cell cultures ko drug ki different concentrations and time points ke liye treat kar ke, preliminary screening,matlab kitna live bache woh dekhna hota hai.
phir dossre run main usi samples main yeh dekhna hota hai ki jo live cells hai unka status kya hai,
isliye abhi 4 drugs, 5 concentrations, 5 cell lines. haal philhaal time point 24 hrs treatmenat hai. aur each treat ment duplicate main hota hai, isliye kal ke liye 15o samples hai
