From what we have seen so far, Asha has not done anything to make SC insecure or overwhelmed. If SC herself feels dwarfed, she sure has a great way of showing it, by shooting her mouth with unnecessary critique to show she knows more about music.

I do not know much technicality about music but when I hear a contestant singing reasonably well and the other 2-3 judges are impressed and then we have a SC who finds problems with the singing, it does not make sense.

I still feel SC sometimes comments to look better but actually ends up looking worse. Asha may not be singing much today but the lady has close to 70 years experience and has sung several songs of the genre that SC sings today

Dude, i am not talking about insecurity because of the new singers. I was talking about level of recognition she expects when around AB. She does not get that recognition. She feels bit inferior or something which is normal but she needs to accept the fact that AB is a legend and when she is around Sunidhi will have to take a back seat. That way she will be very comfortable. Since AB has come, this girl has been acting up strange. Sort of showing off style. You know what I mean. Everything else about her is fine. Salim accepts the legendary status of AB with humbleness and grace. See, he will not oppose AB even if she is not right. But SC has that urge that I am something and I must show that off.

First of all I please do not call me dude. Second I doubt she expects recognition. Sunidhi looks up to Asha ji. Sunidhi at such an young has achieved so much that she doesn't need to feel "bit inferior". The thing about styling up not sure in what sense you are talking but if you mean like the way she dresses up. Don't forget she just got married and even if she didnt she has every right to. Thing about sunidhi like I said before is if she disagrees with ashaji she says it that she disagrees where as and Salim and AM feel like they have to bow down to Ashaji. There are times where sunidhi also agrees with Ashaji

It's not about standing up against Ashaji or speaking the truth. The whole affair boils down to two things. One, one's taste in music and two, knowledge about sur and other aspects of music. One's taste in music is subjective. Having grown up listening to Lataji and Ashaji's songs, I do concede with her when she says, "Aajkal ke bacche kyon shor waale, hatode se marne waale gaane gaate hai". However, my young niece would find those types of songs more appealing. Most of Sunidhi's hit songs are the "hatode waale" types. I personally prefer Shreya's melodious, more classically trained voice. But that's just my personal preference. In fact, many times when Sunidhi said "I want to hug you" after a performance, I said to myself, "Whoa what did she find it that girl or boy?" It doesn't mean that I'm right and she is wrong. The generation gap that exists between me and my niece, exists between Ashatai and Sunidhi. So differences are bound to occur.

In today's world, everything is artificial. Even a singer like Atif can become a singing star in Bollywood. If you have a unique voice, you are in. All the modern gadgets can do wonders in hiding your weaknesses. The real singers were singers of yesteryears where there was pure singing.
The second thing is knowledge about sur, taal etc. No matter what anyone says, I will not accept the fact that Sunidhi is more knowledgeable than Ashatai in that department.

Aite. accept my apology. I wont call you dude anymore.

That was my personal analysis based on the way she has been reacting. We dont have to agree w/ what we think and how we judge people. I am certainly not talking about her dressing. She is quite decent otherwise.

I don't think there is any attitude problem with Sunidhi. Just that she trying to be a perfectionist. Whereas Ashaji's comments are more of like the general type like, "Muh se ek wah nikalti hai", "Aapne bahut achcha gaaya", "Aapke Sur hile" or the plain Mazaa aaya/ or nahin aaya.

Sunidhi is looking from an angle of a performer and trying to visualize herself being on the stage and that makes her pinpoint the tiniest of slip ups and transgressions and the same time appreciate the finest improvisations and handling of difficult parts of a particular song. Where is the attitude in that?

She is actually helping these budding singers so that they can know where did they went off key which helps in correcting their mistakes and perform better next time. She is more of a guide than a judge for these youngsters and i applaud her straightforwardness. Even when she points out the blunders, she does so in a very subtle & gentle way and was never harsh as far as i have seen so far. Even having achieved name & fame at an early age she is still a learner at heart and that shows great character.

