Nope...
One can be happy in many ways, think of it. What makes one happy varies from one person to the other.
Hint: Its difficult to identify but the outcome makes it to get differentiated from the other.

Only other thing remotely related to non-permanent happiness that i can think of is a 'Patronus' .. or a Veela ... or an imperius curse .. each guess less likely than the other .. 😆

Leprechaun can be another answer. Pretty useless after few hours

Finally!! Yes that's the right answer Mannu...its Leprechaun gold coins.
So lemme explain:

"Unfamiliar to many,
Its not familiar to many in wizarding community including Ron, twins.

But not for all,
Goblin experts can differentiate them with normal coins.

Perilous in occasions,
Its very risky if you pay someone by it like Ludo Bagman paid off the bets by these coins during Quidditch world cup.

But safe for ad hoc activities,
But these coins are safe to use like the way Hagrid used it during a lesson to teach Nifflers who can dig coins.

Whereas one experience pure bliss,
Ron experience pure bliss paying the price of his Omnioculars to Harry.

One suffers big misfortune,
Goblins had taken all of Bagman's money as compensation for paying them with these coins.

True and permanent happiness can never be pursued,
Pretty useless after a while "
Those who feel happy with money can never get permanent happiness having it as it disappears after few hours and thus its pretty useless having it.

Here is my new riddle:
"Bizarre and not ordinary,
Both helpful and harmful,
Forewarning and painful,
Strongly correlated with the other,
Infact led to the most unfortunate outcome."

Yes the correct answer is Harry's scar on his forehead...Well done Anamika, its been too easy for u...

So here goes my explanation:
"Bizarre and not ordinary,
This scar is in the shape of lightning bolt and not an ordinary one as its a result of Voldemort's failed attempt of killing him.

Both helpful and harmful,
Forewarning and painful,
Strongly correlated with the other,
Infact led to the most unfortunate outcome."
This scar infact links his mind to that of Voldemort and through it,he saw Nagini attacking Ron's father and it hurts Harry a lot many times when Voldemort is experiencing strong emotions. And using this link, Voldemort even send Harry a false vision of torturing Sirius in Dept. of Mysteries and thus Harry rushed to save Sirius and this ultimately led to Sirius's death.
