That Mumbai loves its own is a known fact.

It was proved during the first season of Indian Idol, when the city promoted aamchi mulga Abhijeet Sawant, making voting difficult for Amit Sana from Bhilai, Chattisgarh.

Now, with the second season of the hugely popular reality show on, it's time for Mumbai to push Amey Date.

'Vote for Date' posters have been plastered across the city. This particular one was seen in Mahim, a Mumbai suburb.

The 26-year old, who will celebrate his birthday on March 31, is one of the finalists. Does he get your vote?

Alas! all you guys can vote !! Otherwise, its not going to happen any soon....also read article which says metro guys are being discarded by voters one by one....isnt example of Meenal, Panna, Neha etc are enough for you guys to understand what Indian Junta is demanding this time....think twice.....no offence - Amey is far better in many things....but, thats not for what ppl are voting.....
