You have already mentioned it still I would like to repeat that in 22 minutes episode they can't show office. In ITV We have to assume that most scenes are after or before office hours. Through references they have showed how workaholic Aryan is... it is mentioned that he sleeps also for less than 4-5 hours. They show him mentioning about meetings here n there..ITV wise these detailing are fair enough.

Aryan heard what Uday said to Arpita.. but wasn't the whole idea about cooking for wife a test. Uday was brisque with Arpita which worried Narmada but Aryan was already focused on his own challenge. Also, ultimately it's Arpita who needs to speak up. Till then Aryan will not kick out a guy who seems to be alright for starters. If Uday really crosses the line with either Imlie or Arpita, he will be kicked out. So far IMO we know he is bad, BUT Aryan doesn't. He has only seen him being polite to everyone. Aryan has guessed about Meethi Imlie's issues and that he is the root cause, but whatever needs to be done will be a different track. Makers cannot show everything in 23 mins. I liked the fact that they looped back on Imlie Meethi issues and didn't forget about it. Also, a newly wedded husband doesn't bulldoze into ur relationship with your parents within the first month of wedding. They have been wedded what like 2 weeks by Imlieland calendar.
Aryan tolerates BM because we have seen how Narmada lets her get away with it. The many occasions he has tried to be vocal he was shut down. But he still doesn't let her cross certain lines. There are always some extended relationship in families u cannot tolerate but due to your parents, u cannot ignore or be out right hostile too. Remember several times he has said " Its my MOM's house, she makes the decisions and no one orders her" This applies to him too. He will never throw BM/BD out till Narmada herself asks them to leave. Narmada is people pleaser like Imlie and she somehow feels indebted to BM as well, maybe early widowhood has led to this but kicking BM out will come from Narmada. That's my guess.
Yaar! Lastly , I beg the entire fandom to just chill out about office and career PLEASE. Banda 27 ki umar mein CEO hai.. Itna bharosa to rakho that he knows how to manage his businesses. Bade bade CEOs ne work life balance pe books likh daali hai. Humara CEO every month one friday half day deta hai entire company ko because he takes his kids camping and biking. So why can't Aryan take a few light days to spend with his family who are going through a recent emotional roller coaster. Ye sab kar raha hai to business dub raha hai sochne ki koi zarurat nahi hai. Aur usse office mein dekh k humein kya hi mill jayega bhai!
Boss employee aur office romance worked when they were not married. Now if they show them romancing in office kaam kaaz chor ke it will look tacky. IMO. Husband wife office mein kaam karte waqt romance nahi karte. Max they share a lunch plate.
Also, as I said earlier abhi to Purandas drama khatam hua which was about Imlie's career. Last saturday they showed both of them going to offices respectively, him to one of his other businesses and her to BT office. Ab kya audience se Imlie ke article k grammar check karaye. Koi track jab ayega tab dikhayenge.
Haan, if they mention about Imlie's college in passing that will close all the loops about her education. maybe she is transferred to part time or distant grad course due to already having a full time job. Its a possibility. Whatever, makers will probably never mention if it doesn't help the drama. Also, during Adilie phase college acted as track already, because Malini was in same college. Imlie was not as street smart then. Her naivety and nervousness in going to college getting scholarships getting ragged all added to drama and character growth for Imlie. Now, this Imlie we see, she has seen/done more than most college students, what really can they show with Imlie going to college?
Wasn't Arylie relationship basis mentor/mentee, boss/employee? I don't see college track adding anything to Arylie dynamics. I would be pleasantly surprised if they could add it. For now a casual mention about her college degree will suffice for me.
Basically, I want to say is that there is no pleasing a fandom. This is family drama so focus will be on Family drama and kitchen politics. We need to adjust our expectations accordingly. If it was titled 'office office' or 'madam sir' then 90% focus on Imlie the journalist would be expected.
But that's just me 🤷🏽♀️

Exactly, I don't get this FD penchant for Office! Just accept that that track is done and dusted. I am happy the way they are handling both working leads. Both are shown going to office or their jobs are mentioned in every episode. Today as well BM mentioned Imlie's career being her focus rather than being bahu as a taunt. but that was such a normal thing.
