Woah Babusahib!

Ok, so this episode was kinda chugging along at a medium pace and then the precap hit me like WOAH😆.

But before I get to the precap, I'm going to back up a bit. Just yesterday some of the folks here were predicting that Adi will miss Imlie if she leaves to go to Mrs. C's house and he might be worried for how she's treated there......I didn't think all that would come true so soon and HOW😆

The first scene of the epi didn't give any indication how things would get by the end.....Malini intervened between Adi-Imlie arguing over the roti, split the roti and called both of them Nursery waale kids who care for each other but still keep fighting😆.....after this, Adi shared a little flirty moment with Malini in front of Imlie and they both left the kitchen....Imlie felt a pang, then she looked at that half roti and remembered Adi insisting that she eat the whole thing....and that was enough to make her smile again😆.....such little things give her happiness.

Malini actually believed her mom wanted Imlie over to apologize🤣.....beyond LOL.

Anyways, the other surprising turn of events was Adi coming home from work in the evening and instantly noticing Imlie's absence....😆.....ofcourse Adi being Adi, can't admit he was feeling her absence, so it was coded in bits like, "Why is the house so quiet today"? 😆....then him thinking he could hear Imlie doing aarti in the mandir, but it turned out to be Nidhi😆.....then him checking if Imlie was studying with Badke Kaka but she wasn't there either....LOL Adi walked the whole house searching for her but kabhi maanega nahin that he was looking for his Jhalli😆. He finally got back to his room and saw a note from Malini on the mirror....."Miss me"😆.....again, such irony....Malini is asking him to miss her but he is only missing Imlie even without Imllie asking for anything😆. I had to laugh when he again thought it was Imlie behind him with the chai but it turned out to be Sundar😆.....and Adi got so pissed he didn't even want chai anymore😆.

The real twist though came in his reaction to learning that Malini took Imlie with her to go see Mrs. C.....I thought given how Adi's focus is usually more on preserving his relationship with Malini always, he would only worry that Imlie might tell the truth of their marriage there at Chaturvedi house....surprisingly his worry went to Imlie and how she will be treated by Mrs. C.

Then came the precap😆.....Like WOAH.....Babusahib naamak Volcano basically ERUPTED on Malini didi😆....and why? Cuz he is worried for IMLIE.....I so didn't see this coming so early....just that morning, Adi-Malini seemed back in their relaxed zone again.....but the moment it turned out that Imlie could be hurt in that house, all the repressed emotions that Adi usually successfully suppresses seem to be bursting out of him yet again. Dare I say, I saw shades of Ambulance wala Adi again😆.....SO panicked and SO upset in his worry over Imlie.....He basically seems to be full on lashing out at Malini for putting Imlie in a situation where she's been hurt.....Such an emotional reaction for a nakli rishta, Babusahib? 😛. Talk about a protective instinct bursting out latently.

Looks like Mrs. C said something truly terrible to Imlie that seems to have hurt Adi to this extent seeing Imlie in pain.....and along with that, his other frustrations also seem to be coming out with Malini....him asking her directly ki don't you know what your mother is like? 😆.....Why did you marry me if you knew I was middle class only and that wasn't good enough for you? 😆

Damn, these cracks are forming more quickly than I anticipated.....lol are Adi-Malini really headed for a big split after this or will they manage to paper over it as usual?😆

So much so that he called her Miss Malini Chaturvedi. Like they were never married.

Wow I did not expect that Adi would start missing Imlie so quickly and that precap was something ... huge explosion to have caused that outburst and reaction from Adi.

As expected, Mun in the first scene, split and divided the roti amomg them, calling out that Adi and Imli care for each other... the zimmedaari that each is nibhaoing, their nakli rishta LOL... Wow Adi got all flirty when Mun taunted him that he would get fat by eating the moti rotis LOL.. He forgot that Imli was present in the kitchen too.. or did she blend in with the walls.. her salwar suit was an awful shade of taupe. Imli never fails to find the slightest bit of happiness in any situation and she recalled the way 'babusaheb' was ordering her to eat and eat she did happily. As a girl, her heart yearns for that banter/relation with a husband or marriage she believes in.

AC was shown as vulnerable for the first time but then she switched tacks and decides to use it to her advantage, to get to the bottom of Dev's affair with PD and Imli. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone and her daughter just falls for the emotional spiel from her mom... is Mun so naive or unaware of how her mum can twist words to insult Imli and folks in general. I almost felt sorry for AC but whatever hell she has been living in, it is going to haunt her even more, making her more bitter with Dev & Imli.

The scene in the kitchen with the 2 saasumas was ROFL.. them trying to samjhao Imli to tread on eggshells in Mun's house. Well she can handle herself for the most part but not come across someone like AC whose taunts and insults are an entire level. She did handle herself well when she spotted the plastic chair, her gift that she will carry with her back to Tripathi Nivas.

Now, coming to the main part - Adi coming home and sensing that something was amiss at once. His awareness of Imlie is so keen that he asks why the house was so quiet. The little firecracker has a huge presence in the house and she livens up the atmosphere with her chatter and crazy antics. I had written yesterday that his eyes will search for Imli and he will feel restless till he spots her. she is his responsibility after all and both of them scored 1 each, for saving the other's life.

The Lakshman Rekha is very much there as much he wants to see her and he wanted to share something with her.. thinking Nidhi was Imli... in the mandir. When Sundar spilled the beans on where Imli was, his shock and concern overriding his evening chai, wondering what AC would say to insult her even more.. that was his primary thought.

