Will, I can't blame Aditya this time! Even if he tried to through her out his home!

He clearly said to her that he can't Acknowledge her relation with him, That Millani is his love, his wife , his choice!

She is sweet, she is understanding, she is supportive, she is as perfect as someone want a wife to be like!

Imlie with her last act, is damaging her self respect by her own hands, damaging the progress that had been in her relation with Aditya!

He only develop some responsibility and concern for her, He respect her as a person, but this act of her is ruining everything!

And all of this now happening in front the coward dad so what he will do? ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

@bold Dev won't do anything. He's a loser. He can just cry in self-pity.

I believe for know imlie has lost the ability to believe that there is more for her. She was married by force was forced to leave the place she loved and without a say and today she is back to square one where she is to decide what she wants all over agian.

The test for her is what will win her values or dreams and I feel she will detach herself and learn that sometimes once values have to adapt to the scenarios and she will learn that as she watches the other two.

Aditya anger I can only comment on when I watch the episode so till then will reserve to comment.

Just hang on is all I will say for life is not always black and white and yes people are selfish as shown here

Very well said and I totally agree that the college track is not in the near future. This phase is more thr setting up of Aditya-Imlie equation.

@bold: Yes, I agree, learning that is her journey. This is the same Imlie that was so against marriage because she thought that once she is married, she would have to sacrifice all her dreams. For her marriage was the end of all her dreams and I think most of it comes from watching her mother waiting/worshipping/giving up her whole life for a man who left her. Her mother does have a strong impression on her life and Imlie has often times done things that were not to her liking for her mother. Hence, its really not surprising that she did not and does not find Aditya's behavior objectionable. Her expectation level is pretty low. Right now, I think, all she is thinking is " I want to nibao this marriage". But I think slowly she will understand/learn that marriage is not the "be all end all", that ones identity is not defined by their husband, that values need not be sacrificed but do need to be modified based on the circumstances (even if its goes against your mother's teachings) and the most important part is that dreams can be achieved even after marriage.

Like you, even I have not seen the episode but I have seen the precap. I really hope that this time Aditya stands with Imlie in providing the explanation (similar to the mall scene) and does not let his MIL cut her into pieces. Like every time, if he is just a silent observer letting Imlie do all the explanation and Malini to bandage it further, the whole buildup of scenes after PD and his character would be such a big waste. We would actually then be going back to square one.

I also hope to see Anu-Adi cutting conversation and the second crack in Malini's demeanor but even the above will suffice. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜›

Well said I agree with you ๐Ÿ’ฏ% we will need to see Aditya take a stand even if itโ€™s not something that he is comfortable with. He for once should think of the lie and try to relief imlie of her worries after all she is only 18 and doesnโ€™t have all the answers for her actions. Itโ€™s surprise me how many people expect her to be so perfect and responsible in somewhat way Aditya also holds that off her which is not fair for she is yet to learn that life is far more complicated then the roads of village she is from.

Yes the collage track will come when we will see the shift in Aditya view of imlie herself for now he is accepting that destiny had brought her in his life and thatโ€™s it. He neither said he considers her a friend or lover. He see her as a duty he has to look after and nothing more. When he will long for her and question his feelings is when we will see the struggles of his battle to stay true to his earlier relationship because as far as he says he loves malini his actions speak of concern. Itโ€™s like a routine whereas marriage is about so much more.

he will feel this when he will see imlie in a new light and so forth..

I know right, we sometimes forget that this small 18 year old girl has gone through 4 major traumas in a span of a month that most of us will never face in our life. First, forcefully getting married and destructions of her dreams, second: rejection by the husband, third: witnessing the said husband marriage and forth: almost losing her life. She should be going through PTSD, but she still standing strong, taking one day at a time and simply surviving without any mental or emotional support. She has no one whom she can share her turmoil with and I think, at this point, this marriage is her only lifeline because she cannot go back and she does not have anywhere to go.

PS: Well, I am still mad at the writers on showing her eating leftover food, just to show her commitment to this very marriage but seriously they could have shown that in so many different ways.

Good points - the fact that she does not have anyone to share her struggles with - is significant. I hope the makers give her someone for support.

Very well said and perfectly put. We are allowed to be ๐Ÿ˜ก for it created the discussion and drive to see so much more. I still believe there is more to imlie her journey and so forth.

just glad someone else saw the strength she has shown as I had. For me itโ€™s t he small steps that matter then the overall change in a night. The attack on her life was a way to open communication between the two. How this progresses is solely based upon there actions.

As for the fasting I agree it could have been handled in several ways but sometimes they trigger these events to see what the audience will do to help shape the way for a future story. ๐Ÿ˜’

I hate to admit it but without any spice in the show one will not be watching. As much as we hate the trp aunties they are the once helping the show stay on air.

So letโ€™s see what tomorrow brings hope itโ€™s something positive ๐Ÿ˜
