Mumbai, Sep 21 (IANS) Actor Mishal Raheja finds it strange that his character is turning negative in the show Kumkum Bhagaya, but he is excited about it. He plays King Singh in the show.

On his character going negative, Mishal said, "It's strange. It's confusing, but it's challenging. It's been four months since I entered the show and I've been waiting for a shift in the script. Now that it's finally here, I can feel some movement in my character towards the negative side. It's very exciting because there are more layers and variations in negative characters than their positive counterparts."

Ami & Dazz...have you been keeping up with KS in the show??

So KS falling for P seems too weird to me, but not negative. Not sure what he means by negative. But atleast, finally he's getting

more screen time & would have loved to see him romance with

someone new & not with P.

Mish, I was not able to watch the show past 2 weeks but I read updates on tellyupdates.

I am sure if good script and enough screen space is given to Mishal, he will do wonders.

But, I don't trust the creative team of KKB. KS becoming negative and don't know what bad things he will do. Really don't know what does 'NEGATIVE' mean in KKB and TRP world. I hope he is not another Tanu.

If you see the character sketch then P has brought up her daughter telling her that KS is her daida. This is very big thing and I hope the creatives will keep the daida and the kid relation pure and pious devoid of revenge and bad things. FAther daughter relation is very pure irrespective of whether it is biological or not.

I have to agree with DAZZ regarding Mishal's screen space, I feel extremely bad the way he is sidelined in the show. Not even 20 minutes of screen space per week. As a fan, this didn't go well with me. Initially I thought slowly his role will develop but no trust in the creative team and the channel. Everyone is after revenue.

It is easy for me to say this, but, Mishal should give this role couple more months and if it doesn't develop properly then should part ways amicably with this show, in my POV.

On a lighter note, with this news, Mr. King Singh, I will just say this:

"Sochenege tumhe pyaar karein ke nahin, ye dil beqaraar karein ke nahin" 😉😆

He is not able to sell a single Kala Khatta or raw mango flavored snow cone since morning. My bad I should have clarified this. Mish, I like it, you are detail oriented.

I think this is just a fun post. May be we will see the these scenes in the upcoming episodes.

He looks tired I hope he is taking good care of his health.

Let us hope he is dignified negative character or just grey character. It is going to be tough to see this character turning negative and more so due to P and Kiara and their bonding. I just don't want the creatives to ruin that bond, undo all the love and respect these three have for one another.

He seems to be the most sensible character presently in the show & hopefully

continues to even if the makers turn him a bit grey ( but not totally negative )..

I don't know how things work in TV world but with such little screen space, may be he has to spend 1 or two days per week for this series. So shouldn't be this tired. Hope he gets enough rest from his vacation.

Coming to the role, yes, he is chilling out in jail, he is more anxious about his feelings for P.

He has full confidence that P will somehow get him out from the jail. Blind trust on P. It is going to hit him hard, big time.

He is the most sensible character in this series, practical as well as emotional thinker. Tries to evaluate the situation.

Since 2 days no King at all. Let us see how long they keep him in jail. Also, I feel that Mishl will speak up if his role is not going in right direction. One or the other way he will let the team and viewers know.

If you remember IKRS, he played the character Viplav till end, but still remained loyal to pre-leap story and fans. Never ever posted anything related to post-leap. He has such strong feelings. This is my observation and POV.

I often wonder why he gave up a Yashraj Film even if he was offered the parallel lead. Wouldn't a movie have been more lucrative than a character like King Singh on KKB?

If you see KKB articles then the actress who played P's sister and original Purab quit the show when it was on top and very hit. Infact, P's sister was killed and never replaced. I think all parted ways amicably. Infact, I saw the clip of the guy who played original Purab and he said he was worried that quitting will affect his career but then it did wonders. I guess both these actors were smart and knew that KKB is mouse trap and left.

I don't know about how taking up King's role will help in networking. All Ekta's favourites are stuck in TV series except few and are doing negligible roles in films. I guess she didn't give break to any of her favourites in films except Anita. I read somewhere that full time role in TV series is very demanding and hard work, one has to put in lot of hours, almost giving 25 days in a month is too much. Working hours are also 10+. I am sure most of the actors want to get promoted to films.

There is way to put across your point, hope Mishal is able to raise his concerns in proper way and team finds the best solution. I feel that with King's role he has scope to work on another project as well.

Somehow, I feel that in KKB, they are not developing King's role. Something is stopping them and I don't know what that force is.

Yash Raj was the biggest networking he could have done as he wants to act in films. It is mystery why he didn't take up Yash Raj offer.

Healthwise he needs to get back to Ranveer Ahuja's physique (the character he played in Shaadi vaadi and all that)..