Reserve wa.. hum aawat hai in a bit but

OMG yeh kya tha... if I wasn't already mooning over adi missing inlie right from.the moment instead of imlie rupi opened the door and seeking her everywhere and just waiting for her to come in front her ke we got the BOMB PRECAP.. I couldn't beleive my eyes babusahib exploded like this and that too for his "nakli rishta" unfortunately "zimmedari"

The moment adi walked in he kept seeking imlie i think he made chappal ka bahana too that was his indirect too ke imlie ko poocho kid har hai to his instant ghar itna Khali kyon hai just caz inlie wasn't around.. I doubt ke he feels this much emptiness when malini leaves.. he knew malini was gone but there was not even itru sa bhi missing even after reading her demanding note ke miss me he was still focused on imlie only and itna khushi se went aa gayi tum and that disappointed face when he saw sundar and then hearing ke imlie gayi.. kaise it hit him like ton of bricks ke imlie ke saath kya ho raha hoga.. sach main babusahib meant what he said zimmedari nibhayenge daude daude chale gaye to imlie to protect her when he technically shouldn't have to worry in the sense ke iski moon saath gayi thi but amazing ke moon pe itna bhi bharosa nahi hai babusahib ko ke woh imlie ko sambhal legi he made sure to land and kis time pe land kiye and woah oh woah at his straight miss malini chaturvedi phor shaadi vhi nahi karni chahiye thi.. oh boy what a fierce defense for a nakli rishta.. he stood for imli ka aur khud ka pride and how.. what a confrontation it is and exactly the shocking point is none of us expected him to burst like this that too itna fast..but it is so amazing to see him standing up like a wall .. kya baja raha hai

That aside I absolutly loved how aparna and radha ka maternal instinct kicked in the omens they heard imli is invited too.. and they samjhaooed her bihat zyada pyara tha. Also intresting parallel yeh hai ke maa malini bolti hai toh these ladies but they never open up like this or take the liberty with her to samjhao her too they were obviously uncomfortable about the whole scenario too but obliged caz ac ka invitation and politeness with malini so then they samjaooed the one they can jatao their haq too

The roti bit was aww too in the sense ke imlie did long for that kinda flirting and all for a sec but then she got so happy in the fact that they both shared roti ke baat aaj ek roti share karne tak toh aa gayi hai

I am so so happy and my thoughts are all over place.. am gonna go read the rest now andchime in

I just can't get over the FIREWORKS in the precap🥳😆

Looks like Adi literally went over to Chaturvedi house in his worry for Imlie and witnessed Mrs. C talking crap to her.

FINALLY he spit out all that he's always REALLY thought of her TO HER FACE. Nothing else moved him to to do this before....not when she humiliated him, not when she humiliated his family.....but finally it went too far for him when she deeply hurt Imlie this time and he let her have it.

"Aap ek nihaayti badtameez aurat hain aur aapko SHARAM AANI CHAHIYE"👏😆

And looks like Malini jumped in to rebuke him for speaking to her mother like that, so he then turned his ire towards Malini for still defending her mother after all this.....lol

Malini didi really doesn't know what hit her here.....Adi let it all out that he's been storing inside for so long.....lol

I wonder where Imlie ran off to....she doesn't seem to be in the scene.

Yeah, that was a real stunning bit from Adi😆.....he literally relegated her to Miss Chaturvedi again cuz that's how pissed off he was with her for still defending her Mom.

Ofcourse he said it in the heat of the moment in his anger, but it does show again that chip he has on his shoulder about the class difference between them. Malini doesn't get how her Mom's behavior keeps stoking that, and instead she still keeps defending her mom so Adi invariably starts to believe that Malini subscribes to the same viewpoints on class difference as her mom.

Yet another mind blowing episode. Very good progression. Adis so angry that someone dared to hurt his jhalli. Precap was mindblowing. Could see how protective he was towards her. Gusse me inka pyaar aur protectiveness dikhta hai. If a jealousy track comes, gashmeer will hit it right out of the park.

They are showing the difference between dating and being married so well. These two checked each other’s boxes of requirements but I doubt love was ever a part of the equation. Marriage is just bringing out how diametrically opposite they are in actuality.

Even an onlooker, Dev in this case, knows not to step in when Aditya is angry but Malini clearly does not get that. And even if she did, she does not get him.

I’m toh shocked Gul mata is giving us this gem of a story and wonderful actors.

Adi is now losing the battle to hide his emotions for Imlie big time.....we can thank Mrs. C for being the catalyst in a sense to get this pouring out of Adi😆 or he would have kept on suppressing it as long as he could.

Babusahib can't stand anyone other than him saying anything to his Jhalli....least of all someone as vile as Mrs. C.

Adi missing Imlie scene was very lovely.... He could notice that something is amiss as soon as he entered the house and then went on searching for her. But he had to cover his emotions only with anger 😉 as soon as he heard someone come in his room with tea, he was like "why did you come in without asking me or informing me" and was disappointed to realize it is Sundar and not Imlie. Again a very good contrast, Malini left a note "Miss me", Imlie didn't even tell him she was leaving but still he missed her..

And the precap Waahhhh 🥳I watched it in loop for 5 mins and still cannot believe it.. Much awaited confrontation between AC and Adi
