@BOLD TOTALLY wrong. Didn't Rikara has their own show until the merger..? Are they able to beat Shivika in anway? Let alone the couples here in IB, Shivika beat the couples from other shows. Don't undermine others success just to give justification for your favs. Until 1 hr episode everyone got their equal ss and story of their own n we saw how the show was dragged down. SP and Makers are not here for playing silly games doing favoritism, injustice to their own characters. At the end of the day it is all business, if something doesn't work for them they have all rights to scrap any of their creation. May b their market research team confirmed the 3 lead story not working (remember that's how Sowmya was scrapped and Bhavya was brought in)and they are trying differently to SAVE their show/business. Believe me if Rikara or Ruvya has that pull or demand it would be them in place of Shivika. No one favors anyone in this business world.Originally posted by: shrenal11
I'm so so glad I stopped watching this show after IB and DBO were merged. This is my first post in months (from July to be precise) and haven't come to the forum at all because I knew it would break my heart to see my favorite characters being butchered and sacrificed for the sake of one pairing that the GulNeet are obsessed with. Please don't take this the negative way. I like ShivIka and they are definitely a power couple who have won awards and popularity than the other two pairing.. but the reason why it's that way because ONLY that pairing has gotten the limelight, full screen space, at least some story, good clothes and best PR- so they of course have to more popular. Rest of the team has just been used as and when liked. What GulNeet don't understand is that if you sideline everyone else and give special treatment to one pairing the world will only SEE them so no BALLS/ KUDOS you get for doing that. I could have done that and got MY supposedly fav pairing that same fame and attention. No biggi. What would have worth applauding your creativity (which GulNeet have none) is to give every character some story, character shaping and screen space- can they do that? NOPE. Do they wish to do that? Hell NO.
The reason I stopped watching the show was because of the fear that many of you have now about getting RiKara, Ruvya, Bhavya scrapped.. which is happening and soon the show will only have ShivIka. I didn't want to get my heart broken now so I took the plunge and stopped watching the show months ago. I think I made the choice. I'm sad but not terribly bad because I knew this was coming
