Look this is a long haul. Unless you have a godfather you end up recording tracks that are finally given to another artist. It is only if that artist is unable to match/better the track that a newbie is considered. One day the track becomes the master. For that you have to be full time in Mumbai. At 18 it is unlikely to happen.
Wait for 3 years. If she has to make a mark it will happen then, not before.
