Raj tries to point out that Jassi is perfect for the job. Armaan backs him up. Ella and Puru still doesn't look convince. Armaan helplessly asks him the reasons. Puru points out that they don't have to give reasons to anybody. Ella is set to go. Puru says that the voting will take next day as Aryan vote is still pending. Armaan tries once again this time he asks Ella. Ella tells him clearly that they are not his mom and dad over here but the directors of Gulmohur. Armaan is shocked. Outside the boardroom the gang is supporting Jassi. Bindiya is acting the scene where Armaan will come and tell Jassi that she is the CEO. They are telling her not worry but they themselves are all jumpy. Armaan comes out. He stops for a minute ,tares at them and leave. The gang and Jassi wonders what's that about. Raj is following Armaan. He is stopped by the gang. Raj explains that the vote will take next day. Everybody is shocked. They realize that Jassi clearly didn't get the majority votes. They ask raj that who voted Jassi out as there were only four members. Raj tells Puru uncle. Now they are even more shocked. Every one turns to Jassi for her reaction but Jassi quickly leaves. She goes to the lift. And Ella and Puru comes out. Jassi stares at them silently while both look as if they don't know how to bring up the subject. Puru starts explaining that by now she must be knowing that he didn't vote for her. And that its very difficult for him to explain that why didn't he vote to her. Ella cuts in then as she wants to get over it. She tells Jassi that they didn't vote for her because she is not the part of the family. Puru also add that how the company belongs to the family and that voting for somebody outside is just impossible for them. They leave. Jassi eyes are full of tears. At her home Billu is muttering to himself. He thinks that the news is bad and that Jassi will be taking it lightly. Nandu tries to explain to him that its not at all bad. Billu guess that Nandu knows. He takes out his slipper and tell him in an angry tone that if he doesn't tell him he would get it from Billu. Nandu still doesn't tell as he had promised Jassi. Billu then say "tumhe bebe ki qasam"(emotional blackmail). Nandu is caught so he tells Billu about the CEO thingy. Billu reaction is " Sach bolo kya tum meri bebe ko marna catha ho".Raising the slipper on Nandu's head. Nandu keeps his hand on Billu's head and says dramatically " App ke qasam". At last Billu believes him. Jassi then walks in. Nandu apologizes to Jassi for telling billu. Billu looks proudly at her and call Miss Jasmeet Walia CEO of Gulmohur. Jassi goes and hugs him not fromm happiness. Billu doesn't realize that she is sad and keeps on blabbering that how proud he is of her. Jassi starts crying.
In Armaan's house Aryan is apologizing for being late. Puru tells him that it doesn't matter and that he can vote tomorrow. Armaan walks in just when Aryan asks puru the agenda of the meeting. Puru is shocked that Armaan hadn't told him. Puru tells him about the Jassi being CEO thing and then leaves. Aryan jumps on Armaan. He tells him that he knows that Jassi is intelligent and capable but he can bet that Armaan's reason for making her the CEO are different. He tells Armaan that he thinks that Gulmohur is a game of hide and seek but one day Aryan will find out every thing and then where will Armaan hide. He also adds to wait for his "kimiti (important) vote". Armaan leaves.
The next day Jassi is sitting next to Billu in her room. Billu tell her that it's the Suri loss for not making her the CEO. Jassi tells him that it's the company's loss and that she doesn't want Gulmohur to lose anything. She then acts really sad when Purab walks in. Billu welcomes him. Purab stares at Jassi's face and then turns to Billu and asks him that has he seen Jassi. Jassi is surprised. Billu guess what's happening. Purab then describe Jassi. He tells Billu that the Jassi he is looking for her doesn't let failure come in her way. That she always wins no matter what the obstacles are. That the Jassi he is looking for had promised herself that she will not let other people's thinking come in her way. That she tries to finds goodness in the worst of things. He ends by saying to billu that if he finds that Jassi please let him know as he wants to introduce that Jassi to another Jassi. He turns to leave. Jassi calls out to him. She tells him that the Jassi he is looking for is here.
Jassi reaches the office.She thinks to herself that being the CEO was not her amibition but winning everybody trust was. And to prove to everybody that Gulmohur will win again. She overhears Armaan and Raj talking. Raj was telling Armaan that he was planning not to come so that every thing would get cancelled and that they would have more days to covince ella and puru. Armaan blames his situation all on Jassi. He asks raj that what will they do about Aryan. Raj hopes that Aryan would have an accident on the way. Armaan hopes that Jassi doesn't come at all. Both of them calls her "bichari". Jassi looks annoyed to hear that. She says to herself that she is not bichari. In the boardroom Aryan comes in with his weasel like smile.Raj and Armaan stares at him as if there worst nightmare has come. He asks Puru that is he late. Puru tells him that he is just on time. Every one gets seated. Aryan is about to vote when Jassi walks in. Everybody is surprised at her intrusion. Raj explains to her like a baby that she cannot come now. Jassi nervously comes forward and explains that she will just take their two minutes. Puru is ready to hear. Jassi starts with that its quite understandable that they don't want a person who looks her to be the CEO. That when she first joined as a sectary she got the same reactions. She goes and say that she has formed a bond with the company and she doesn't want it loss. So when they vote for her they should think about Gulmohur not her. She leaves.
Puru asks Aryan for his vote. Aryan smiles openly as he knows the importance of his vote. Armaan stares at him knowing that he has lost and that Aryan would never vote for Jassi. He is beyond word when he sees Aryan holding up the paper that says a "yes". He keeps checking it to make sure that its not a "no". He walks out of the board room still dazed. The gang looks at him waiting for his response. Armaan informs that now Jassi is the CEO and that also only for six months. Everybody starts cheering for Jassi. Jassi is all beaming. Armaan keeps on walking and sees Aryan. Aryan asks him that won't he thanks him for voting for Jassi. For once Armaan just mumble a "thanks" and go. Jassi happily goes toward Aryan to tell him that she didn't expect his vote and that she is glad that he voted for the success of the company. Aryan stares at her. He then tells her that he hopes that she is not thinking that he voted her for her speech. Because he didn't. Jassi face falls. Aryan tells Jassi that he only voted for her so that he can show everybody that even an ordinary sectary can do a better job then Armaan. And that Armaan did a big mistake by making her the CEO because he knows that by the click of his fingers he can throw Jassi out of Gulmohur. Jassi is taken aback. Armaan hears every thing.
