It is just a shame how they shot that scene. How did the writers assume that the SK who used to be willing to kill anyone who he thought had hurt Imlie would say "thank you" to the Tripathis/AKT

I normally just focus on the troll parts and Arylie moments otherwise my blood would boil if I examined this show in depth🤪
They just need to give me some lollipop to keep my mouth shut😆
The lukewarm interaction between SK and AKT was something. SK actually treating AKT with respect by still calling him Babu, saying he doesn't blame everything on AKT cos he got hoodwinked and saying thank you to the T's for taking care of Imlie was something else.
I don't even have words to express the depth of my disappointment🤦🏽♀️

Don't think he was justified ever. The main reason this show never got that fame Gul's shows get is because its main character was way too selfish to start with. Many of us were simply disgusted with its core-concept.
Cheating does not always have to be physical, it can be emotional too. He first cheated Malini and then deserted her without any consideration of her well-being then he did same with Imlie. And all this was way before Aryan's entry.

IMO she has really good observations and points noted there which are tough to deny .
Could they have gotten hold of a better AKT replacement? they certainly could have selected an equally capable actor like the previous one , that would have leveled the field.
For those who already had problem with AKT’s characterization from get go and certain plots that did not sit well from the beginning needed little to no convincing after Aryan’s entry and the obvious/ in your face differences they showed.
Also The difference between two men seemed prominent later and purposeful to fans of Aditya because they had no 2nd male lead to compare to during initial 100+ episodes .
Although I always felt Aditya used to feel twinge of jealousy/ unease with Sundar - Imli interactions especially in some specific scenes , then again he was just the house help , takkar ka bandha nahi tha for AKT to feel what he felt with Aryan and of course he was not in “love” with Imli.
His insecurities and ego is what tanked him.
for those viewers that started watching this show from beginning and we’re rooting for Adilie will definitely feel the way she described in the thread, their ML is portrayed specifically in bad light to make way for the new guy to take the lead , the scenes she referred to are perfect examples 🤷🏻♀️
And I don’t think anyone who’s watching this show post Aryan’s entry will need any convincing! Lol 😂
They have done it with Malini’s character too , full 180 from the classy matured working woman in committed relationship who upon realizing Imli is her step sister and what transpired between her dad and Imli’s mom , and initially after AKT let’s her know he was married to Imli first gave her unconditional support to them and it’s the same women who came completely unhinged and fell trapped to her mother’s crazy suggestion , villainous to the point of no return ! we can blame who is or what is the reason for her to turn this way too.
They can or seem to be doing the same with AKT’s character too - keep him Grey , split the fandom and let each team see it the way they want to perceive it …..
Bottom line is did the story writers and actors manage to convince the masses and keep us entertained?? I sure think so 😃
