ya i noted the point. that is why nitya being a sounth indian that too from chennai she even dont know the meaning of ridiculous. she went on singing. poor girl. but sonakashi on the other hand she also complemented vishal on the same ridiculous singing. she is a genius in using correct word for complementing.

At the beginning of the show, I used to whinge why Sonakshi has been included in this programme. But as the show progressed, I realised the same as what you have pointed out. When the 'capable' judges themselves were not giving any great feedback to the contestants, it is fine for a non-musician to be there as well.. At least she can mingle with the kids and put them at ease😆

Doesn't mean I want her back for the next season. I really hope that Shreya comes back because she used to help the kids by actually singing where they could have made changes/done better. None of this year's panel had the confidence/ability to do that. Another person who might be a good judge for similar reasons could be Shankar Mahadevan.. Both of them interact well with kids which is a bonus.

I agree. At the end it becomes a battle of states than the real battle of talent. But I guess it's not possible. They should avoid asking votes in mother tongue. May be they needn't reiterate the place they come from again and again. Chennai express...or Rajastan ki shaan...something like that.
