Jassi is deep in her thoughts. She is thinking that she has become the CEO because of her parents and Bebe 's blessings. But also because of friends like HM, Nandu and Purab. She has a flashback of each of her friend. She starts to wonder that how can she compete against them and especially Purab. Billu brings back her to the real world. Jassi starts hurrying again. She leaves with out eating her breakfast properly. Amrit looks worried about her. In the office Raj gives Armaan an office memo. Armaan crumbles the paper in his hand and asks raj angrily that how can Jassi call him like that in a meeting. He starts complaining. In the boardroom everybody is there for the meeting except for Maddy and Armaan. Bindiya points out their absence to Jassi. Jassi really gives her look when Bindiya calls her "ma'am". Then Maddy walks in with a scowl on his face. He tells Jassi that he didn't realize that she was the CEO or he would have already given her this. He hands in his resignation letter. The gang are shocked. Jassi asks for a reason. Maddy complains that he doesn't want to work under her. They change the scene showing Armaan saying the same thing to raj. He feels that Jassi is taking revenge for all the time he had ordered her around. That Purab Mehra has filled her head with ideas to defy him. Raj is listening to him patiently. In the board room Jassi asks Maddy that doesn't he feel anything for Gulmohur. She explains to him that she doesn't want anybody to work under but she wants everybody to work together. She tells him that one should learn to do their duties and responsibility well. Maddy looks guilty and so take the resignation. In the cabin Armaan is going on and on about Jassi. Raj reminds him that the meeting must have started. Armaan tells Raj that the meeting can go to hell because he is certainly not going to be ordered around be Jassi. In the board room Jassi starts the meeting without Armaan. She explains to everyone that she wants everybody to concentrate on 3 things. Cost, Value and Employees. She explains that by controlling cost they are already handling value but the new thing she wants for them is their teamwork which involves all the employees. Maddy takes it as a offend. He thinks that she is calling him an ordinary employee. Jassi cuts in and tell him that she didn't mean that. All she wants is that from now onwards employees will also put forward there idea. Again Maddy interrupts and hurts the gang's feeling by saying " How can you think that these inexperienced people can act like professionals." Jassi says that people always have differences of opinions which is good. To keep Maddy shut she tells him that all ideas will put forward to him and he can accept and reject whatever he likes.
In Armaan's cabin Aryan walks in. He is talking with Malika. Malika wants to speak to Armaan. Aryan covers the mobile and tells the worried Armaan that he hasn't told her anything about the CEO thing but hopes that Armaanwill tell it himself. Uneasy Armaan quickly ends his conversation. His gace is a total washout because ehe has discovered that Malika will be coming that night. Aryan again stress on the CEO thing. Before leaving he also informs Armaan about 3 T company. When he leaves Raj stands up to comfort Armaan only to find a smiling Armaan. He is surprised and asks for the reasons. Armaan says that this is the perfect way to remove Jassi from the chairman ' seat. He wonder that how will Jassi save her seat now.
In Jassi's house Amrit is going through Gogaa's wedding photo. They especially shows Purab. Billu asks her that why is she goint through the album again and again. That now gogaa's honeymoon is also over. Amrit smiles and enlighten him that she was thinking about Jassi's wedding. That's she can't wait to see her in a wedding dress. She also tell him that bebe has spoken to purab and his reply was neither no and yes. Billu says that since Jassi and Purab are both busy in their business world they would need to take out a maurhat just to meet them. He tells her that when he gets the chance he will get both of them together and ask the question then and there. The phone starts rining.Its Purab himself. Ourab invites the walia family to dinner. When billu has finished talking with Purab he tells Amrit that she better get ready for the wedding as he will make the wedding maurhat now.
Armaan walks into Jassi's cabin. Jassi asks him what's the matter. Armaan tell her about the 3 T thingy. Jassi tells him that she already know. Then Armaan starts his act. He tell Jassi that he knows that how much friendship mean to her so he doesn't want her to take hast decisions which might lead to destroying her friendship. He also tells her that he doesn't want her to do anything for him and that he will support her in any decisions she will make. Jassi explains to him that she knows her duties and responsibilities. And that she will not mix her personal life with business life. She tells him that before even doing such a thing she will hand him her resignation. Armaan asks her if she can really do it. He stress again on the hasty decisions thingy and then leave. Jassi wonders that will she handle all this.
The walia family has come to dinner. Bebe , Amrit and Bilu enjoyed the dinner very much. Purab is showing him around the house. I think Billu also says that how lucky the person will be who get Purab for his son-in-law ( I am not sure !!!) Jassi is lost in her thoughts. She notices some paper which has the 3 T symbols on it. She keeps staring at it. She remembers how she had named the company and then she remembers Armaan's word. Meanwhile Billu notice a painting and asks Purab if he has done it. Purab says that his mother had done it. Bebe then mentions that how Amrit makes beautiful rangoli. Amrit blushes and say that there is a huge differences between rangollis and the painting. Purab says some thing sweet in reply when he notices Jassi. He goes toward Jassi who is standing quite a distance away. Bebe, Amrit and Billu starts looking excited. Bebe asks billu that when will she asks both of them about the wedding. Billu say that he thinks that they will talk now. Meanwhile Purab asks Jassi that does she likes the symbols. Jassi mumbles a yes. Purab realizes that she is upset and asks for the reason. Jassi tells him the whole story. When she is finished Purab tell her not worry about such tiny things. Jassi is shocked ands asks him that why is it such a tiny thing for the,. Purab simply says that they will back out from the project. Jassi gets mad. Really mad !!!! She asks him that how can think that way. That what does he mean. Purab again simply say that he meant that 3T will never compete against Gulmohur. Jassi is now in total fury. She tells him that does he mean that he think that she is not worth competing against. Purab on seeing her rage tries to relax her and say that he was just kidding. She still goes on and on that how she didn't expect this from him. That he is not even giving her a chance and thinks she is worth it. In the far corner Billu is trying hard to listen to conversation. Poor guy ! He doesn't even realize what he is up against. Purab fins this all amusing for some reason. And he does sad mistake of smiling and joking with Jassi by saying " Well 3T will never compete against Gulmohur because if it does you don't stand a chance". The mistake is done. He has added the fuel to the fire. Jassi explodes. She leaves without saying a word. Everybody is stunned on seeing her leave.
