turned the CEO of a company like Gulmohur in one year. Now this is the scene I have missed. I wouldn't hear anything as I was talking on the phone and had lower the volume. Armaan was trying to talk with Malika. Pari then comes in and say something. Any way whatever Pair must have said must have been dumb as she had a dumb expression. Malika I think again doesn't respond to Armaan when he asks her some thing. Malika then gets angry for some thing reason and then the scene changes when she is shown going through every file in Armaan's cabin. She looks suspicious of Armaan and Jassi's doing.
In Jassi's house Mr Smirk has landed in Jassi's house. Jassi's family unaware of his already rude behavior thinks that he respects Jassi. As Mr Smirk compliments Billu on his good bringing up of Jassi. And that how successful Jassi is. Billu tries to get all the spotlight but Bebe and Amrit reminds Billu that they also brought up Jassi. When the interview starts Mr Smirk shows his true colors. His first question is that what does Billu know about Jassi and Purab's affair. Billu is stunned to hear him saying that. He asks him what he is talking about to which Mr Smirks reply that surely billu will know what is happening between Jassi and Purab. Billu clearly loses his temper. Jassi also comes in by then. She tells the Mr Smirk that she didn't expect him to land up in her house as well. She tells him to leave. Mr Smirk refuses to leave. He informs Jassi that she cannot hide the truth from the media. To which Jassi replies that press like them are experts in destroying truth. Mr Smirks then say that he has given Jassi the chance to speak so she better speak up. Billu by then threatens the reporter that he will be kicked out of the house. Jassi starts screaming "GET OUT". Every body leaves. Jassi is boiling with rage. She throws her file on the chair and goes to her room. Next morning Armaan is in heaven as a article has gotten published on Jassi. Pari comes in saying that she feels as if she has written the article herself as it totally expresses her views. Armaan is happy to hear that. He hints out to Pari to keep an eye on Jassi and her affair. Dumb Pari gets the hint and smiles and say that how she is in this job. The scene changes and Billu is sitting on the stairs. Jassi comes outside to go to office. She doesn't say anything.Billu stops her and say " No matter what the world say you shouldn't care. Because the world loves to make talk. But if you yourself don't have the confident to look into your father's eyes that people will think that you have done some thing wrong. Jassi haven't done anything wrong and I know that. So you don't have to hide your eyes from me. And go and face the world with confidence. I know you can show the world". Jassi eyes fill with tears. Bebe and Ammrit stares at them silently.
When Jassi reaches Gulmohur Purab calls her. Jassi says nothing. Purab comments that how sad she is. Jassi tells him not to even mention yesterday to her and fill him on details of that Mr Smirk going to her house. Jassi also grumbles that how people can never understand their friendship and it always ruins things.
Purab instantly say that he will handle Mr smirk. And that this is the price ones pay for becoming a public figure.. Jassi tells him not to quickly. Purab then tell her that he has seen her always winning and he is sure that she will solve this problem like any other problem. Jassi replies that how with his encouragement she never loses hope. That he is one of her dearest friend. To this Purab replies " And today this friendship is costing you trouble". He then tells her to take care and puts the phone down. Meanwhile Billu has read the news . He mutters insults to the newspaper. And also asks Amrit to bring the lighter. He tears it up and then burn it. Bebe wonders that why all this is happening. Amit wonders that how will they get Jassi and Purab together under such circumstance.
The gang are already aware of everything. So when Ghena comes to interview Jassi for the truth they refuses to let her go. By then Veeru brings the newspaper on the scandal. The gang rushes towards Jassi's cabin to support her. They find a upset Jassi with newspaper in her hand. When Ghena tries to talk with her the gang jumps on her. One tell her that the press has already caused enough trouble while bidniya tell her to go away. Ghena begs for two minutes but Jassi refuses. Purab lands up in Mr Smirk office. Mr smirk has the nerve to say to Purab that he was coming to meet Purab to get the truth from him. Purab warns him that he doesn't know who Purab is and that he will show him. That he can buy the whole news agent within two hours. And that he will drag Mr Smrik to court.
