Detailed Update
Sumukhi is in her garden. She is very happy.
Sumukhi (to herself) – There are so beautiful sights in nature. I feel like watching them for ever.
One friend – Keep watching and forget everything else.
Sumukhi – After coming here, I have forgotten everything.
Another friend – Even prince Surath?
Sumukhi blushes.
Update originally written by akhl in India Forums.
A pigeon comes there. Sumukhi picks it up.
Sumukhi (to the pigeon) – Are you his messenger? Why did he send you? Why didn't he come himself?
The pigeon has brought a letter from Surath. Sumukhi's friends take the letter. Sumukhi runs behind them to take the letter.
One friend – Let us know what prince Surath's heart says.
Sumukhi reads the letter: -
Greetings to princess Sumukhi from Chandra Nagri's prince Surath.
Since the day my parents have arranged our marriage, my heart is restless. I do not even enjoy hunting. My eyes are thirsty to see you. I keep looking at and talking to your picture. When will I meet you, devi?
When Sumukhi is reading the letter, Surath is shown talking to her picture. Sumukhi's friends tease her.
Sumukhi is looking at Surath's picture and thinking about him. Meanwhile Surath is looking at Sumukhi's picture and thinking about her. The following song plays: -
Milne ko taraste hain
O milne ko taraste hain
Koi unhe le aaye
Wahan ja ke o koi unhe le aaye
Is man mein jo baste hain
Koi unhe le aaye
Is man mein jo baste hain
Kalketu's men attack Vishramgarh. Sumukhi's Mama Durjay is taking rest there. Mohan and Sohan wake him up.
Durjay – I am taking rest.
Sohan – If you take rest, then you will lose your life.
Durjay – Are you in your senses? Who will take my life?
Mohan – Demon king Kalketu, Mamaji.
Sohan – He has attacked Vishramgarh.
Durjay sees that Kalketu's men are killing people and burning houses. Durjay laughs.
Sohan – Mamaji, you are laughing? Have you gone mad?
Durjay – You two are mad. Don't you understand that Kalketu has sent his army to wipe out king Garud Dhwaj's army? Durjay will become king. Let Vajramushti come. I will welcome him with open arms. Now, do you know that we have to wait for right time? Now, right time has come.
Durjay meets Garud Dhwaj.
Durjay – King, the demon king Kalketu's messenger wants to meet you.
Kalketu's messenger Vajramushti comes there.
Vajramushti – Kola king Kalketu's messenger Vajramushti greets king Garud Dhwaj. I have brought demon king Kalketu's message. If, because of any ignorance or foolishness, you do not fulfill his order, then he has a decision, which you have to agree at any cost. So, shall I read the message?
Garud Dhwaj – Not the message, but read the decision.
Vajramushti – He has extended hand of friendship to you. Consider this your good fortune.
Garud Dhwaj – Read the decision, Vajramushti.
Vajramushti – Demon king Kalketu wants that your fame spreads in all directions. Your empire should expand.
Garud Dhwaj – Read the decision.
Vajramushti – Demon king wants to see your kingdom as a prosperous and powerful kingdom.
Garud Dhwaj gets irritated.
Garud Dhwaj – I want to hear the decision of ultimately powerful Kalketu.
Vajramushti – The decision will make your head high.
Garud Dhwaj shouts – What is the decision?
Vajramushti – Marriage. His younger brother and commander Dhumraketu has decided to marry Vijay Durg's princess Sumukhi.
Garud Dhwaj – Enough. If you take my daughter's name with your dirty tongue, then I will cut your tongue. Tell your decision makers that there can never be any friendship or any relationship between humans and demons. Good conduct will never support bad conduct. There has never been and will never be friendship between righteousness and unrighteousness. Go and tell your Kalketu that I have fixed my daughter's marriage with Chandra Nagri's prince Surath. Even if I had not fixed this marriage, I would never have got my daughter married to Dhumraketu.
Sumukhi is happy to hear his father's reply.
Vajramushti – Demon king Kalketu will not tolerate this insult.
Garud Dhwaj – What will you do? Attack us?
Vajramushti – We will destroy you and your kingdom. Nobody in your kingdom will be alive. I am a messenger. That is why once more I want to say
Vajramushti is about to take out his sword but before that Garud Dhwaj takes out his sword and puts at Vajramushti's neck.
