Okay... Lemme guess.

This is the first ever appearance of Aryan where his car hits Imlie and she falls. Imlie gaali deti hai usse. He stops the car and walks towards her. Imlie thinks he was gonna apologize and help her get up but he instead walks past her and removes the stone which actually caused that mini accident.
