Five big shows we won't see again |
The end of this month will premiere several new shows on various channels. And when new shows start airing, you know it's your old favourites that have to make way for them. We take a look at the long running serials that we have loved and will miss. |
Jaane Kya Baat Hui
Initially, the show did well in its 10.30pm slot but since it was shifted to the 6.30pm slot, its TRPs declined steadily. The serial revolved around Aradhana, the ideal daughter-in-law, married to the rich Shailesh. However, Shailesh is more interested in other women and never gives his wife the importance she deserves. When Shailesh's stepbrother Shantanu comes on the scene, he wins the hearts of everyone, though only Shailesh's mother knows that he is related to the family. Aradhana then gets to know of Shailesh's extramarital affairs and the relationship between Aradhana and Shantanu was hence supposed to develop. However, their chance at happiness is being cut short as Jaane Kya Baat Hui will end in June. This is Shweta Tiwari's only project after her hit show Kasauti Zindagi Kii went off air.