Garud Dhwaj – If you were not a messenger, then I would reply to this decision by cutting off your head. I am leaving you alive so that you give my decision to Kalketu.
Garud Dhwaj presses his sword against Vjramushti's neck, because of which there is some blood oozing out.
Garud Dhwaj – Look back.
Garud Dhwaj's soldiers come with Kalketu's soldiers.
Garud Dhwaj – We have imprisoned your soldiers. Go.
Vajramushti – You will repent.
Vajramushti leaves.
Mohan, Sohan and Durjay come to Durjay's room. They laugh. (Their behavior looks too dramatic.)
Durjay – Whatever is happening is good.
Mohan, Sohan – And what will happen will also be good. You do not have to do anything. Prince Surath will be got rid off. King Garud Dhwaj cannot face Kola king.
Durjay sits down.
Mohan puts a pagdi on Durjay's head indicating that Durjay has become king.
Mohan, Sohan – You will be the king and we two will be your ministers.
Durjay – Sumukhi's marriage will bear fruit because Kalketu will not be able to tolerate Garud Dhwaj's no.
Durga – Human wants to do everything. But he does not know that what I want happens and not what he wants. If some cruel person wants to establish his kingdom or if some evil minded wants to usurp another's kingdom, then these will happen according to the laws of creation. If a cruel and evil minded gets the result of the deeds of past lives in this life, then he thinks of it as his fame.
Dhumraketu tries to kill Vajraketu by strangulating gim. He lifts Vajraketu up with his neck.
Kalindi sees this.
Kalindi – What are you doing, Dhumraketu? Leave him. He is a messenger.
Dhumraketu – No, bhabhi.
Kalketu comes there.
Kalketu – Dhumraketu.
Dhumraketu leaves Vajramushti.
Dhumraketu – I cannot tolerate no, brother.
Kalketu – Garud Dhwaj said no and not Vajramushti. He went there as our messenger.
Kalindi – Just see what Garud Dhwaj said. He called himself of good conduct and us of bad conduct.
Dhumraketu – He will be punished. I will forcibly bring Sumukhi and forcibly marry her. Bless me, bhabhi.
Dhumraketu touches Kalindi's feet.
Kalindi – Be victorious.
Dhumraketu – Bless me, brother.
When he tries to touch Kalketu's feet, then Kalketu stops him and hugs him.
Kalketu – Bring her.
Durjay is talking to Garud Dhwaj.
Durjay – We should not make more powerful as our enemies.
Garud Dhwaj – What do you want to say?
Durjay – You did not do right with Kalketu's messenger. Both Kalketu and Dhumraketu are very cruel. It is entertainment for them to spread terror. You must make friendship with them.
Garud Dhwaj – Do you know the meaning of this friendship?
Durjay – Yes.
Garud Dhwaj – You don't. Friendship with Kalketu means marrying Sumukhi with his younger brother. It is impossible.
Durjay – You should make impossible as possible. Saying no to Kalketu means slapping him. He will not keep quiet. What if he attacks Vijay Durg? You still have time. Agree for Dhumraketu and Sumukhi's marriage.
Sumukhi hears and cries. She goes to temple.
Sumukhi – Mahadevi Durga, your leela (pastime) is beyond my understanding. You fixed my marriage with Chandra Nagri's prince Surath. Now you send Dhumraketu's message for me. Save me from your maya, Ma.
Sumukhi cries and falls unconscious.
Durga – This world is a chakravyuh (arrangement of army in the form of circles). Life and death are like a circle, which keeps rotating inside body, which is like an arrangement of army. In this chakravyuh, when human finds pleasure, then he is happy. He thinks that his life is successful. But when he feels pain, then he tries to get rid of it. But it is not so easy to break this chakravyuh. This requires sacrifice. When human frees himself from various faults, then he does not see any difference between pleasure and pain.
Sumukhi's parents are worried because she is not well. After some time Sumukhi opens her eyes.
Garud Dhwaj – Are you all right?
Sumukhi – I will not marry Dhumraketu.
Garud Dhwaj – You need not worry. This marriage will not happen.
Vijaya – Your marriage will happen only with prince Surath.
