5X13 (FINALE)
Well... that wasn't as eventful as I thought it would be. I expected almost everything that happened there... uh πSame. I still liked it more than a lot of S5 episodes because for once it had more character stuff than plot-plot-plot.Kane might live or die. Mystery~If Kane dies Abby might lose it though. πMonty and Harper... what they did was very kind. I think they totally deserved that ending. It was their wish, and I am so glad they were able to fulfill it. I already predicted they'll die but their death was way better than my predictions! So yayy for them! πI know Nymeria is probably heartbroken right now as she didn't want M&H to die. Awh girl :( *hugs*I am sad, mostly because we won't see them again next season :( But I agree, I feel this was the ending they deserved. A full life together complete with a nice kiddo and knowing they were helping their friends. Plus I'm 110% sure this new planet will again cause a gazillion fights and Monty and Harper deserve their peaceful life <3 So yeah, if they had to die, this was the best way for them to go I agree <3 <3 Still, I thought it was super-emotional :( (I like their son though, ALSO HE SHARES MY FAVOURITE π )Octavia has my heart by the end of this season! Probably my favorite character of this season. I really didn't want her to die when she was trying to save Abby. Her character received the most focus this season and probably had the best written arc. Everyone else felt like side characters in her story this season. π BUT that's made me finally like Octavia's character this season so πThis season was so hyped or maybe watching it episode by episode was a bad idea.THIS. OH MY GOD. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT IF IT'S ME WAITING AFTER EACH EPISODE (SOMETIMES 2 WEEKS, UGH) THAT MADE ME NOT ENJOY IT AS MUCH OR IF THIS SEASON REALLY WAS THAT BAD. I mean, objectively yeah, nothing beats S2 imo, and they could have done SO MUCH with this premise that they didn't. These people didn't see each other for SIX FREAKING YEARS. Friends who've been through wars together, parent-child, brother-sister. Clarke was left ALONE on a planet with a child to take care of and she was EIGHTEEN (?) at the time. So many ways they could have explored the character dynamics, them trying to figure out how everyone else has changed etc. and they BARELY did that. It was all plot-plot-plot-end-of-the-world-action-action-fight-fight and one or two lines of actual character-growth here and there. Disappointed. It's not a new thing with The 100 but still.P.S. Read it on twitter... it's been 225 years since Diyoza has been pregnant.OMG. Poor woman. π Also I really liked that Diyoza-Octavia scene at the end. She's got such a casual attitude I loveee her π

You guys need to see this post. it's very small! Definitely check it out! : Jason't interview LinkI think Bellarke shippers were baited very badly this season. Bellarke not gonna happen. They're still trying to bait us with that I-don't-know-what'll-happen-in-the-future-though. Eh losers. I don't trust them at all anymore. Even the cast. Wow Bob is part of this shitt baiting too now? So disappointed.I don't know what I think about the next season honestly. I've seen some episodes of Lost in Space and it is pretty good in terms of showing new planet and all. So this new planted thing does not excite me much for season 6. I want something new and they're not offering it to me. I guess the two suns planet is a cool thing and I would like to see how they'll work around that...? But really no big expectations...Idk. Also they don't deserve me watching this show after baiting people so badly. Jesus!
Kane wanting to help McCreary makes kinda sense to me though. The ultimate reason was he saw Octavia rule and hated itπOriginally posted by: -Nymeria-
You covered most of what I wanted to say tbh.Bellarke-wise this season was a big disappointment. Not because they barely had scenes together or were fighting or anything, but just, the Bellamy-Clarke relationship (romantic or otherwise) didn't have ANY importance at all. Plot was mehh. The whole cannibalism thing was the only interesting thing out there and that was fun to watch. Miller and Bellamy just kept giving each other looks t=and nothing came out of that. πLast season: OMG Clarke radioed Bellamy EVERY DAY, we need them to TALK ABOUT THAT.This season: 1 line where Madi tells Bellamy about it so they stop fighting. No talking about how difficult the 6 years had been, Clarke nearly killing herself, Bellamy having to lead the others all by himself, nothing. πKane, Abby's stories has been disappointing as well, although I'm glad they weren't broken up :')Murphy and Emori broke up then got back together and I'm still not sure exactly what changed between them here that they couldn't talk about in Space.Flat reunions. I don't remember any Kane-Bellamy scenes at all and I used to LOVE their father-son-ish relationship.Kane and Diyoza betraying the others and helping McCreary made exactly ZERO sense. What did they think was going to happen, exactly? π It was only written so they could stretch the story out to a couple of extra episodes and have the new planet thingy.Basically all characters (except Octavia, Monty, Harper, maybe Murphy) suffered from bad writing I feel.Next time, I'm sticking to binge watching. Not very excited though.
I don't know, I just started watching The 200 this year but what Jason and the cast is doing is just cruel. They behaved and gave hints throughout the season and before that of bellarke being a couple. Shame on them for pulling a trick like this.Originally posted by: -Nymeria-
I've disliked Jason since I heard about the s3 mess (both about the reason Lincoln was killed and the Clexa-baiting; yes I know that season was Clexa-heavy and the actress had to leave but they apparently marketed the show as Clexa's show and then killed her off like a lot of other LGBT characters are in mainstream media and that's Not Cool).Regarding that post, nothing new I feel, but still disappointing. Tbh, I genuinely feel Jason and the others ha Bellarke as endgame in mind when they wrote seasons 1 and 2. The gradual development of their relationship, Lexa and Finn observing them, the trust, "love is a weakness", etc. Idk if he decided he was Too Cool to have that happen now and wants it to be Different where the two Leads are male and female and don't end up together etc., because I'm all for that, but you don't build the relationship that way and include all that subtext if that's where you want to go. If I had to go JUST by s5, I would buy it, that they're not end-game. Any other season, though? NOPE.Same, though, not super excited about s6. (Not just because of Bellarke.)Also, Lost in Space is great! Super fun! π³

They behaved and gave hints throughout the season and before that of bellarke being a couple. Shame on them for pulling a trick like this. This show meant more than bellarke for me when I watched all 4 seasons, but the way they were giving us hints for/in this season, I started hoping for bellarke way more than I should have. What happened? I got slapped at the end. For what reason? For believing their tricks. Such a white filled production. They don't deserve me watching them on TV or Netflix. Or anywhere.I don't what happened offscreen with Clexa thing but I agree about hurting the LGBTIQ community like this in this generation is another stupid mistake they made. Though honestly I really liked how nobody cared who you are with in the 100 world a lot in season 3. So really idk who to support here.I just know the production house is cruel to all of its fans.Romantic Bellarke were never a big thing for me until they made them one this year and took it away by the end of it too. They always hinted at Bellarke being more than just platonic.Freaking tell your actor to not give heart eye expression if they're platonic! What kind of stupid direction is that? They're playing everyone. Disgusting because now a big part of the fandom is bellarke shippers. It's possible they changed their mind after first or second year about bellarke.I personally think having two main leads as soulmates rather than a couple is really cool too. But the way they're showing is outright ridiculous and bad in directions if nothing else. Also they baited people this season too Nymeria! Don't you remember how they showed Clarke reaction to Bellamy and Echo? They always focused on her expression more than just Bellamy and Echo! Why the hell would they do that. What the hell is wrong with them π΅ They never even explained it. FOR OBVIOUS REASONS OF BAITING US MORE IN THE FUTURE.Sorry for ranting so much but I'M PISSED!
