Doubt that will happen. Actually the 3 girls who are 18 or below are still not finished products and the fact that they are often outcompeting seniors shows that they will get better in future. For the next 3 years they will not fend for themselves. By the time they are independent they would have outgrown the male colleagues who are good but not irreplaceable. More chances of Sayli and Sireesha to find singing partners from the show.
