another point is malini didn't realize she exactly did once again what was the wajah of their jaghada at first.. I.e Involving Mrs C in their personal matter.. she didn't had to go to even warn her to stay away that instantly.. if she had the maturity she would've had solved the issue with aditya first and took him in confidence ke usne jo samjha woh ek MU hai.. and phir whenever she met her mother or talked to her a casual sa warning ya baat kar li but nahi what she did was indeed opposite she kind of ended up like a shikayati tatoo instead of the problem solver between saas and jamai.. what does she think mrs C will understand the point and back away// heck no she will go onto insult spree even more ke meri beti ko upset kar dia uss se lad liya.. malini is such a child in that way ke soch samjh kaafi limited hai iski hahah in her mujhe samjho koi.. aur agar itni hi naarzgi ho gayi thi aur adi upset tha and she needed someone to talk to toh pehle apni saasu maa se baat karti who is so supportive anyway.. and probelm apne sasrual level pe solve karti ke maa tum samjhao my intention wasn't that instead of going to the person who created the MU unknowingly

Imlie has had that knack for a long time of reading his mood simply by seeing his demeanor or hearing the tone of his voice.....I'm glad they explored that in some detail today without spoonfeeding. That was the best part to me....that the impact of Imlie's growing connection with Adi came through without someone needing to announce it in an obvious way.

Imlie-Sundar were quite cute today as well...it will be nice to see them being friends too rather than constantly just being rivals like Tom and Jerry😆

Forgot to mention how Adi was wriggling away from Malini's hug and touches, he was very uncomfortable and was shrugging her away. That was so telling and the woman did not get it at all...

Also I am glad that Imli did not witness Adi-Malini's arguement, it was their issue that had to be voiced. It was good for Imli to guess that all is not well between them. Malini is weak emotionally and needs constant attention, her every need looked after as she has been pampered all her life. She is sweet but flawed, deeply scarred by her parents constant fights and emotional upheavals as a result.

I noticed he did take her name - Imlie.....unless woh bhi galti se bol diya emotion mein behkar😆.....higher chances of it being a dream and Imlie struggling with changing emotions towards Adi😆.....we're probably going to get another round of her checking to see if she's still feeling the after-effects of being sick😆

It was a better episode compared to the last couple of days of Abla nari/Sindoor episodes. Imli-Adi chemistry had the PD vibe and was enjoyable.

I did not expect Malini to go running to Anu though. I hope they don’t show Adi turning to Imli just because of Malini’s immaturity.

@bold: Wohi toh fundamental issue hai....she doesn't REALLY get her own mom. I get that every child is defensive or biased when it comes to their own Mom but Malini's blinders regarding Mrs. C are a continuing reason for her many problems. She acknowledges that her mom is wrong many times, but she still doesn't really try to solve the issues with her mom.....it's like, oh ok she did one more drama, we will tell her she did drama, then we'll all forget and move on.....aise nahin chalta.

As you said, Malini's issue always comes down to, "Sab MUJHE samjho"....lol issue koi bhi ho, saara focus ultimately needs to come down to managing Malini ke emotions rather than trying to solve anything.....and that is why these problems have festered for 7 years without either her or Adi realizing how big they will get.

Adi was in some fantasy about how Malini totally understands him simply cuz she supported his career....they never really talked through each other's personality issues....and Malini thinks that just cuz he's always coddled her, aage bhi koi bhi issue hoga, he will coddle her and problem solved😆.....ab pata chal raha hai ki it can't work like that.

Even though on the surface, it is Mrs. C who creates problems by interfering b/w Adi and Malini, yeh point bhi valid hai that Malini either invites her in or doesn't stop her from inserting herself b/w them.....THAT is the bigger issue that Malini still doesn't really get.

LOL yes, for the first time, Adi was shown actively retreating from Malini again and again😆.....he had literally gone into a shell and just totally didn't want to engage with her on any level....he was shrugging off all her touches and Malini was totally thrown off by that I think.

I did like that she persisted in trying to get him to talk rather than letting him brush it under the carpet but ultimately she still really didn't understand the root cause of the issue sadly....I suppose it's meant to be like this.....Malini is a good person but this is her tragic flaw that will ultimately bring down this relationship. For this to have any chance of working, Malini has to learn to think beyond her own emotions all the time.....but I don't think she can change her personality at this stage....this is just the way she is.

ROFL@ Adi ka "Not today, Satan" expression😆. You know, I also kinda love how every scene doesn't become about Adi "saving" Imlie from some random people harassing her....initially I wondered ki will they show those ppl misbehaving with Imlie, but aaj apni Imliya was finally allowed to be her own heroine full on after so many days.....Yay for that😆 yes i was so happy ke imlie ne apne dum pe sab handle kia aaj sab phir se and not just handle kia but sixer maara and sabko apna fan bana lia.. including babusahib..this is the Imlie i love who doens't need koi bhi to solve aisi problems.. when she knows she is right phir koi taakt isko hila nahi sakti and make her feel intimidated..

The main point of today's epi was that Imlie is able to effortlessly connect with and lighten up Adi's mood simply by being herself.....she showed up with the chai cuz she noticed he was stressed but after that she was just doing her usual nautanki babbling when Adi surprised her by praising her actions for once😆....and is sab ke chakkar mein hi he briefly forgot all his stress and ended up smiling all cuz of Imlie. +1

Interesting point about Adi's connection to chai v/s green tea.....this reminds me again of that scene when he was relishing Imlie ki bani moti roti so much while Malini was like, "It's just ok"😆. This is not to say that Malini has fancy tastes or something, but Adi definitely seems more instinctually connected to rooted/earthy things.i like how understated these points are .. one really has to watch it with laser focus to see how they are putting these points across. it comes from their different backgrounds different upbringings and experiences.. he maybe salty with imlie but yet when needed it was her chai that was enough to ease his headache and make him feel relaxed in contrast to a moon cuddling and being physically intimate to manao him with a green tea..

