The character speaking in the song represented Riddhima's love and understanding for vansh aptly.
There is this lyric

This again matches with Vansh's Character.

That part and that scene made me remind of the track, when he was in dilemma and thinking about riddhima and with the supposedly Doppleganger he was feeling riddhima but when he thought she was not riddhima, he constantly thought about Riddhima.
When he thought he lost Riddhima , he was not himself like he lost his soul.
Now that's a beautifully connected scene with the lyrics.