Garud Dhwaj – I have sent message to king Chandramukh and queen Chandrika to find an auspicious date for marriage at the earliest.
Sumukhi – But, father. Kalketu and Dhumraketu.
Garud Dhwaj – My swords will face them. I am no longer young but my swords are still young. My swords shine as much in moon light as in sun light. My arrows are still thirsty for enemy's blood. My arms still have so much of strength that I can break stone with one fist. You need not worry. Ma Durga's blessings are always with us.
Sumukhi feels relaxed.
Vijaya – King, why don't we send Sumukhi to some place, where she will feel happy?
Garud Dhwaj – Excellent idea.
Sumukhi goes somewhere with her friends and some soldiers.
Sumukhi – How far is Gandhmadan hill from here?
Friends – The princess is very eager. Looks like, somebody is to meet her. But who? Who else but prince Surath?
Dhumraketu comes there.
Dhumraketu – I am Kola king Kalketu's brother Dhumraketu.
Sumukhi orders her soldiers to teach Dhumraketu a lesson. Her soldiers attack Dhumraketu but Dhumraketu kills all of them.
Sumukhi and her friends run but Dhumraketu catches her. He drags her in his chariot and flies.
Dhumraketu – Nobody will save you. I will marry you.
Sumukhi – Is there anybody who will save me?
Dhumraketu – Who will save you? Chandra Nagri's prince Surath?
An arrow hits Dhumraketu's flying chariot. It is shot by Surath.
Surath – Pavan, run fast. Princess Sumukhi is in danger.
Sumukhi – Save me from this demon.
Surath – Paven, if I cannot save princess Sumukhi today, then I have no right to live. This wicked Dhumraketu must not escape from my hands.
Dhumraketu – Whenever any human's death is near, then he faces Dhumraketu.
Surath jumps and catches the chariot.👏 Dhumraketu hits him but Surath pushes him away. Sumukhi helps Surath get in the chariot. Dhumraketu and Surath fight. Sumukhi falls. She hangs from the chariot. Surath pulls her up.
Dhumraketu catches Sumukhi and flies up without chariot. Suath is still in chariot. Dhumraketu produces fire from his eyes because of which the chariot catches fire. Surath throws his sword, which cuts Dhumraketu's head. Sumukhi falls. Surath catches her and jumps down with her. Nine Durgas (the nine little girls who came to Sumukhi on the final day of Navratri) hold a huge plate. Surath and Sumukhi fall on that plate. Nine Durgas bring that plate down slowly. When they reach the Earth, then the nine Durgas vanish. Surath and Sumukhi do not see them.
Kalketu's head and the rest of his body fall on the chariot separately.
King Chandramukh takes off his crown.
Guru – What is this, king?
Chandramukh – I do not want to be king, any more. On my next birthday, I want to give this responsibility to Surath.
Chandrika – Gurudev, do you approve of the king's decision?
Guru puts the crown back on Chandramukh's head.
Guru – So long you are king, you have to wear this crown. Prince Surath is intelligent, knowledgeable and does justice. He is valorous. He will become a good king. You have my permission and my blessings.
Kalktu sees Dhumraketu's body and cries.
Dhumraketu's head – Brother, Chandra Nagri's prince Surath has made this condition of mine. You have my last greetings.
The head vanishes. (This means so far Dhumraketu was alive even though his head was cut.😛)
Kalketu screams – Surath, I will take revenge.
Durga – The desire to take revenge originates from ego. Nobody has ever got anything from revenge. Revenge harms the one who takes revenge. He is continuously sad. He keeps burning in the fire of revenge until he feels that his revenge is complete. But, when the revenge is over, does he find peace? His heart will keep on criticizing and paining him because giving and taking of life is my job. Therefore, to get real happiness, one should always remember the fruits of action and do his duty.
(Remember the fruits of action?😕 But, Bhagavad Gita says that we do not have the right on the fruits of action.
Karmanyeva adhikaraste maa phaleshu kadaachana
Maa karma phalahetur bhur maa te sangostvakarmani – B.G. 2.47
Meaning: - You have right on action and never on its fruits. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.)

I find the laughs of Durjay and his coteries as too dramatic.
Also, the dialogs should be better. The dialogs by Durga are good in their essential meaning but the words should be more apt.😕
Other things are good.😊
