We really hope you have an awesome time here. Whilst nobody likes rules, we do need to highlight some important guidelines which needs to be followed by all the members. Please go through the below guidelines and let's all make this forum a fantastic experience for everyone.

Please bear in mind that this forum is strictly only for International shows.
This is referring to foreign shows that aired on Television originally.
Turkish shows are included in this section.
Excludes: Pakistani Shows, Asian Shows, Webseries ( shows that are originals on a web platform), Bengali Shows, and TV Hindi - please see their respective forums.
If you would like to discuss movies, please refer to either Bollywood or Hollywood forums. Any movie related topics will be moved to the relevant forum.
Moderation: In general across IF the moderation chain is as follows:
Viewbies > Moderators > Channel Moderators> Global Moderators.
Within this forum, for any concerns, your first point of contact will be the section Viewbies (xbeyondwordsx or .iridescence.) as they take care of the day to day happenings in the forum. If the matter is still unresolved or if your issues are regarding their moderation, you can escalate your concerns to the Global Moderator jyoti06
Any issues regarding Moderation or Warning Queries will be entertained only by PM to DT.
Do not argue about rulings/decisions/actions by DTs or open threads regarding their moderation within the forum and cause disruption in the atmosphere. If such a thread is opened, it shall be closed immediately, asking the members to contact the DT via PMs.
Strict action will be taken against repeat offenders.
Repeated topics: Before starting a topic please check the first 3 page of the forum. If a similar topic is already opened, comment there. All the similar topics opened later will be merged with the one opened first!
Organising Contest/Activities: If you want to organize any Contest/Activities in the section please consult with the Dev Team & take their permission. Don't post any contest or conduct any activities without taking DT's permission. If you are interested in organising any activity/contest, please get in touch with the DT and we will be more than happy to help you with this.
Editing Post: As you all must be aware by the forum as well as IF rules, please abide to them while making comments. Sometimes certain thread reaches many pages before coming to DT attention. On such threads MODS are not liable to edit each and every comment which is against the rules. Members should be accountable themselves on what they post and NOT hold the DT responsible for not editing such comments and closing the topic. Additionally, any post made with a sole intention for mocking and instigation which leads to ruckus in the forum will be trashed without a note. Additionally, when a title has been amended by a Dev Team or a note has been put into a members posts, please refrain from editing such posts, this will be seen as going against the code of conduct and the members will be reprimanded.
No Advertising: Videos from other forums are not allowed. If found doing so the topic will be trashed & a PM will be send. Along with that marketing posts and topics will be trashed too. If you continue to do so even then your warning level will be raised. Also posting links from IF in other forums is strictly prohibited. Newbies account posting only advertisement post will be banned immediately.
No Personal Attacks/Bashing: IF is a free forum & everyone have rights to put in their views/thoughts but one should see to it the comments made by him/her does not hurt anyone else. Do not use offensive or foul words. If you don't like a character that does not means you can use offensive or foul language. Name calling towards actors/members will not be tolerated. Abusing any actor/member, passing comments on physical features of any celebrity or doing any direct or indirect personal attack on member is strictly prohibited. Bashing up any actor/member is against IF codes & conducts. If we find any member bashing up or instigating fight in the forum a warning PM will be send & if they continue to do so their warning level will be raised. If you have any issue with regards to any member contact the section Dev Team. If you come across any posts which you believe are not in accordance with the IF COC just REPORT and let the DT handle the situation.
Chatting/Spamming: DO NOT chat or spam in topics/threads in this forum. Keep threads relevant to the shows discussions. Responses to threads should be relevant to the topic. Discussion thread conversations should remain relevant to the topic, no general chit chat. Please use the general Chat thread for this purpose. If anyone is found to be violation of this rule, a warning will be issued in the thread. The second time it occurs (for the same author - it does not have to be the same thread), the violating thread will be subject to a three days lockdown. We encourage discussions more than just a "Thank you" post, so say more than just that. Thank You only posts will be deleted, at admin's discretion and member may face temporary ban to discourage such practice.
Reporting Topics: f you find any topic/reply that is offensive/can lead to any kind of fight or breaking any rules then you can PM Dev Team Member or report the topic. Please allow a reasonable time frame of 48 hours to the mods to deal with the reported posts. We try to address issues and respond to PMs and Reports as soon as we can get to them, but we request you to grant us some leverage as well. Instead of mass PMing, it would be appreciated if one person PM's the concerned DT with regards to the issue.
Page Limit: Each thread is restricted to 150 pages maximum. Once your thread reaches the maximum number of pages permitted, please create a new thread. Threads exceeding 150 pages will be closed down/locked by DT.
Multiple ID (MID): India-forums.com Code of Conduct strictly prohibits members from having multiple IDs. Please refrain from making MIDs, especially to bash celebrities, characters and/ or member. If ever convicted with having MIDs, all except the most active ID will be inactivated, followed by a raise in W/L to the active ID. And not every newbie is an MID - some are genuine members so do NOT attack members who belong to newbie ladder by generalizing them as MIDs. If Members suspect MID they are requested to contact DT. We, DT, will look into the matter but under no circumstances are members allowed to bully newbies or groupbie claiming then as MIDs in the Forum. In addition, we kindly request members to refrain from creating MIDs purposely to cause chaos and fights between the members. If anyone is seen to engage in such activities, the original ID will get a warning level raise and MIDs will be banned, without further question.
Indirectly Mocking Opinions and Pinpointing: You are free to express your opinion and have a healthy debate with one another. However, mocking and posting instigating remarks on one's opinion will not be tolerated. You want to express your opinion, please do so in a civil way and do not bring in Freedom of Speech as Human Rights when the whole meaning are simply misinterpreted according to one's benefit. We DT respect Freedom of Speech but one should also be well enough to judge on if they have used their Rights of Freedom of Speech responsibly. Any individual and topic seen mocking opinions and pinpointing will see a direct warning level increase of 20% and the topic shall be closed.
No Moral Policing: Everyone is welcome to express their opinions within the forum rules and IF COC. We would prefer members to stop preaching on the forum telling members what to do what not. Let the moderators decide what is needed on this forum and what is not or what one member is allowed to do or not. You cannot stop someone from posting in any topic or making new topics. Do not become a moral police on the forum. If you find anyone breaching rules, please Report the topic and or contact the moderator. We will deal with the issue at the earliest possible. India-Forums is a platform to allow everyone to express their opinions freely within the COC and respectable limitations. Members have the freedom to express their own perspective, which may disagree and or contradict someone else's point of view.
We hereby request our members to abide by the rules. If anyone breaks the rules, the Development Team will give a verbal warning. If the member continues to break the rules, they will receive a written warning via Private Message from the Development Team, followed by subsequent raises (20% at a time) in warning meter! If the warning level reaches up to 100%, it automatically leads to a BAN! The Development Team members are always available to help you.
