That's alright. We can leave it at a difference of opinion. You are welcome to enjoy SAAKK if you prefer the actors in that show.

I don't think the USP of this show is some "illegal marriages handling".....the USP of this show is Imlie herself and her equation with Adi. But if that's not to your interest, then I can understand why you don't want to watch this anymore.

TRP is a stupid reason to what they are doing right now!

In early episode they got 3+ rating and that was just for Imlie character

They drop to 2.9, when Imlie went to Dilhi, and had to suffer and losing her self steam.

I don't think this disrespect to self will empower the rate!

I could come up with much better script to show that Sita Maya is chosen Adili , and it is their fate to be together!

Like:

Imlie decide to do the fasting without anybody notice and success with that

Anu invite Tripathi to her home to do the pooja, but Imlie refuse to go to not trouble Dev since she know Anu hate her!

Somehow Aditya come home, he forget his phone, file for work, any kind of reason so he come home while all of them waiting him in Dev's home so can he complete the pooja and break Millani's fasting

Since Imlie is still in recovery state, so her body is weak and can not handle the fast, she faint in frint of him, he panicked , bring water and some sweet and feed her

Then he come to know that she was fasting for him, and scold her for doing this because he is concern about her health and what his family will do if they know she was fasting

Then he will go back to break Millani's fast

This scenario will keep both the lead inline with their character, and ensure that Adili is the chosen destiny, wich will make viewers happy! 🤭

BUT NO, they must do a big drama 🤬

No I believe we will get the imlie education track but that will be lead by malini insecurity of Aditya closeness with imlie. She will want her out of the house and so will set this up.

we have seen she has a grey shade but we just have to be patient for the shows never are as we expect them to be. To be frank when do we get to see what we like.

As for Aditya and Imlie neither have even become friends it’s more like strangers. They still far off from excepting this then how do we expect Aditya to have a 360 degree change of feelings..

it’s a slow story but one I think has more to show..🙃

Then the pooja itself....what makes her think she can do it with any of these same rituals and suhaag stuff that she herself made Adi remove from her before they came in front of the family? The writers seem to have forgotten how they themselves showed Imlie being so diligent about making sure the family never sees her with any suhaag stuff. Now that very Imlie is willing to take this risk for a random fast when there aren't even any PD people around to prove something to?😕😆

Clearly, the writers wanted to do a TRP type track of two wives fasting for one husband but they forgot the basic characters they have here.....Imlie has always said this shaadi and sindoor is a curse for her that she is having to live with as a truth.....it's not something she is jumping to in happiness....so now showing the same Imlie saying stuff like "Eating food touched by Babusahib is like prasad for me" is beyond ridiculous. They've put her into pati worshipping mode....and that was never Imlie. At the most, she accepted the truth that she is married to Adi....why is she behaving as if he is some God to her now?

Exaclty!! I have always said that for Imlie it's hard to deny that she is married to Aditya because of sadiyo purana shanskar, but that doesn't mean she is happy about it. For her, this truth is as bitter as it is for Aditya. I was expecting her character to be unsure/hesitant about the rasams, not only because Adiya doesn't accept her as a wife, because she herself was forced into it. Here she is happily following them in an abala nari mode.

A girl who was raised by her unmarried mother in a tribal village (must not have been easy for them), was able to pursue her education and dared to dream against all odds because Sita Maiya gave her what it takes - intelligence and character. She was the pride of her village. Has she and the writers have conveniently forgot all that? Where is her pride?

Really hope something sensible comes after tomorrow's vrat/pooja drama.

Now they are turning her into someone who is so willing to demean and debase herself for no comprehensible reason....whatever "majboori" waale explanations they are giving don't work for showing why an Imlie is so very content with being treated like an inferior naukar.

The writers are acting as if there are only two options for Imlie....either she can become a wife to Adi or she can become a servant who grovels before everyone. Who decided that? How exactly will it impact anyone's life if Imlie was shown to be treated with bare minimum humanity rather than constantly being allowed to grovel and expected to keep apologizing?

I don't think even TRP aunties will like this...they can tolerate some exterior "villain" doing atyachaar on abla bahu but jab bahu khud ka hi koi respect na kare, then it might be a too much even for the crowd that generally gives TRPs for abla naaris.

I do feel though ki yeh sab vrat and all yeh log daily basis pe nahin continued rakh sakte....Imlie ke liye kuch toh plan karna padega after this vrat drama.....it might be a wake up call for them ki Imlie ghar mein padi rehti hai doing random poojas and vrats and she needs to be given some purpose in her life.

But I agree yeh vats and poojas can't go on forever temporary smokescreen tracks ho skate hain but they will ultimately have to find a concrete track to work upon...I saw brinh dada to city for few days
