I have not make myself proper undhaiyu

But it has different parts

One can skip to make muthiya (balls made from ata and they fry them separately)

Then different vegetables are saute or fry differently

Then gravy with masala and dump all veggies and muthiya

I usually do all veggies and put undhaiyu spices masala. it's way simple and taste good too 😆