Ashaji has a child like attitude and totally different from Sunidhi. Her spontaneity and effervescence adds charm & spark to the show. Her towering presence has definitely silenced Anu Malik to some extent but these still early days, lot of things yet to unfold so let us not jump to conclusions.

I think we are mostly underestimating Anu malik who will gradually overpower his fellow jury and will try to take over the reins in the coming weeks by his dominating attitude.

Okay folks. I finally get to say EVERYTHING I want to regarding this so called "Sunidhi has attitude towards Ashaji" NO ShE DoES NoT!!!! And Here are all my claims for it ๐Ÿ˜†. ( I swear I should like be lawyer fighting against all these media claims)

First Claim: An Interview of Sunidhi from back in 2005

Bollywood singing sensation Sunidhi Chauhan is furious with the press, saying she has been misquoted yet again - this time on Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle.

"I seem to be landing myself in one controversy after another. First my broken marriage made unsavoury headlines. I never wanted my private life to be people's entertainment - I'd rather let my singing do the needful," Sunidhi told IANS.

"Then I was supposed to have quarrelled with Adnan Sami during his concerts abroad. And now, worst of all I'm supposed to have made negative comments about the singing goddesses Lataji and Ashaji."

The comment where Sunidhi is quoted as saying, "Gone is the golden era of Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle," has snowballed into a major controversy, with Lata fans protesting what they see as an uncalled for statement by a chit of a girl.

One of the most prominent Lata fans, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, is deeply offended.

"If what Sunidhi has been quoted as saying is true, then I'm sorry to say she's way out of line. Lataji and Ashaji are not just senior legendary singers. They're an integral part of our culture and ethos."

But Sunidhi is aghast at the suggestion of disrespect to Lata and Asha. "I've grown up worshipping Lataji. To me it's unimaginable to even dare to open my mouth in front of her, let alone disrespect her. I feel so humbled by her presence. And I feel it's strange that I'm being dragged into this.

"I never said that the era of Lataji and Ashaji is over. The statement is completely fabricated. Among all the singers of my generation, I'm the one Lataji has constantly singled out for praise. When I met her she was so affectionate. She presented me with a sari. Am I crazy to say something so absurd?"

Deeply upset, Sunidhi lashes out: "Earlier a section of the press wrote that I had quarrelled with Adnan Sami and left his concerts abroad. How can anyone fight with Adnan? He's too sweet a person for bickering.

"I've had enough. I won't talk to the press, if I'm constantly misquoted and dragged into embarrassing controversies. I'd rather focus on my work. I know I've a long way to go. I can't even dream of getting where Lataji, Ashaji and Alkaji (Alka Yagnik) have reached."

Second Claim: Visual Snaps
Picture of Ashaji at Sunidhi's reception. If Ashaji and Sunidhi didn't get along, I doubt she would be at sunidhi's receptions. And you can also tell the happiness for sunidhi by just looking at this picture.

Picture of Sunidhi with Ashaji from season 5. I certainly doubt I would get a picture with someone who I butt heads with. I think both of them are smart enough to not have this picture just to please the "Media"

Third Claim: Quotations

Playback singer and Padma Vibhushan awardee
Ashaji has been a huge source of inspiration for me right from when I started singing. She is so talented; she is like a music school in herself. I have immense respect for her and she still remains my eternal favourite singer. Every time I listen to her songs, I realise that nobody can copy her style of singing. Her energy, enthusiasm and zest for life is infectious. She is a legend and a great source of inspiration for singers like us. I thank God for giving us a gifted singer like Ashaji. -- Sunidhi Chauhan, award-winning playback singer credited with over 2,000 songs (this is what sunidhi had to say for 50 powerful women of India Cheifsworld in 2011)

If this still doesn't get my point across I can still point out lot of other things.

P.S. I literally did research on this topic ๐Ÿ˜† dont kill me and I am just saying this because I felt the need to and my intention is not to be causing any kind of clash.
