I think its a song sequence - the mauvh anticipated phir bhi tumko chahunga or something else? It can also be a promo shoot but will they shoot a new promo so quickly after the last one?

haha yes this possibility is there but in second pic Shivaays face seems like he is scared? like suddenly usne kuch suna and he is looking towards that sound?
