It would help her move on from this failed and toxic relationship that she wants to salvage in the name of "acceptance" from a family that showed her more compassion on the grounds of her "poor" background than actually loving her for the person she actually was.

Bold – Actually, a bit of this has happened duringbthe Pooja Oberoi episode, if I recall correctly. But there can't be much drama and conflict without the back and forth and hence the writers keep throwing her back to them. Instead, if they show progress in bits instead of 1 step forward and 10 backward, it would be much more impactful!

There is so much of stark contrast when it comes to understanding consent by Aditya and Aryan - that 'take it elsewhere -if she agrees' , a thorough gentleman who understands it.
And finally that confrontation with Aditya - every damn word she said is bang on! She finally was able to let it all out, once and for all! I so wish that this what happened in the show. It really shows how much she has progressed in moving on, recovering from the grief, finally able to grasp that she can move on in life and it's okay. So glad that she has understood, accepted and voiced out that she wasn't treated right and she had to suffer it all. Calling out all the things Aditya had done right on his face is different level of sukoon. He had it long time coming and I hope he understands that what you sow, so shall you reap
Those tiny moments, little nuances are what I adore the most - her looking at him and drawing strength, Aryan giving her hand a gentle squeeze - ah, I love such small moments, they speak volumes
Her brow rise, her calling Aditya as Mr Tripathi, enlightening one Mr delusional patrakaar that the world doesn't revolve around him, her cut throat comebacks to him, it's brilliant 😈 She has learnt very well from bae!
You've done true justice portraying the growing bond between them - how much he understands her, her thought process, her emotions.
The conversation at the end is so touching - him teasing yet admiring her growth, her accepting that she learnt it from the best and also contemplating to herself that Aryan indeed held a special place in her heart and also coming to realize how much he truly understand hers
Closing lines have all my heart. This man, Aryan Singh Rathore, is a gem. And the day Imlie truly understands it, there would be no other emotion that beats that bliss. ❤️

Between Adi and Aryan, there are a lot of contrasting points that the makers can keep highlighting to show how they two are different and how that affects the role and value of Imlie in each of their lives. It was going beautifully until the marriage track – it's gone a little topsy-turvy with the wedding being thrown in, but I'm hoping that they will quickly pick it back up soon!
As to Imlie giving back to Adi, it was good to see her do a bit of that during the Pooja Oberoi episode but after that, she keeps disappointing due to her backflips. I'm not expecting anything from her on the show for now – until, maybe, if Adi turns proper negative or an obsessive lover.
Aaaand Aryan Singh Rathore has all my heart! 😆 I'm glad you enjoyed the interactions between AryLie and both knowing the importance of each other. Truly, when these two accept it on the show, it will be something else!!

Wonderfully written! If Imlie’s character actually had the understanding to handle her relationship post divorce with AKT witb the maturity that you have potrayed here , things would hv been so different in the drama, and we would hv been cursing her far too less 😄… nicely done .. please do write more :)
