Veer n Raj r discussing about the wallet. Minnie comes in says they cannot find the wallet anywhere but she is sure that Ayesha has stole the wallet. Shridhar comes in n says they found the wallet, the guest had left it somewhere. All of them discuss about how they blamed Ayesha n that the staff will no longer trust the management. They then think of a solution to his problem.
Ayesha is cleaning her locker. Pammi comes in n says they were lucky that nihaal was not seen during the searching of the room n says that nihaal can no longer live there n suggests to send him to a hostel. A girl comes in n tells Ayesha that veer has called her in the conference room.
Everyone is gatered in the conerence room, Ayesha come in. Veer goes up to her. N after a LONG scene of just standing in front of each other.. veer says SORRY! Veers secretary starts praising veer, n says he is just like his father. Veer then walks off. Minnie walks off as well… Raj comes n apologises to Ayesha as well.
Veer is in his cabin n thinks about all the encounters with Ayesha.. n gets irritated that he had to say sorry to Ayesha. Raj comes in n tells him that he did a very good thing today, that the whole staff is praising him. Veer says he need the staffs trust to make his hotel the best. Raj says veer is very attatched to the hotel, it I not just a profession for him. He has a rishta with the hotel. Veer thinks deeply n agrees with raj but thinks he cannot tell him the reason why.
Shridhar, his bro, pammi n Ayesha are all talking. They say to Ayesha how they wanted to help her, but couldn't. Raj comes in n gives Ayesha an envelope full of money n a slip saying sorry from the man who's wallet was supposedly stolen. Ayesha says she cannot accept the money, but raj tells her to keep it. Ayesha thinks she can now use this money for nihaal's trip.
Minnie comes in n taunts Ayesha that there is no reason for anyone to feel sorry for her. She send Ayesha to do her work as veer has given her double duty.
Nihaal is speaking to his parent via the stars. (Really emotional n beautiful cene- cannot explain- must see) He hopes not to give his massi anymore troubles.
Veer is working in his office. Raj n shridhar come in n say it is 10 o clock n he still hasn't gone home. Shridhar offers to help him with the work, but veer tells them to go home as they hav families to go back to. Veer stops talking n just says good night. They leave.. n veer goes into a deep thought n looks at the photo again.
Ayesha is cleaning the chandelier in the lobby n is standing on a mini ladder.. she tries to reach the light but soon looses her balance n falls…. But INTO VEERS ARMS!!

Ayesha falls into veers arms n they have an eye lock.. but then they realize what they are doing n leave each other. Veer very nicely says to Ayesha y is she doing this, what if something happened to her, but then changes into a rude tone n says it wouldn't make a difference to anybody. He then asks her where is her shift manager, n she tells him this is her second shift so the shift manager has not come yet. Veer seems to feel bad a bit, but im not sure. Veer then gets a phone call, n goes to the side to talk. Its from the detective n veer tells him he will be there in 20 mins.
Veer leaves the hotel. Raj comes to reception n tells them to send a cake to veers room as they have got the best hospitality award. But the receptionist tells raj that veer just left but may still be in th parking lot. Raj sees veers driver n the driver tells raj that veer has left. Raj wonders where has veer gone.
Veer meets the detective. The detective says he found the address of the person, veer says this should stay confidential n says he wills end the money by tomorrow. Veer sits in his car n phones up someone saying to book a ticket to shimla for the next day.
Ayesha comes home n sees nihaal sleeping. She goes n kisses his forhead n cleans up his toys.
Veers secretary gives him the tickets. They both talk n it is revealed that the person veer is finding is his brother, Jai Vardhan Singh. Veer blames his brother for leaving him n going off to live with the woman he loves. Veer blames the woman n says he is sure she was after their money. The secretary asks him how can he say that n asks him to control himself. He says how can he control himself, his brother left home 7 years ago but he never knew because he was studying in America. Veer once again blames the woman.. n says hes not sure how will he react once he meets his brother, but he is sure he will bring his brother back.
Nihaal wakes up in the morning n says to Ayesha he has a stomach ache so doesn't want to go on the picnic. Ayesha says he cant bunk school since its his picnic.. he says that's why he doesn't wat to go since its not important. Pammi is looking at all this. Ayesha says this that means the puri bhaji she made for him will go to waste. Nihal suddenly gets up n gets excited n is willing to go to the picnic. They have cute moment n nihal goes off to get ready. Pammi asks how did he get up all of a sudden, if he had a stomach ache. Ayesha says he was just looking out for her n didn't want to trouble her. She says nihaal is losing his childhood due to her problems.
Veer is in shimla n he goes to the address given. He meets a man outside the house who tells him that no one has lived in the house for 2 years… veer asks did they shift some place else… but they guy tells him that the couple who were living in the house died in a car accident. Veer gets shocked!!

Precap: Veer is inside the house n sees a photoframe, n balmes the person in the photo for everything n throws it on the floor. Outside the house some one is talking on the phone saying that it was veer, Jai's brother.