In terms of Malini, what basically came out today was the fact that both of them have glossed over the issue of class/status difference b/w them for so long.....it's only becoming a problem because they both refused to talk through it. Dono taraf se presumption kar liya ki we both understand each other and we have the same goals....but when you dig deeper, it's not that simple.....Exactly and adi kinda said it out loud too ke chodo aaj tak jab baat hi nahi ki toh ab bhi nahi karte let's push it all under the carpet and pretend to be fine.. hum naraaz nahi hain but nikal gaya yeh sab.. he did feel instantly kinda light yeah he was still mad but he easily went into his perfect bubble wala shell too ke kuch nahi bas aise hi keh dia let's pretend i never said it and all is fine when every word came from deep hurt

Good point about Malini running to cry to Mommy.....initially I thought she is trying to have a mature convo with her mom, but when she dissolved into tears by the end, I was like yeh lo😆.....isse na ho paave.....sach mein age/maturity doesn't bring strength....Malini is very weak emotionally the way she constantly runs to Mommy or needs someone to hold her up as she starts bawling.....instead of standing her ground with Adi and trying to work it through with him, she ran to the very source of the problem to again cry😆Mujhe bhi laga aaj oth malini dhoodh ka dhoodh aur paani ka paani karke hi jaayegi ke bas bohat ho gaya ab mind your own business and your own sasural but nahiii it flipped over to mommy coddling mpati ki satayi beti too fast and then the waterworks started hai mujhse baat bhi nahi ki sab aapki wajah se.. it's hilarious how malini never ever finds ke iski kabhi kisi bhi mudde main koi galti hoti hai.. kisi na kisi aur ka hi dosh hota hai hamesha in upsetting her perfect life.. not to say ke iski koi bohat badi galti thi as such yeah ho gaya MU but galti tab bani when she ran away instead of maturely handling the situation and making sure adi understands it ke woh galat nahi thi and uska intention woh nahi tha jo adi ko laga

Imlie has heard way worse from Adi but has still held her own so many times....never run crying to Mommy ki meri problems solve karo.

Btw end mein psycho Mrs. C again exploding on hearing Dev mention Imlie was🤔😆.....yahaan khud ki beti apni shaadi ko lekar ro rahi hai, but you still keep your laser focus on Imlie, haan Mrs. C? 😆Irony being she said exact same thing to Mr DC🤣 ke tujhe apni beti ke problem solve karne ke bajaye Naukrani ki padi hai🤣 i mean she kinda had a point but that applied onher too hahah (Ok My fraand this is much easier Aaj se woh AC | DC hain. LOL it's likely going to come out of her subconscience and totally shock her😆......then it might be the start of her realizing it's becoming more than "zimmedaari" for her😆.

And this is why I don't think it's practice.....Adi would never just hug Imlie in practice like that.....only time he hugs Imlie is if she's dying and semi-conscious😆

Malini was trying to get Adi's attention, look at me, look at me, I am here. how can you ignore me, hence did not back down and forced him into the confrontation. She called Adi immature but then she is the immature one in their marriage, incapable of dealing with her emotions or the 'truth'. She runs away to her mother, to hide in her lap. She went to berate her and then fell for the sob story of Mrs.C, flipped and sobbed. Now Mrs C is going to be more alert and interfering than ever before, especially as her hackles are raised over Imli.

All those gifts Mrs C comes bearing are poisonous as is her tongue. The poison can be removed in time else it will kill the person. I think ultimately she will be the one to ruin her own daughter's life but she would never admit it. Instead blame it all on Imli, Adi and Dev, the T's anyone but her.

doosra hahah yea *high 5* for the bold part * rofl* kisi ke liye bhi woh enough tha to know how pissed he was and none of this was gonna make things ok.. it was also interesting in the sense that malini did exactly what she expects to be coddled like this ke baal main haath pher dia ek hug kar dia and she is sorted but adi is totally different none of that mattered to him in that moment. he wanted to be comforted in a total different manner by some understanding wali talk. some light banter ya malini actually negating his thoughts and taking him in confidence.. sayas alot about how much they know about each other even after 7 yrs she has actually NO clue about him as a person whatsoever except ke he picks the same things as her.. adi phir bhi thoda samjhta hai in sense ke she needs all this lovee lapaata abut she is really living in some other world only.. jahan itna basics bhi she is unaware with ke adi ko manana kaise hai and what should she do when he is so angry..

see i get it ke har bacha needs mom to be there in mushkil times or when they are upset mother is the first person they seek for and that doesn't change as such with age but to that extent ke rote dhote mummy ke paas chale jao that too when you arne't exactly a bacha anymore.. girl you got married now thingsa re different now the nature of relationships have changed too and you need to elarn to balnce these.. sure mummy can hug you pamper you maybe even yell at adi but that doesn't sove the problem baby you are making yourself so much weaker by involving mummy beshak indirectly hi caz her intention wasn't to complain but that came naturally to her.. sure sh emust've been pampered as an only child but as you said she invites her in which ends up making the issue much bigger than it usually is.. and that happens because of her basic issues ..
