Kairi is in the dressing room getting ready for her performance at the deshi theke bar . Her friends too have fun masti n share jokes as they get ready . Imlie shares Janamashtami prasad with them, they relish her tasty laddoos and remark she could easily get a job as a chef n some famous restaurant.
The bar owner informs it was time for their performance as a wealthy businessman had come . Agasthya is seen spending uneasy and awkward moments in that bar as he waits for his car to arrive .
he tells his manager that it was unbearable for him n he begins to walk out , he freezes n his tracks as he hears the melodious voice of Imlie singing his fav song .
He turns around to wear n watches her entire performance . As he walks out Imlie asks him not to disrespect her art . He throws a shower of bank notes over her . Imlie is shocked , she picks up one and asks him not to disrespect her art in which Saraswati resided nor money I’m which Lakshmi resided . Agasthya and Imlie have face off as he insults her but she protests over the respect for her hard earned money and honest profession.as Imlie is dropped home by the car belonging to bar neighbors taunt her over loose character .Imlie taunts them back making then ashamed of themselves .
As she reaches home with her earned money , her Pallavi Mausi snatches it away . Imlie snatches it back n they have a clash over household expenses .
Later she has fun moments with her nephew and tucked him into bed . Her maama returns home very late in drunk state . He asks Imlie to get into some other profession as this was not a respectable job. She states she has nowhere else to go as she could not complete her education because of financial constraints . These days no job was available without any degrees . She had to earn their daily living and also save for her nephew’s treatment . He shares his helplessness in getting the boy getting treated for his ailment which required loads of money . He is concerned about her getting abused by someone at the bar.
Kairi is seen weeping as she receives new born baby belonging to Kairi Di . It’s been six years since .
Imlie gets emotional about Kairi’s son whom she handed to her before leaving . She misses her Kairi Di and promises to take care of her son and earn enough to take care of him properly and get his treatment done .

At Agasthya’s house , his grandmother does his Aarti as he enters , she asks Aarti bahu to bless him, , Agasthya seeks her blessings .
